The present invention relates to shipbuilding and for the design of devices for the removal and mounting of objects on the external surface of the shell.

Known ship trip device", which is the identity of the vessel (see patent RU No. 2063360, CL VV 27/04). Such a device is formed as a complex system of levers, shafts, joints and cylinders, is fixed to the vessel by rotation of the platform. The device has a very complex structure, reduced reliability and can be used only as a ship's crane. It may not be used for mounting and removal of objects placed on the bottom of the vessel.

The closest in design concept to the claimed technical solution is "a device for mounting objects behind the vessel (see autospid. No. 1643319, CL VV 27/00). In accordance with the invention to hold for a ship buried object is a straight beam, and the object is attached at its lower extremity. Relative to the hull beam is held rigidly by means of two supports that span beam for part of its length. Using the lanyard beam with the object can be set at an angle to the plane (wall) of the ship.

Considered the device is not designed for removal and mounting of objects on to the Ruse vessel.

The technical problem on which the invention is directed, is the design of the device for removal and mounting of objects on the hull.

This object is achieved in that the device contains a beam mounted on a wall, in particular on the hull of the vessel, according to the invention is made with an L-shaped beam, which is fixed on the wall of the hinge, with the possibility of rotation around the vertical axis and move along this axis. In addition, at the end of the horizontal section of the L-shaped beams hinge with a vertical axis of rotation fixed grip to hold the object.

The invention is illustrated by a drawing.

On 1 shows a view of the aft end of the vessel with a fixed (mounted) on the transom of the hull unit and digs in the area of propulsion and steering unit*)(*)Figure 1 and figure 2 and 3 propulsion and steering complex (DRC) contains a propulsion unit in which the bottom part is outside the hull, and the upper - case.

The lower part of the propulsion unit includes a screw, the gondola and the bracket that holds the nacelle (see figure 3 and 5). The bracket includes two plates and a pipe in which the propeller shaft. Plate and tube top rigidly connected with the disc.

The lower part of the propulsion unit of the Republic of Kazakhstan will continue to call - object.

The upper part of the propulsion unit is a rotary capsule (figure 1). To the bottom wall (base) capsule using parts attached disk mentioned bracket.

This solution is known (see patent application No. 2004134802/11 (037857) from 29.11.2004, the invention of "ship DRC").

Figure 2 presents a section along a-a figure 1.

Figure 3 shows a side view of the aft end of the hull with the device holding the object, which was fixed to the body from the left side.

4 shows a section along B-B figure 3 (screw conventionally not shown).

Fig 5 Dan section In figure 4 (screw and gondola conventionally not shown).

The device for removal and mounting of objects on the hull of the vessel 1 includes an L-shaped beam 2 which by means of bearings 3 mounted on the wall 4, for example, on the stern transom of the hull 1**)(**)To perform the removal and mounting of objects on the hull of the vessel in question, the device may be mounted (hung) on a wall or floating dry dock, on the wall of the pier, as well as on a special wall (design). In any case, it should be installed within reach of the device being removed or fixed object on the hull).

Vertical part of the beam 2 is connected with the hydraulic cylinder 5, which serves to move the beam 2 along its ve the vertical axis 0-0. At the end of the beam 2 is rigidly mounted a gear 6, which is driven through the pinion shaft 7 and the motor 8.

At the end of the horizontal part of the beam 2 hinge with a vertical axis of rotation 0′-0′ fixed grip 9 forklift type; it serves to hold the removable or fixed object (figure 3, 4, 5). The rotation of the grip 9 relative to the beam 2 is performed via the gear pair 10 (figure 5).

In this case (example) on the fingers 11 of the grip 9 is based disk 12, which is rigidly connected to the plates 13 and located between the pipe 14 (figure 4, 5). In the pipe 14 posted by shaft 15 of the drive screw 16. The end of the shaft 15 is made with slots (figure 5).

The object is fastened by means of bolts 17, which connect the disk 12 with the bottom wall of the rotary capsule 18 (figure 1).

On the side surface of the fingers 11 fixed rotary (vertical axis) of the plate-clamps 19. When turning the plate-clamps 19 in the direction of the space between the fingers 11 a narrowing of the lumen of the lock, thus, the pipe 14 between the fingers 11. (The drive mechanism plate-clamps 19 are conventionally not shown).

The proposed device is used as follows.

First beam 2, is equipped with the gear 6 and the grip 9, is attached by bearings 3 in the wall 4 of the stern transom of the vessel 1 in the lower height position. Beam 2 in the lower height position shown in figure 3). Then to the beam 2 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 5 and the gear 6 is introduced into engagement with the drive pinion shaft 7. In this state, the device is ready for use.

In the case of removal of the object, the fingers 11 of the grip 9 is introduced between the plates 13 under the disk 12 (Fig 1, 2). This operation is accomplished by rotation of the beam 2 around the axis 0-0, rotation of the grip 9 around the axis 0′-0′ and rotation of the object around the axis 0′′-0′′.

Then the grip 9 is pressed against the disc 12 due to the displacement of the beam 2 upward through cylinder 5 (Fig 1, 2). In addition, plate-clamps 19 are installed in the operating position (figure 4).

Power vertical pressure of the grip 9 on the disk 12 is brought to the value of the weight of the subject. In this case, the bolts 17 will not be under load and delete them (vivencial). Disconnecting the shaft 15 is on his land spline mates with a connecting link (figure 5).

After disconnection of the object beam 2 by means of a hydraulic cylinder 5 is lowered, and then using the pinion shaft 7 and the motor 8 is rotated around the axis 0-0 (figure 3). The object to be inspected and, if necessary, be transported by crane or other means), for example, for the subsequent repair.

The device for removal and mounting of objects on the hull of the vessel containing the beam, mounted on the wall, in particular, on the hull of the vessel, characterized in that the beam is made L-shaped, mounted on the wall of the hinge, with the possibility of rotation around the vertical axis and movement along this axis, with the end of the horizontal section of the beam hinge with a vertical axis of rotation fixed the fork to hold the object.
