SUBSTANCE: open profile with ribbed, crimped or other surface is formed in automatic line profile-bending mill of a coiled stripe without preceding heating. Final forming of closed profile is performed in seam-pressing gauge. Edge for welding is prepared, overlapping welding is performed with overlap melting without additive materials. The stripe is moved guiding shaft connected to electric profile-bending mill engine, with continuous control of welded junction quality and data transfer to computer.

The invention relates to metal forming, and more particularly to a method of manufacturing bent closed welded profiles, in particular, thin-walled tubes with ribbed, corrugated or other surface.

A known method of manufacturing a bent closed welded profiles in the stream forming unit 2-8×100-600 distinguishing features of the production technology are: forming a ribbed profile directly from the roll of the workpiece in the form of a tape; the ability to produce profiles of steel with tensile strength up to 590 MN/m2without heating the workpiece; a high degree of mechanization and automation; the formation of a welded joint without the use of filler materials; a sequential process of forming, training (Assembly), welding and cutting finished welded closed profiles to length (see Brezovsky SF Production of roll-formed profiles. - M.: metallurgy, 1985. - 200 S. - P.100-102), adopted for the prototype.

For reasons that impede the achievement of specified following technical result when using the known method, taken as a prototype, is that in this way the connection of the edges of the closed profile is produced by heating and melting in the inductor, the subsequent compression and get the weld butt through the plastic deformat and, reducing the quality of the weld due to the low stability of thin-walled closed profile and education of burns.

The invention consists in the following.

The goal is to eliminate burnout and improve the stability of thin-walled closed section by increasing the weld metal in the overlap without additives.

The technical result - improving the quality of the welded connection.

To achieve the technical result in the method of manufacturing a bent closed welded profiles on automatic lines produce sequentially processes: forming curved ribbed profile directly from the tape roll without pre-heating the workpiece; preparation for welding; welding edges without the use of filler materials; cutting to length disc flying saw.

New in the invention is that the movement of the tape is carried out by means of an electric motor forming part of the profile bending machine for forming curved first open profile with ribbed, corrugated or other surface, after which Samoobrona caliber finally formed into a closed profile and prepare the edges for welding lap welding lead heat source, for example using argon-arc welding method, providing splavlenie of overlap, and conduct continuous, such as ultrasonic or x-ray quality control of the welded connection with the filing of the information on the computer.
