SUBSTANCE: proposed arc-control device that can be used in high-speed circuit breakers for overload and short-circuit protection of electrical equipment, for instance that of DC consists, is made in the form of arc chute that has external walls with arc-control horns between them and deion grids tilted through certain angle to one another and assembled of steel plates with air gaps between them. Flame-retardant grids are installed along deion grids at arc chute outlet. Holes are provided in external walls of arc chute in vicinity of deion grids. Provision is made for regulating aerodynamic factors occurring in the course of arc quenching due to elimination of ionized gas flow toward circuit-breaker contact group.

EFFECT: reduced size of arc chute, enhanced switching capacity of high-speed circuit breaker.

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in high-speed circuit-breakers, which are used for protection against short-circuit currents and unacceptable overloads installations of direct current, such as electric trains, DC.

Known interrupter device for high-speed circuit breakers DC (A.S. USSR №1638740, IPC NN 33/08), which is an arc chamber containing outer wall, between which set of partitions forming the arc gap connected between a sequentially through basic and advanced arc horns, plamegasiteli grid.

Circuit breakers with the specified arc cameras do not apply to electric trains DC.

Known interrupter device (Zocalo PV, Prosvirin B.K. Operation of trains. The Handbook. M: Transport, 1994, p.34), used in high-speed circuit-breakers type BVP-105A for electric trains DC, which is an arc chute with a narrow slit.

In the interrupter chamber with a narrow slit extinguishing of the arc is due to its extension and cooling the chamber walls. Limit commutes the organizational capacity of circuit breakers, employ interrupter chamber with a narrow slit, no more than 16 kA in the inductance 5 mH.

In accordance with GOST 9219-88 and technical requirements for protective devices necessary to ensure reliable protection of electrical trains of DC short circuit current value of 20 kA and more when the inductors 5, 10 and 15 μh, with a total downtime of no more than 40 MS and ensuring the magnitude of the surge is not more than 9 kV, that is, to provide a higher switching capacity of the switch. Fast-acting circuit breakers with arc chamber with a narrow slit can not provide these requirements to increase switching capacity in full.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is the interrupter device, produced by JSC "uralelectromash" and openly used (Promotional offer Uraltehnoservis and promotional offer iElectro circuit breakers quick release type PSA-49), made in the form of interrupter chamber containing outer wall, between which is fixed arc horn at an angle to each other are installed deione lattice consisting of steel plates, between which there are air gaps, and along deeannah gratings at the output of the camera is s placed plamegasiteli grid.

The specified arc chamber with demoname grating has a sufficiently high switching capacity, but has a large mounting dimensions, which does not allow them to be used in electric trains DC, in addition, the motion of ionized gas formed during the quenching of the arc inside the chamber, is directed not only towards plamegasiteli lattices, but down in the direction of the contact group switch. The direction of motion of the ionized gas in the direction of the contact group, under certain conditions, can lead to the breakdown of the electrical insulation in the case of the switch, which is unacceptable when using arc chambers in switches used for electric trains DC.

The technical result, which is aimed invention is to reduce the overall and mounting dimensions interrupter chamber and to increase the switching capacity of high-speed switches used in electric trains DC, by adjusting the aerodynamic factors arising in the process of extinguishing an electric arc, by introducing structural changes, which simultaneously eliminates the movement of ionized gas from the arc chamber in the direction of the contact GRU the p switch.

To achieve the technical result of the proposed interrupter device made in the form of interrupter chamber containing outer wall, between which is fixed arc horn at an angle to each other are installed deione lattice consisting of steel plates, between which there are air gaps. Along deeannah gratings at the output of the interrupter chamber is installed plamegasiteli lattice. In the outer walls of the arc chamber are made holes in the area of deeannah arrays.

When the switching speed of an electric arc within the arc chamber can be adjusted by changing the pressure of the heated ionized gas.

In the prototype at the moment of switching the heated ionized gas is distributed within a large volume of the arc chamber, and its output outside of the camera is provided through an air gap between the steel plates deeannah gratings and outer chamber walls, which are channels for outputting the heated ionized gas. Heated ionized gas is shown on these channels in the direction of movement of the arc, then the gas enters into the gaps between the plates plamegasiteli lattices, through which the gas is displayed outside of the camera. At the same time the heated ionizer the p gas is withdrawn from the camera to the side of the contact group switch.

In the present invention is the reduction of overall dimensions and volume of the arc chamber increases the pressure of the heated ionized gas inside the chamber. Reducing the pressure to a value that ensures the occurrence of the arc in deione lattice and its extinction within deeannah gratings, for the required time can be provided if accelerate the delivery of heated ionized gas outside the arc chamber. To speed up the output heated ionized gas channel for output of gas outside the chamber serves to divide the flow of gas and direct the gas into the holes made in the outer walls of the chamber in the area of deeannah lattices. Another part of the heated ionized gas derived through the channels in the direction of movement of the arc and then into the gaps between the plates plamegasiteli lattices. The separation of the gas flow is a more effective conclusion-heated ionized gas outside the arc chamber, which allows, on the one hand, to exclude the output of the arc beyond the arc chamber, and on the other hand, to exclude the movement of the heated ionized gas from the arc chamber in the direction of the contact group switch.

New the claimed technical solution is to ensure faster output preheated ionizirovannoi gas beyond the arc chamber due to the flow separation heated ionized gas in the channels and the direction of the flow into the holes, made in the outer walls of the chamber in the area of deeannah arrays.

This set of features not found in prior art, and therefore it can be concluded that the proposed as an invention is a technical solution meets the condition of patentability "inventive step".

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows arc chamber, figure 2 - deeanna grille.

Arc chamber with dimensions 680 mm 750 mm contains the outer wall 1 made of insulating material. Between the outer walls 1 fixed arc horn 2, 3 and 4, at an angle to each other are installed deione grating 5 and along deeannah gratings 5 output from the camera installed plamegasiteli grating 6. Deione grating 5 are composed of steel plates 7, between which there are air gaps 8. Air gaps 8, bounded on one side steel plates 7 deeannah gratings 5, and on the other hand the exterior surfaces 1 interrupter chamber, represent the channels for outputting the heated ionized gas outside the chamber. In the outer walls 1 interrupter chamber in the area of deeannah gratings 5 do 9 holes with dimensions a and B. In the proposed version of the opening 9 perform with dimensions that correspond the respective sizes deeannah grating 5 with the outer wall 1.

When a specified voltage, and specified dimensions interrupter chamber to ensure the extinction of the electric arc occurring in the process of switching within deeannah gratings 5, for the necessary time to select the optimal number of steel plates 7 deeannah gratings 5, their length, width, and distance between the steel plates 7, which determines the magnitude of the air gap 8, in accordance with the recommendations outlined in the technical literature (for example, Bron O., an Electrical arc in the control devices, M - L., 1954, CH. X).

Work interrupter chamber begins at the moment when the switch contacts, which sets forth the proposed arc chamber, with the opening of these contacts receive an electrical arc. The arc under the action of the electromagnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coils blast circuit breaker, and the resulting electrodynamic forces circuits of the positive opening operation period of the switch is thrown on the blow horn 4. The arc is stretched on the arc horns 2, 3 and 4 along deeannah gratings 5, included in deione grating 5 and divided into a series of short arcs, pagasae in them.

Arising in the process of extinguishing the arc-heated ionized gas appears beyond the arc chamber through the channels on the I output the heated ionized gas, formed steel plates 7 deeannah gratings 5 and outer walls 1 interrupter chamber. Part of the heated ionized gas is displayed outside of the camera through these channels in the direction of movement of the arc, and then goes beyond the camera through the gaps between the plates plamegasiteli grating 6. The other part of the gas withdrawn from the channels outside the chamber through the holes 9 made in the exterior walls 1.

The inventive design of the device is quite simple to manufacture and can be manufactured using known means and methods, which allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solution the condition of "industrial applicability".

SUBSTANCE: switching device body comprises two sides with screw clamps for external load, with current splitters, a mechanism of free splitting and a contact device. A body has a path of an electric arc with two buses of electric arc displacement. Between end sections of buses there is an arc-quenching chamber from a group of arc-quenching plates, to which a chamber adjoins to blow an arc with a hole for arc blowing. Between an arc-quenching chamber and an arc-blowing chamber there are solid guide ribs, and inside the arc-blowing chamber there are solid walls shaped to body sides. A hole for arc blowing is arranged on the plane formed by a plane arranged at the angle α<90° to the setting plane of the body. Guide ribs shaped to one and the other side of the body are arranged as a whole, at least with some of solid walls shaped to the body side. At least some of the walls shaped to one and the other side of the body have sections, which are arranged in parallel to the setting plane of the body, and sections are arranged perpendicularly to the setting plane of the body.

EFFECT: higher reliability of a switching device due to elimination of arc blowing hole closing with dirt and dust particles, as a result of higher intensity of ionised gases cooling without increased dimensions of a body.

SUBSTANCE: arc suppressor contains an arc suppression chamber (21) formed by a package of de-ionising plates (22), an arc generation chamber (11) delimited by the first side wall (12) and the second side wall (13) and a means for removal of gases generated during electric arc occurrence, the means containing a removal channel (31) positioned behind the second side wall and connected with at least one exchange space (24). The arc suppression chamber contains permanent magnets, at least part of them placed behind the first side wall (12). The removal means has a hole formed partially in the second side wall (13) and opening to the arc suppressor outside.

The invention suggests commutation switch (600) having at least one single-pole tripping unit (10) comprised of movable bridge contact (22), a pair of fixed contacts (41, 51) functioning in combination with movable bridge contact and connected respectively to input current conductor (4, 5), and two arc-extinguishing chambers (24) opening in response to opened volume of the bridge contact (22) and containing a set of at least two deionising ribs (25) separated from each other by gas exchange space. Each arc-extinguishing chamber (24) is connected to at least one outlet channel (38, 42) for cooling gas, at that outlet channels are open to the panel from the side of body line (12) of the tripping unit (10), and the above panel from the side of body line is opposed to another panel from the load side and made so that it can be contacted by the tripping device (7).
