Introduction

The invention relates to the processing of peat with the purpose of obtaining liquid peat extract, the main active principle of which are salts of peat humic acids (humates), for their subsequent use in industry (mining), life (dyes for wood) and especially in agriculture (crops, livestock, poultry, and veterinary medicine as physiologically active compounds with the ability to stimulate the growth and development of living organisms and increase their resistance.

The level of technology

Depending on the scope of application to the liquid humates different requirements. So, for the sphere of hydrometallurgical processing of polymetallic raw materials the most important property of humates is their high complexing ability of determining the completeness of the extraction of metal ions from the ore. In the manufacture of dyes for wood target property of liquid humates is their color determined by the form of the spectral curve and the extinction coefficient of the liquid humates. When using liquid humates in agriculture and veterinary basic requirement is their high physiological activity.

A method of obtaining aqueous solutions of salts of humic acids (A.S. USSR №213798, publ. 28.05.1969) by processing the solid is wow fossil fuel, for example, coal or peat, first with water and then with a solution of an alkaline agent, for example alkali, amine with a constant excess of 1-3 wt.%, under vigorous stirring. The ratio of solid and liquid phases is 1:(2-6).

Thus obtained liquid humates are characterized by insufficient high physiological activity, due to the process of their extraction from solid humanitarias raw materials without the supply of heat from outside.

It is known that processing of peat aqueous solution of any alkali agent, for example sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, ammonia or another amine, leads to extraction in a solution of salts of humic acids, possessing physiological activity. This property of humates is changing very significantly depending on the conditions of the alkali treatment, namely, the alkali concentration, the ratio of mass fractions of peat and water, temperature, pressure, time of processing.

There is also known a method of producing a liquid suspended Tortuguero fertilizers (U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2001038 C1, MKI 05F 11/02, publ. 15.10.93), comprising mixing the peat with 1.0-2.5%solution of potassium hydroxide at a ratio of component 1:(4-5). In the process of mixing the mixture periodically add caustic potash, maintaining its concentration in the solution is not more than the original, and adding it to the mixture cease when the camera is the implementation of the concentration of humic acids in solution. Physiological activity obtained in this way liquid humates also not high enough due to the low temperature extraction of peat.

The closest to the invention by the combination of essential features is a way to get the dye from peat (Application for a patent of the Russian Federation No. 95111820/03, MKI 10F 7/00, publ. 27.06.1997), comprising sequentially carry out the following operations:

- preparation of peat;

- preparation of a suspension prepared peat in aqueous solution gidrolizuemye agent, implemented in two stages:

(a) preparation orthoslices suspension at 75-80°using as an alkaline agent soda;

(b) introducing into the prepared suspension of an aqueous solution of ammonia, which gidrolizuut agent, at concentrations of 0.4-0.7%;

- heat treatment of the suspension at a pressure of 1-2 MPa and a temperature of 125-130°C;

- subsequent cooling of the suspension;

- selection of the target product.

In this way we obtain a target product for use as a dye.

However, the physiological activity of liquid humates produced in prototype, small.

The invention

Object of the invention is a search method of producing a liquid peat humates, including the preparation of peat, preparation of suspension podgotovlen the th peat in aqueous solution gidrolizuemye agent, heat treatment of the suspension at elevated pressure, then cooling and isolation of the target product, which would increase the physiological activity of the target product.

The problem is solved by a method of producing a liquid peat humates, including the preparation of peat, preparation of suspension prepared peat in aqueous solution gidrolizuemye agent, the heat-treated suspension at elevated pressure, then cooling and isolation of the target product, in which the preparation of the suspensions prepared peat in aqueous solution gidrolizuemye agent is carried out by mixing the prepared peat with a water solution of ammonia with a concentration of 0.8-1.0% when the ratio of component 1:(2.5-3.0), and heat treatment of the suspension is carried out at a temperature of 130-150°C, a pressure of 0.8-1.5 MPa for 60-90 minutes.

The invention makes it possible to increase the physiological activity of extracted peat humates on 11-54%.

To obtain humates, solid phase containing humic acids is treated with alkali or aqueous ammonia, or sodium hydroxide to achieve pH 6.0-7.0 and liquid phase is returned into process.

EFFECT: increased yield of humic acids with no increase in reaction mass volume and increased sorption coefficient in product.

FIELD: mixed fertilizers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of phosphorus-containing fertilizers, in particular to organo-phosphoro-zeolite fertilizer manufacture. Process comprises simultaneously breaking and mixing natural phosphate material, brown coal, zeolite, and additives of mineral acids or acid salts at weight ratio 1:2:0.5:(0.02-0.08), respectively.

EFFECT: simplified process and improved quality of organo-phosphoro-zeolite fertilizer due to increased portion of citric acid-soluble form of phosphoric anhydride.
