- low resource, the rubber sealing elements;

low mechanical efficiency due to the large coefficient of friction of rubber on metal;

The disadvantages of the known sealing units include:

- increased complexity in the manufacture of complex profiles of sealing elements;

- increased the size of the cylinders, for example, telescopic cylinders.

A disadvantage of the known design is the low efficiency of the sealing unit, since the used friction material of the cuff has a rigid structure and the force from the rubber ring is not enough to create a reliable sealing effect. Known design time-consuming to manufacture and does not apply to seal node "piston-cylinder".

To create the invention is to improve the sealing rod and piston hollow cylinders (pneumatic cylinders), reduction of size, weight, complexity of manufacturing.

The proposed design will expand the Arsenal of technical means used for sealing the piston and the rod ends is Idro - and pneumatic cylinders.

The essence of the claimed invention is as follows.

Hydro or pneumatic cylinder includes a sleeve, a piston rod, the piston dividing the inner volume of the cylinder rod and piston cavity, the back cover, rod head and the seal assemblies of the piston and rod head containing anti-friction bearings, linear motion, mounted respectively on the supporting surfaces of the piston and rod head. In the Central part of the support surfaces of the piston and rod head is made annular undercut length equal to approximately 1/3 the length of the anti-friction liners, and communicated with them circular grooves into which a rubber ring. Cavity recesses and grooves are connected with the piston and rod cavities channels with installed valves. Material anti-friction liners impregnated with a binder, which gives them across the thickness of the elastic properties which in the presence of pressure in the cavities, recesses and grooves tight fit anti-friction liners to the bearing surfaces of the shaft and the cylinder liner. The inserts 8 and 9 fixed to the stationary support surface 22 of the piston 1 and the supporting surface 23 of the rod head 7 and is made of anti-friction self-lubricating and flexible composite material, impregnated with a lubricating mixture that implements the friction effect selective transfer.

The composite material may contain, for example, tissue-type Naftan", "Declan", impregnated with a binder in the form of glue "HIPC-114", a rubber mixture or polyurethane and anti-friction composition of surrogate mothers-T".

Fastened to the supporting surfaces 22 and 23 of the side liners are bearings linear motion, contributing strict axial movement of the sealing portion of the liner 8 to the supporting surface of the sleeve 1 cylinder.

Sealing piston cavity 5 from the rod end 4 of the cylinder is as follows.

The working fluid under what t enters the piston cavity 5 and through the valve 19 and the channel 16 into the groove 12, in which, pressing the rubber ring 14 and getting into the undercut cavity 10, presses the sealing portion of the elastic material of the liner 8 to the surface of the sleeve 1.

Similarly, when the supply of the working fluid in the rod cavity 4 of the latter is fed through the valve 21 and the connecting channels 18 in the groove 13, also press the rubber ring 15 and into the cavity formed by the recess 11, and presses the sealing portion of the elastic antifriction insert material 9 to the surface of the rod 2.

To avoid falling from the external environment of the abrasive through the bearings linear motion when movement of the rod 2 rod head 7 provided with a wiper 24 mounted on its end surface.

The proposed design will ensure a reliable sealing rod and piston hollow cylinders (pneumatic cylinders), with the task of reducing the size and weight of the cylinders (pneumatic cylinders)used, for example, telescopic jacks, reduce the complexity of their production, increase reliability in their operation.
