FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: shape direct channeled profiles on a strip consequently to transitions with flat sites between them. On last transition the cross-section corrugations are shaped on flat sites between direct corrugations with alternate step on all width of a profile. The profile mill contains two-high stands sequentially located on a bed work with calibers of the main instrument. Calibers of the stands on the first transitions are executed in the form of the packages containing the upper and lower main rollers, established between two pairs of the upper and lower gauging rollers. Packages in the stands are established due to amount of corrugations and linked among themselves with corresponding distant sleeve in each subsequent stand. The caliber of the stand of last transition is executed in the form of rollers placed on all length, a set from the upper and lower first gauging rollers established with step direct corrugations, and from the upper and lower second gauging rollers established between the first gauging rollers. Thus the upper second gauging rollers have built in two main punches, and the lower second gauging rollers have round-nose grooves corresponding to punches. The upper roller of the last stand it is driven, and its rotation is synchronised with rotation of the lower roller due to gear, the lower rollers are linked with a drive.

EFFECT: increased assortment of the profiles produced due to obtaining of a new relief of a profile.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, namely the production of roll-formed profiles roll forming mills, and can be used for the production of facing panels.

A known method of manufacturing corrugated bent profiles copyright certificate №1433539 published 30.10.88.

This method consists in simultaneously forming in the first several transitions longitudinal corrugations, followed by a gradual increase in depth and increase in the following passages the number of corrugations.

This method allows you to produce a profile of the type of ribbed slabs with longitudinal corrugations.

Closest to the proposed invention relating to the method of manufacturing corrugated panels, is a method of manufacturing a corrugated profile with flat areas between the corrugations on the author's certificate No. 897329 published 15.01.82. The method comprises sequential Podlipki elements profile on transitions, starting with the profiling of the middle section, followed by profiling of peripheral areas.

The terrain profile, made according to this method, only has longitudinal corrugations.

Copyright certificate №1516174 published 23.10.89 known moulding plant for the production of corrugated strips closest to the offer. This is known mill contains two working stands, related to a group drive. The mill allows you to receive the corrugated sections with longitudinal corrugations.

The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing the range of profiles by obtaining a new elevation profile.

To obtain the technical result of the proposed method of manufacturing a corrugated profile with flat areas between the longitudinal corrugations by successive profiling of corrugations on transitions last transition across the entire width of the profile in the flat areas between the longitudinal corrugations profiles with periodic step transverse corrugations.

Main camp consists of consecutive working two-high stands 1-9, which are mounted on the frame 10, the top 11 and bottom 12 of the rolls, bearing calibers profiling tool. Rotation of the lower roll 12 is supplied from a common drive comprising a gear 13 and the motor 14, on one of the secondary drive gears 15, console located on the inner side of the frame 10. The transmission of torque to the other cage is gears 15. For the process of profiling transverse periodic corrugations 16 of the cage 9 is made of four-wheel drive, and the rotation of the upper roll 9 and the lower roll 10 is synchronized through gears (gear 17, the gear 18).

The caliber of the stands on the first transitions made in the form of sets containing the top 19 and bottom 20 profiling rollers mounted between two pairs of upper 21 and lower 22 calibrating rollers, while the sets in the stands established by the number of profiled longitudinal ribs 23. In the cage 1 has one set, and each subsequent stands 2-9 installed two sets, which are connected by a corresponding con the operating sleeve 24. The caliber of the cage 9 of the last transition is made in the form placed along the entire length of the rolls 11, 12 of the set of the top 25 and bottom 26 of the first calibrating roller, installed in increments of longitudinal ribs 23, and the top 27 and bottom 28 of the second calibrating roller installed between the first calibrating roller, with the top 27 of the second calibrating rollers is built on two main punch 29 (second punch not shown), oriented relative to each other at 180°and the bottom 28 of the second calibrating rollers have respective punches radial grooves 30 (the second groove is not shown). The second calibrating rollers in adjacent rows are oriented relative to each other by 90°. In the process of profiling a combination of punches with grooves 29 30 simultaneous rotation of the upper and lower rolls 11, 12 of the cage 9.

The input unit consists of rolls 31, table 32 with the side guides prisms 33.

Working stands 1-9 installed on the frame 10 with the ability to change when setting up another profile view, by basing them on the guide column 34, the bearings 35 and fastening bolts 36.

To regulate the gap between the rolls of the stands in the process of setting up profiling mill provided a device comprising a wedge 37 and the adjusting screw 38.

Provided to adjust the lateral clearance in the gear is azepine (gear 18, gear wheel 17).

The proposed method is carried out in the following sequence. First, on the first transition 1H're profiling one longitudinal corrugation 23. Then on the 2s-8s transitions increase the number of longitudinal corrugations flat areas between them by simultaneous profiling on each side of the finished profile one longitudinal corrugation 23.

Profiles made according to the proposed invention, are characterized by high quality, and also allow you to receive the corrugated sections with a different combination of relief imitating brickwork, (trapezoidal food is lnyh of ribs and fillet transverse corrugations).

Using the invention it is possible using known hardware.

SUBSTANCE: stand includes housing, shaping aggregate. The last is in the form of two rigidly and mutually joined jaws in which two horizontal shafts-inserts are mounted. On said shafts-inserts shaping rollers joined with drive mechanism are rigidly mounted one over another with possibility of changing inter-axial distance. Shaping aggregate is in the form of stand module whose jaws consist of dismounted frameworks. Horizontal shafts-inserts with shaping rollers are mounted in movable carriages with possibility of their vertical motion. Shaping rollers are mounted in bearing assemblies of movable carriages and they are joined by key joint with said horizontal shafts-inserts. In order to provide possibility for changing inter-axial distance, horizontal shafts-inserts with shaping rollers are mounted in movable carriages whose vertical motion is timed with use of kinematic circuit and adjusted by means of two lead screws. Each of said screw has thread portions with mutually opposite direction of thread. Stand module is arranged on platform mounted in foundation with possibility of inclination in vertical plane by angle up to 30є due to its motion in annular grooves of foundation by means of worm pair. The last includes segment rigidly joined with platform; worm engaged with said segment.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes mounted according to manufacturing process: stand for preliminarily shaping and drive profiling stands with shafts mounted by cantilever fashion. Free ends of shafts are closed by means of stirrup and paired rollers mounted in shafts and having closed profiling gap with basing on vertical and horizontal mounting surfaces of rollers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes shaping members mounted with possibility of plastic deforming of sheet material placed between them; drive unit of shaping members and drive unit for feeding sheet material to working zone. Shaping members are in the form of pair of rolls arranged in parallel; each roll has on diametrically opposite sides of its surface extended along rotation axis stepped slopes with end surfaces turned to the same peripheral direction. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes pair of horizontal drawing rollers that are spaced one from other by preset adjustable gap. Barrels of horizontal rollers are made of fit on axle rubber rings mutually spaced by maximum vertical gap equal to maximum height of corrugations. At both sides of rollers two pairs of vertical rollers are mounted with possibility of changing distance between rollers of each pair.
