SUBSTANCE: paste aeration apparatus has working tool, working tool shaft, reservoir, compressed air feeding branch pipe, and device for feeding of compressed air to openings. Compressed air feeding branch pipe is positioned on reservoir side surface so that its upper end is arranged above reservoir while its lower end is connected to compressed air feeding device. Said device is formed as circular closed pipe with openings staggered on its surface so that axes of one openings are arranged at an angle of 45 deg to horizontal plane while axes of other openings are arranged at an angle of 90 deg to horizontal plane.

EFFECT: improved quality of aerating paste, improved technological properties of resulting paste, simplified manufacture, maintenance and washing of apparatus.

The invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the confectionery industry to intensify the technological process of preparation of confectionery masses, and more particularly to a device for the production of confectionery masses type biscuit.

A device for whipping confectionery masses, including the vessel, the shaft with the Corolla tube with holes for compressed air, a connecting device, for attachment of the socket and plugs with screw connection. The lower part of the Corolla is made arcuate, and a pipe for supplying compressed air is located in the lower part of the vessel, rigidly fixed on the wall and is made in the form of a multiturn spiral (SU # 957830, A23G 3/14, 02.02.1981).

This setting does not supply the compressed air uniformly in the whole volume of the mixture as the pipe is located on the vessel wall. The air coming out of the holes of the socket, not fully embedded in the mixture, which reduces the intensification process. Also because of the vertical orientation of the shaft with a whisk require an extra hole for compressed air and sealed. In addition, due to the use of stub complicated maintenance of the device and degrade its sanitary and epidemiological properties.

The objective of the invention is improved the e quality of churning mass, as well as simplifying the device.

The technical result is to obtain products with a more uniform and more developed porous structure, which improves their technological and consumer properties, as well as technical and economic performance of the device.

This object is achieved in that the device for preparing a confectionery mass which includes a reservoir with a working body mounted on the shaft, and a device for feeding compressed air into the tank, the difference is that the device for feeding compressed air is made annular in form of a closed tube with holes that are located on its surface in a checkerboard pattern so that one axis is located at an angle of 45° to a horizontal plane, and the other axis is at an angle of 90°, the device is equipped with an additional pipe, installed on the side of the tank, while its upper end is located above the tank, and the bottom is connected with a device for compressed air, the shaft of the working body is angled 10÷40° to the vertical axis.

Running accessories for compressed air in the form of a closed ring and position it on the bottom of the tank is necessary to ensure that the air will be directed into the mix and there was broken working body into small bubbles.
