Soil-cultivating rotary machine

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains a frame, a knife drum, installed on a shaft, breakers, a drive mechanism and a protective casing. The machine is supplied with flat hoes and flat disks, pivotally fixed on a frame. The drum is executed rotary, and knifes - in the form of wheel spiders, fitted on a drum. Breakers are fixed pivotally on a protective casing and springs to a frame. Flat disks are spring-actuated and are located before each wheel spider, and flat hoes are behind them.

EFFECT: increase of productivity and quality of processing of all soils types for one pass; increase of machine reliability and its service life.

The invention relates to agricultural machines, and is intended for tillage.

Known tillage cutter comprising a rotary body work with drive gear located in the middle part thereof, and mounted parallel to the direction of the cutter blade of the Ripper (see A.S. USSR №412847, IPC8AV 45/00, AV 33/16, publ. 30.01.1974 year).

The disadvantages of this machine is a need in the blade Ripper, low performance, low resource working body and the destruction of the soil structure.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is tillage cutter comprising a frame, a drum with blades mounted on the shaft, crackler, the drive mechanism and the protective cover (see A.S. USSR №562230, IPC8AV 33/02, publ. 25.06.77 year).

The disadvantages of the prototype are low productivity due to work only at low speeds of movement of the tractor, lower the quality of the processed surface of the soil by creating a rigid sole (plate), the destruction of soil structure, low life, as quickly wear out and break easily l-shaped knives of the speed of rotation of the drum.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase productivity, quality, processing all types of soil in one pass, ysenia machine reliability and longer service life.

The solution of the technical problem is achieved by the fact that the known rotary tillage machine, comprising a frame, a drum with blades mounted on the shaft, crackler, the drive mechanism and the protective cover according to the invention it is further provided with pokorivshij legs and flat disks, hinged to the frame, while the rotary drum is made, and knives in the form of needle-shaped disk mounted on the rotary drum, and the crackler pivotally mounted on the protective cover and springs to the frame, and the flat disk is spring-loaded and located in front of each needle drive, and pastoriusa feet behind them.

Rotary drum through a drive mechanism connected to the PTO shaft of the tractor. The crackler and flat disks mounted for movement in a vertical plane.

This design rotary tillage machine will improve performance, quality of processing all types of soil in one pass, to increase the reliability of the machine and extend its services.

The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which schematically shows a rotary tillage machine, side view.

Tillage rotary machine comprises a frame 1 on which is fixed a rotary drum 2 with the shaft 3 and the needle 4 disks, the drive mechanism 5, the protective cover 6, where W is Mirna fixed crackler 7 spring 8, ploskorezy feet 9 located behind each needle disc 4 flat disks 10 are located in front of each needle disc 4 with coil springs 11, the drive shaft 12 for connection to the PTO (PTO).

Works tillage rotary machine as follows. Flat disc 10 during its forward movement to cut the soil, stubble and crop residues in the vertical plane, eliminating clogging of the needle 4, and the spring 11 give the possibility to rise to the disks when the obstacles.

Rotary drum 2 with a needle disk 4 is rotated from the SHAFT through the drive shaft 12 and the drive mechanism 5 to move the tractor, while in parallel the number of needles 4 cuts into the soil, removes layer after layer together with weeds, and picks it up crackler 7, which it is crushed to aggregates (granules) is required for planting sizes, and weeds with roots spread on the surface of the treated field.

Pastoriusa legs 9 are cut in the horizontal plane chronic weed vegetation. Springs 8 enable crackler 7 to rotate in a vertical plane in the selection of the needles 4 of the soil, stones and other items, thus excluding the possibility of breakage of the working needles.

The protective cover 6 is used for security and attachment crackler.

The implementation of Oia in the form of curved needles, located on the perimeter of each needle disc 4 has enabled us to considerably reduce the working speed of the drum and significantly reduce energy consumption.

The use of the proposed rotary tillage machine will allow for a comparison with the prototype to improve the performance, quality of processing all types of soil in one pass, to increase the reliability of the machine and extend its services.

SUBSTANCE: rotary cultivator contains a gearhead of the running wheels and a gearhead of the tillage tools acting as a frame. Running wheels and tillage tools are fixed correspondingly on the axles of gearheads. Electric motor of the driving unit of the tillage tools, lever with control unit and gearhead of the running wheels are rigidly fixed on the gearhead of the tillage tools. Electric motor with a rotation frequency control module is fixed on the gearhead of the running wheels. Control module is kinematically connected with a spring - driven hanging knife through a lever tracing density variation of the soil.
