FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for metal forming, in particular, to machines for production of cold bent corrugated sheet profiles, mainly for production of steel panel-cassettes from corrugated strips. Profile-bending machine contains decoiler, dressing machine, molding machine with working cages and aligning rollers and drive, flying shears and collecting roller table. Machine is equipped with additional decoiler and dressing machine. In duo cages of molding machine above the top roller concave supporting roller is installed. Behind duo cages coaxially aligning rollers are installed, 4-roller cage, device of double bending, three-four duo cages. Number of machine duo cages that are installed in front of 4-roller cage is equal to 12...20. Drive of machine is of chain type.

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of assortment of specified bent profiles and reduction of expenses during their production.

The invention relates to equipment for processing of metals by pressure, in particular for machines for the production of cold-formed corrugated sheet profiles, mainly for the production of steel panels cassettes of the corrugated strips.

Known roll forming unit, consisting of several moulding mills, installed in series, which are corrugated sheets with different form of corrugations, and along the specified number of mills moves the unit training roll of the workpiece, and a number of mills moves the trolley with a device for receiving and stacking the finished profiles (see jap. application No. 61-189827, CL 21D 13/00, publ. 23.08.86 year). However, this unit cannot manufacture panels cassettes of two simultaneously gopiraaman bands.

The closest analogue to the declared object is forming unit roll method of manufacturing a corrugated sheet profiles, described in the book Istoricheskogo and other "cold-formed corrugated profiles of rent, Kiev, "Machinery", 1973, p.35-41.

This unit includes decoiler, straightening machine, molding machine with a working train and centering rollers and drive, flying shears and the discharge conveyor. This unit also cannot manufacture panels cassettes of two simultaneously gopiraaman bands.

Tehnicheskaya of the present invention is the expansion of the product range of corrugated profiles and reduce costs in their manufacture.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is the design of the forming unit, capable of producing panel-tapes of the two corrugated sheets at the bottom with a continuous longitudinal corrugations and the top is closed transverse corrugations, the United "the castle". In addition, if necessary, the unit can be made of sheet profiles with longitudinal corrugations of different forms.

In the result, considerably expanding the technological capabilities of the unit, and the presence of a number of original technical solutions can reduce production costs (for example, the presence of the chain drive simplifies and reduces the cost of its implementation and operation to combine the Menno significant reduction of energy consumption).

We offer roll forming unit is schematically shown in figure 1, and figure 2 - part of a mill stand with a concave roller is transported to the upper band (drive unit not shown).

Forming unit contains two uncoiler 1 and 8 for a roll of strip blanks and two leveler 2 and 9 to edit the upper and lower bands. Stand Duo 3 forming mill is implemented with additional concave roller 11 (see figure 2) for transportation and centering the upper band and located above the upper roller 10, the cage 3, before you stands 3 set vertical centering rollers 4. After this cage 13 is installed, the device 14 with two rollers inflection molded strip with transverse corrugations defined (together with the lower corrugated band) in the cage Duo 15, in which the two bands merge into a single profile with the formation of the locks on the side edges. This profile flying shears 6 cut-to-length panel cassettes, going downstream roller 7 on the package.

Bending unit operates as follows.

In forming the unit serves two is not. The lower band after decoiler 1 leveler 2 passes through the forming mill with working train 3, which is concerned with longitudinal corrugations. The variant of the operation of the forming unit, in which when profiling strips only with longitudinal corrugations unwinding the strip passes successively through the lower right machine 2, stand Duo 3, the centering rollers 12, four-roll stand 13 (between a pair of the lower rolls), stand Duo 15 (without any additional deformation bands) and cut with scissors 6 on the gauge length.

Experimental validation of the proposed forming unit carried on agreg is the production of corrugated sheets of 0.5 to 2.5× 300-1500 OJSC "Magnitogorsk iron and steel works".

Experiments showed that when the molding strips with a thickness of 0.7 to 2.0 mm and a width of 1,0...1,5 m from St and article 20 on the present mill work panel cassettes required geometry with a semicircular corrugations. Was also tested variant of the unit forming one band with longitudinal corrugations (comments on the quality of the corrugated strips.

It was found that when the number of stands Duo molding mill (up to four-roll stand) less than 12 significantly narrowed the range of corrugated strips (the number of longitudinal corrugations), and at 20 crates provided a sufficient range.

The unit selected as the closest analogue in the experiments did not probyvala due to deliberate its unsuitability for the production of double corrugated panel cassettes. Thus, experimental validation confirmed the acceptability found technical solutions to achieve this goal and its advantage over the known object.

A feasibility study conducted in the Central laboratory of JSC "MMK", showed that the production of panels, cassettes, consisting of two corrugated sheets, the inventive Assembly, manufacturing costs are reduced 2,0...2,5 times in comparison with the costs required for the production of panels cassettes of the two on cereno molded corrugated strips.

Specific example

Forming the Assembly shown in figures 1 and 2, produces the panel cassettes of the two corrugated strips of steel with the ultimate strength bin=450 MPa, a thickness of 1.1 mm, width 1200 mm (strip with transverse corrugations) and 1440 mm (lane longitudinal corrugations).

The finished panel-tapes have a width of 1200 mm and a length of 5 m, the Side edges of their width 60 mm on each side have a thickness of 3.3 mm and connected "in the lock.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of successively bending from pass to pass edge members of strip blank by predetermined bending radiuses while changing concrete values of bending angles in direction of shaping. In first and second passes bending angle α of small flange of section is set equal to 24 - 25° and in pre-final pass bending angle α is set equal to 10°. Bending angle of large flange in pre-final pass is increased relative to such angle of previous pass by 8 - 9°. Bending radiuses for all passes are constant ones and they are equal to doubled thickness of section.

EFFECT: improved quality of non-equal flange channel sections due to their enhanced geometry and due to lowered manufacturing expenses.

SUBSTANCE: drive unit of shape bending mill with first guiding stand and pulling roller devices includes motor, reduction gear, sprockets, forcing and tensioning gear wheels, roller chain embracing sprockets along S-shaped curve and sine curve. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of deforming sheet blank by drawing it through closed working gage of draw plate; using linear electric motor at making shapes. SUBSTANCE: stand includes housing, shaping aggregate. The last is in the form of two rigidly and mutually joined jaws in which two horizontal shafts-inserts are mounted. On said shafts-inserts shaping rollers joined with drive mechanism are rigidly mounted one over another with possibility of changing inter-axial distance. Shaping aggregate is in the form of stand module whose jaws consist of dismounted frameworks. Horizontal shafts-inserts with shaping rollers are mounted in movable carriages with possibility of their vertical motion. Shaping rollers are mounted in bearing assemblies of movable carriages and they are joined by key joint with said horizontal shafts-inserts. In order to provide possibility for changing inter-axial distance, horizontal shafts-inserts with shaping rollers are mounted in movable carriages whose vertical motion is timed with use of kinematic circuit and adjusted by means of two lead screws. Each of said screw has thread portions with mutually opposite direction of thread. Stand module is arranged on platform mounted in foundation with possibility of inclination in vertical plane by angle up to 30є due to its motion in annular grooves of foundation by means of worm pair. The last includes segment rigidly joined with platform; worm engaged with said segment.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes mounted according to manufacturing process: stand for preliminarily shaping and drive profiling stands with shafts mounted by cantilever fashion. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes shaping members mounted with possibility of plastic deforming of sheet material placed between them; drive unit of shaping members and drive unit for feeding sheet material to working zone. Shaping members are in the form of pair of rolls arranged in parallel; each roll has on diametrically opposite sides of its surface extended along rotation axis stepped slopes with end surfaces turned to the same peripheral direction. SUBSTANCE: roll includes arbor with diameter d having flange, shaping members with predetermined rolling diameter D and unit for securing them to arbor. EFFECT: enhanced quality of bent shapes due to their improved geometry, lowered costs of production process.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes pair of horizontal drawing rollers that are spaced one from other by preset adjustable gap. Barrels of horizontal rollers are made of fit on axle rubber rings mutually spaced by maximum vertical gap equal to maximum height of corrugations.
