SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a screw, a nut, a clamp representing a tape with a hole for the pin to pass through, a rod, two props rigidly interconnected by a crosspiece with the hole and two couplers. The crosspiece support the nut with screw. One end of the clamp is attached to one of the crosspieces, its other end being linked to the tie-rod furnished with awing nut and passing through the support hole. The support represents the L-shape plate with its longer shoulder fitted in the gap between the clamp and stiffness rigs and its central part having a bend forming an additional shoulder resting upon the other clamp. To add to the stability, the base of one prop has the diameter matching that of the piston radius while that of the other prop matches the radius of piston ring groove. Here note that the screw is linked, via an expansion spring, to the rod free end supporting the guide sleeve and piston pin. The rod other end is furnished with the limb and handle. The limb can be represented by the handle lock nut.

The invention relates to engine and can be used in the repair of connecting rod and piston of internal combustion engines.

A device for removing and fitting the piston pin, containing a screw, a nut, a clamp in the form of a tape with a hole for the thumb, coupler and rod. However, the known device cannot be used in the field.

The objective of the invention is the ability to use the device not only stationary, but also in the field.

The problem is solved in that the device for removing and fitting the piston pin, containing a screw, a nut, a clamp in the form of a tape with a hole for the thumb, coupler and rod, provided with two uprights are rigidly interconnected by a crossbar with a hole, and two ties, the crossbar is a support nut screw, with one of the couplers is connected one end of the buckle, and the other end is connected with the traction provided by a lamb, passed through a hole of the support, which is made in the form of l-shaped plates, long shelf is freely mounted in the gap between the coupler and ribs racks, and its average Castile bend, forming additional shelf resting on the other coupler, and for the stability of the basis of one rack is made under the radius of the piston, and the other under the base radius of the groove of the piston ring, and the screw using a tension spring connected with the free end of the rod, bearing on himself the guide sleeve and the piston pin and the other end of the rod is provided with a dial and handle.

Device for removing and fitting the piston pin includes a screw 1, a nut 2, the clamp 3 in the form of a tape with a hole for the passage of the finger 4, two couplers 5 and 6, the shaft 7, two racks 8 and 9 are rigidly connected together by a crossbar 10 with a hole. After removing the tension of the spring 17 by a nut 2 or limb 20 with a handle 21, sever the stem 7 of the clutch spring, and then remove it together with layout 23 of the finger and the guide 18.
