SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and, in particular, to clutches that protect the structural components. The invention relates to the field of engineering, particularly to clutches intended for protection of the elements of the gearbox from damage and premature wear occurs at loads from the sudden stop of the shaft, as well as reduce starting loads when the unwinding of the motor.

Known safety clutch for power tools, containing pinion gear freely mounted in the radial direction on the shaft and having a hub, which made a series of radial holes for placement of Cam elements, covered by a flat annular spring on the shaft is placed a series of response deaf radial holes for engagement with the Cam elements (patent DE 3807308, publ. in 1988).

The lack of similar lies in the instability of the transmitted clutch torque, and also increased the weight and size parameters.

The closest analogue to the present invention is a safety clutch for a power tool that contains a pinion gear freely mounted on the shaft and connected with the wheel hub, which made a series of radial holes for placement of Cam elements covered in the annular flat spring and the driven sleeve rigidly mounted on said shaft. The sleeve has a series of response through radial holes for the Zats is of Cam elements (RU 2203441, publ. 2003).

The disadvantage of the closest analogue is the complexity of the design, and also quite hard kick, which can destroy the clutch device when a sudden stop of the shaft.

The technical object of the present invention is to develop a clutch of simple construction, has a high service life, able to transmit rotating torque in forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and is able to gradually transfer the load on the clutch device when a sudden stop of the shaft.

The problem is solved in that the safety coupling includes pinion gear freely mounted on the shaft, and the driven sleeve rigidly mounted on said shaft. The gear is made with a cavity within which at its cylindrical surface is a spring in the form of an open ring with curved inward ends, kept in the cavity under the action of decompresses efforts, and the sleeve is made of the ledge with the possibility of its interaction with each of the bent ends of the spring during the rotation of the shaft in the appropriate direction.

Spring may have a stiffness that provides compression of the spring and its proculture in the cavity of the gear when the preset efforts from the interaction of the protrusion with one of the bent ends of the springs.

The proposed coupling with its simple design the AI is able to transmit rotating torque in forward and reverse rotation of the motor, to spin the motor shaft before the hard grip, and also to provide the ability to set the maximum load, at which the slippage of the spring inside the gear.

The essence of the invention is illustrated with drawings. The safety coupling includes pinion gear 1, freely mounted on the shaft 2, one end of which has a worm gear 3 with the slider 4, and the driven sleeve 5, is rigidly mounted on the other end of the shaft 2. The gear 1 made with a cavity within which at its cylindrical surface is spring 6 in the form of an open ring with curved inward ends 7, kept in the cavity under the action of its decompresses efforts. The sleeve 5 is made lug 8 having the opportunity to interact with curved ends 7 of the spring 6 when the rotation shaft 2.

Clutch operation is carried out as follows.

During the rotation of the gear 1 is located in its cavity by a spring 6 is mutually deistvie one of the bent ends 7 of the spring with the tab 8, which transmits rotation to the shaft 2 (see figure 3). If there is a sudden stop of the shaft 2 with the worm gear 3, for example if the end points of the slider 4 on the worm transmission 3, a sharp increase in the load on the gear 1 and one of the bent ends of the springs 6. The stiffness of the spring 6 is selected in such a condition that when a certain maximum or given force spring 6 is compressed, and this compression spring 6 starts to slip in the cavity of the gear 1, which leads to a smooth stop of the motor without transferring the critical moment on the shaft 2.

SUBSTANCE: coupling consists at least of one clutch mechanism that comprises the first housing with the first working surface and the second housing with the second working surface. The first and the second housings are made with the possibility of coaxial movement relative to each other by means of a drive mechanism. The first and the second working surfaces are made with the possibility of loose connection between each other. Drive mechanism consists of crown gear that contains cam box and is made with the possibility of turning around rotation axis by the drive. Actually, the latter acts on crown gear in tangential direction through a linear electric motor or a switching stock. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive and machine building industries, particularly, to production of transmissions of multi-purpose vehicles. The overrunning clutch for one-way transmission of reverse torque comprises two driven half-couplings fitted on common shaft and rigidly jointed together and a driving two-way half-coupling. The driven half-couplings with RH- and LH-engagement ratchet teeth are fitted facing each other. The driving two-way coupling with RH- and LH-engagement ratchet teeth is fitted coaxially and between the aforesaid driven half-couplings to move axially to come into engagement with the driven half-couplings teeth. The driving half-coupling is spring-pressed to one of the driven half-couplings and is rigidly linked up with the control clutch. The latter can interact with the control yoke pressing, via another, more rigid spring, the control clutch together with the other driving half-coupling until engagement with the other driven half-coupling when torque direction varies.
