FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: loading assembly relates to machine building hydraulics and can be used to create loads in testing service units and adjusting hydraulic boosters. A variable dynamic load in the loading assembly is created by one spring working in compression and generating equal rod force in the "OUT" and "IN" travel from neutral. Availability of adjusting nut allows varying the rod backlash (rod travel from neutral with origination of a dynamic load). The use of elastic rings, adjusting stops, spaces filled with lubricating grease allows simulating load initiated by friction force.

EFFECT: higher reliability.

The invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used to create loads when testing actuators, and to configure the parameters of the hydraulic amplifiers.

Known sites loading mechanical type using springs (see Neumann VG aviation Hydraulic control systems, p.98, Moscow, Mashinostroenie, 1973).

The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype, is the site of loading (see patent RU 49591 U1 F15B 15/26), comprising a housing, shaft, springs, caps, stretchy elastic ring stops and the working fluid.

Well-known advantages specified node loading, the main of which is the presence simulator regulated loads arising from the forces of friction, as well as simulator variable dynamic loads.

The disadvantages of the prototype include the need to have in the design of two springs, one of which creates a dynamic load when the movement of the rod "cleaning", and the other when driving on the issue from the neutral position. The dierence of the power characteristics of the springs due to deviations in the manufacturing process creates uncertainty in dynamic loads during movement of the rod in different directions from the neutral position.

To the disadvantage of the prototype can also be attributed to the necessity of the execution of the same width of shoulders, which are based on the spring in the body of the node loading on the rod. The difference in thickness of shoulders creates a backlash in the node loading, moving rod without creating dynamic load (hereinafter referred to as a gap), which affects the parameters of the hydraulic amplifier when configured with this site loading.

The technical object of the present invention is to remedy these disadvantages.

The problem is solved in that in the claimed site of loading containing cylinder, piston, rod, retaining ring, adjusting nut, spring, elastic rings governing emphasises, the cavity is filled with grease, according to the invention, the variable dynamic load created one spring when moving rod "on release" and "cleaning", the backlash adjustment is effected by an adjusting nut, which, moving, combines the amount of movement of the rod relative to the cylinder and relative to the piston, adjustment of loads, simulating the friction force is elastic rings and regulatory stoppers located as the cavity, with grease pistons node loading.

The essence of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, which illustrates his General scheme.

The site loading contains cylinder 1, piston 2 with the rod 3, the retaining ring is 4 and 6, the adjusting nut 5, the spring 7, the adjusting lugs 8, the elastic ring 9, the cavity with grease 10.

The site loading works as follows.

In the neutral position, the piston 2 is pressed by the spring 7, abuts the retaining ring 4 and 6, located in the cylinder 1 and the rod 3, thus moving the adjusting nut 5 eliminates backlash. When moving rod 3 "issue" with it is moved to the left (in the drawing) of the piston 2, compressing the spring 7 and creating a dynamic load on the rod when moving rod 3 "cleaning" from the neutral position moves with it right (in the drawing) of the piston, creating a dynamic load on the rod while the power characteristics of dynamic loads of the same when moving rod in different directions, increasing the magnitude of the stroke of the site loading with the same dimensions as involved one spring. Load, simulating the friction force created by the elastic rings 9 are regulated by the regulatory lugs 8, arranged as grooves with grease 10 pistons 2, which allows not to fill the cavity of the host loading the working fluid.

SUBSTANCE: rod-piston unit comprises piston whose inner side of the bottom is provided with the central boss, ball around which the rod is rocking, and top and bottom heads. The top head is provided with inner semi-spherical surface whose center lies at the longitudinal axis of the rod from the side of the piston and two tabs. The boss is provided with the semi-spherical surface whose center is located at the axis of the piston from the side of the rod, and its face is provided with two dummy threaded openings arranged symmetrically from both side of the spherical surface. The surfaces of the tabs face the bottom head and are cylindrical. The side of the top head facing the piston is composed of two planes arranged at an inclination to each other. Each tab is provided with through groove for passing the fastening member. The cylindrical surface of each tab is provided with the bearing having central through opening for passing the fastening member. The fastening members are made of studs screwed into the dummy openings in the boss face. The spherical nuts are screwed on the free threaded ends of the studs.

FIELD: manufacture of engines; construction of connecting rods.

SUBSTANCE: proposed connecting rod has small end and big end, rigid rod connecting them and cover bolted to big end. Axis of outer surface of connecting rod small end is shifted relative to hole for piston pin by Δi to side in such way that stresses in right-hand and left-hand halves of cross-section of small end are equalized under action of friction moment in pin-small end pair.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining equal stresses in cross sections of connecting rod small end for reduction of its mass at retained carrying properties.

SUBSTANCE: proposed engine contains cylinder with piston connected with crankshaft by connecting rod. According to invention, with shutoff device of intake channel closed, part of channel forms space in which working medium enclosed in cylinder accumulates and burns cut. With shutoff device open, fresh charge of working medium passes into cylinder through said space. Outlet of said space into cylinder is channel which forms and directs flow of fresh charge. Piston device holding upper end of connecting rod in bottom dead center is cantilever in cylinder, and axle connecting upper end of connecting rod with its holding device is arranged on cantilever.

SUBSTANCE: rod-piston unit comprises sectional piston and connecting rod coupled with the piston through the piston pin. The sectional piston is composed of two main members: top member and bottom member. The top member is made of the piston bottom provided with the zone of grooves for piston pin and two half cylindrical bosses for piston pin, which are provided with the solid baffle from the outer side of the piston. The space between the bosses has groove. The top member of the piston is provided with threaded dummy holes. The bottom member is made of the piston skirt with two half cylindrical bosses for the piston pin. The bottom member of the piston has through openings for passing fastening members. SUBSTANCE: stand is intended for testing in production, operation and repair of hydraulic machines of fluid power drive. Stand consists of rotary drive, for instance, hydraulic, mechanically connected with regulated reversible loading hydraulic machine. This hydraulic machine is mechanically and hydraulically connected with tested hydraulic machine. Mechanical connection of rotary drive with loading hydraulic machine is arranged in the form of toothed gear, the free ends of shafts of which are equipped with couplings for connection with tested hydraulic machine. In hydraulic connection between tested and loading hydraulic machines, in parallel to the latter, at least one controlled throttle and hydraulic valve equipped with loading form setting device are installed, at that, hydraulic line of hydraulic valve control is supplied from head hydraulic line of rotary hydraulic valve, and drain is connected to non-loaded hydraulic line, which connects tested and loaded hydraulic machines.

Method consists in putting slide plunger in respect to cartridge of transparent model of slide hydraulic valve in position that maintains set values of fill and drain throttling windows opening, supply of working fluid from source to transparent model of slide hydraulic valve, reception of fixed image of process that takes place in transparent model of slide hydraulic valve, measurement of angles of incline to axis of slide plunger of every of indication petals of flag vanes, which are installed in fill, working and drain chambers at the inlets and outlets of throttling windows in the middle of their sections and in the middle of chambers depths, in which these flag vanes are installed, calculation of average values of incline angles of indication petals of flag vanes in these chambers and calculation of angle values of working fluid flows efflux in fill and drain throttling windows according to given expression.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of determination of effluent angles of working fluid flows in sections of throttling windows of slide hydraulic valves.

FIELD: mechanic, hydraulic systems.

SUBSTANCE: the device and method are intended for testing hydraulic-type digital-to-analogue converters (DACs). The device contains a shell with hydraulic lines and an actuating mechanism with a feedback device installed in it, a sleeve with adjusting edges and a distribution needle valve, a compression mechanism; the shell is equipped with a lid located in series with the DAC. The method includes moving of the feedback stem of the DAC to the outermost position, the setting of the actuator stem on the support, the placement of the distribution needle valve into the intermediate position relative to the regulating edges of the sleeve, feeding of the working liquid to the hydraulic lines with simultaneous feeding of discharge pressure to the area between the pistons of the DAC piston chain; during that, smoothness of the DAC feedback stem travel is monitored using the indicating head. The technical result of the invention is the improvement of fabricability of the device and method for checking the hydraulic machine DAC operability, and decrease in the weight and dimensions of the device.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for revealing condition of oil pumps and valves at servicing. Proposed device contains cylindrical housing provided with round inlet and outlet holes, restrictor arranged in housing, restrictor adjuster, working liquid pressure meter at housing input, working liquid flow rate indicator and pointer. Bushing is mounted on housing by means of threaded joint to provide possibility of its axial displacement together with plunger at their simultaneous rotation around longitudinal axis of plunger, with provision of value of indicated axial displacement of not less than diameter of inlet hole of housing. Scale is made along spiral. Free end face of plunger is made in form of plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of plunger. Restrictor hole consists of two rectangular sections, narrow and wide, spaced along longitudinal axis of sleeve. Longitudinal axis of restrictor hole is aligned with diameter of inlet hole of housing at equal length of restrictor hole and said diameter.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, methods is implemented by changing value of angle of turning from middle position to both sides with rigid fixing in position from zero to maximum value. For this purpose set is used containing housing with block-module of hydraulic distributor under testing including its components and control shaft, and set is furnished additionally with regulator-stepless correction and visual check mechanism mechanically coupled with input shaft of hydraulic distributor. FIELD: the stand is designed for strength testing of pipeline valves in oil refining and chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: the stand has a clamping arrangement with seals for contacting surfaces of the flanges and with channels for connecting with the atmosphere and with the source of working fluid for filling the inner cavity of the valves. The clamping arrangement has a foundation, stationary and mobile plates, a loading hydraulic cylinder on a rotary plate, a pillar and a buckle between the mobile and the stationary plates. On the stationary plate there are sliders interacting with the rods of the hydraulic cylinders of the clamp of the flanges of the valves. The pillar consists of mobile and motionless parts connected between themselves with joint power half-couplings. On the mobile and the motionless plates there are lugs in the shape of concentric circumferences whose diameters are equal to the diameters of the lugs on the flanges of the tested valves, and their number is defined by the nomenclature of the valves.

FIELD: armament.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in adjustment of the value of the working stroke of the primary member for provision of the extreme levers of the actuator output co-ordinate. The maximum levers of deflection of the actuator to either side are set, they should correspond to the excess of the maximum levers of actuator defections by 5 to 10 %. An input signal of the operating frequency is applied to the control actuator input, and at a functioning actuator an additional fine adjustment within the above limits is performed, trying to obtain the minimum amplitude of its recoil. The electromagnetic unit of the flight vehicle control actuator realized in the method has a body with two plunger electromagnets positioned on it, their armatures are coupled to one another and kinematically linked with the actuator. Each armature has a rod. The rods are turned off in the armatures with a lock-nut. The armature coupling is effected by kinematic linkage of the rods with a link rigidly fastened on the control surface shaft and positioned between the body and the plate installed on the body, the plate has two screws with lock-nuts that can be engaged with the link when turned to both sides.

SUBSTANCE: fluid-pressure system comprises pump connected with the controlled distributor connected with the fluid-pressure multiplicator. The under-piston space of the multiplicator is connected with the high-pressure hoses to be tested. The pump is connected with the inlet of the hose through the first check valve. The outlet of the hose is connected with the under-piston space of the multiplicator and with the first inlet of the controlled distributor through the first reduction valve. The pump is connected with the above-piston space of the multiplicator through the second reduction valve. The above-piston space is connected with the valve for control of operation pressure and with the second inlet of the controlled distributor through the second check valve. Both of the outlets of the distributor are connected with the tank.

FIELD: technology for determining technical state of hydro-volumetric drives on basis of volumetric flow of working liquid.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with forcing hollow, wherein working liquid pressure meter is positioned, and with draining hollow. In the body, adjustable throttle is mounted in form of two circular washers, mated with each other by their end apertures. Each washer is made with through slit-shaped apertures. Device for adjusting throttle is made in form of handle, jointly connected to rotary washer, positioned on the side of forcing hollow of body and pressed to immoveable washer by means of spring. Indicator of working liquid flow is made in form of scale positioned on body and a pointer, mounted on the handle.

EFFECT: increased measuring precision due to excluding liquid leaks with simultaneously expanded spectrum of measurements; simplified construction.

SUBSTANCE: air cylinder is designed to move working tools. The air cylinder incorporates a rod with a piston arranged in a built-up casing incorporating a cylindrical sleeve, a through and blind covers with holes accommodating the unions feeding a compressed air and damping throttling devices, air cylinder covers and piston are jet moulded from thermoplastic polymer material with a glass-fibre filler. The rod, unions and damping throttling devices have special grooves receiving O-rings. The throttling devices represents a bolt with a small head with through threaded bore and an annular groove made on outer thread along with a hole made at the level of the said groove perpendicular to the bolt axis.

EFFECT: simpler design, higher reliability, smaller weight and better performances.
