FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method includes pressurised molding of hollow billet from transparent plastic masses on the basis of thermoplastic polymers and installation in the billet and fixation to its walls of decorative elements made of coloured plastic masses on the basis of thermoplastic polymers. Then stock heating is done up to softening temperature with walls superposition one above another with further rolling and cooling.

The invention relates to the field of technology of plastics and for the production of artistic products (paintings, murals, gifts).

A known method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses comprising forming under pressure a hollow billet of transparent plastics based on thermoplastic polymers, chilling, placing in the preparation of decorative elements from colored plastics on the basis of thermoplastic polymers [1].

The objective of the invention is to prevent the shift of decorative elements.

The technical solution of the task is achieved by a method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses is that formed under pressure of a hollow workpiece from transparent plastic materials based on thermoplastic polymers, in a hollow workpiece to its walls attach decorative elements from colored plastics based on thermoplastic polymers, heat the workpiece to the softening temperature, at the same time impose one wall to the other, then rolled and cooled.

The method is illustrated with an example.

In a hollow workpiece (e.g., bottle, jar, vial of transparent plastics (polyethylene, polystyrene, polymethylmethacrylate) is placed decorative elements of the colored layer of the working masses on the basis of thermoplastic polymers (for example, polyethylene) and attach (paste) them to the walls of the workpiece. As decorative elements can be used color (red, yellow, blue, green etc) crumb or flat shaped elements (stars, circles, figures of plants and animals and so on). Then the workpiece is heated to the softening temperature of the plastic mass, the wall parts are put against one another (flatten) and rolled. The temperature and duration of treatment are determined by the properties of the plastic mass.

The result is flat art product from a plastic mass with a prisoner in his artistic composition. If necessary (to create paintings with placing it in the frame), the obtained product may be cut to the required format (rectangle, circle etc).

SUBSTANCE: pre-impregnate is manufactured by impregnation of crude paper with thermosetting formaldehyde-free resin until content thereof 10 to 70%. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the multi-chamber pipe with at least two chambers and one tubular head with the locking outlets corresponding to the number of the chambers.
