FIELD: equipment for baking industry, in particular, dough preparing technique.

SUBSTANCE: dough kneading machine has casing, charging and discharge openings, and immovable blades mounted on main rotating shaft. Movable blades are additionally mounted on shaft, with axes of rotation of movable blades extending perpendicular to main rotating shaft. Movable blades are positioned between immovable blades. In lower part of kneading casing there are rigidly fixed fingers which are inserted into gaps between additional movable blades.

EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced production costs, enhanced reliability in operation of apparatus and improved quality of dough produced.

The invention relates to equipment for the baking industry and is intended to prepare the test.

The closest analogue is the mixing machine (USSR author's certificate No. 1409186, CL AS 1/06, 15.07.88. Bull. No. 26), comprising a housing, inlet and discharge openings, installed on the main rotating shaft of the movable blade.

The disadvantage of analog is the complexity, low reliability and high cost structure, poor quality dough.

An object of the invention is to simplify, increase reliability and reduce the cost of construction, improvement of quality of prepared dough.

This object is achieved in that in a dough mixing machine, comprising a housing, inlet and discharge openings, installed on the main rotating shaft of the stationary vanes, what's new is that there is a movable blade, the axis of rotation which is perpendicular to the main rotating shaft, and the movable vanes are located between the fixed, in addition, in the lower part of the kneading of the body are rigidly fixed fingers included in the gap between the secondary movable blades.

The technical result of the invention is expressed in simplifying, increasing reliability and reducing the cost of construction, improvement of the qualities of the prepared dough.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a front view of a dough mixing machine, figure 2 is a view of A.

Mixing machine includes a housing 1 mounted on the main rotating shaft 3 fixed blades 2, additionally installed movable vanes 6, the rotation axis 4 which is perpendicular to the main rotating shaft 3 is rigidly fixed to the fingers 5, the boot 7 and unloading 8 holes.

Dough machine operates as follows.

The dough ingredients are continuously fed through the inlet opening 7 in the kneading case 1, which is installed on the main rotating shaft 3 fixed blade 2. When this occurs, the mixing and transportation of ingredients along a helical line along the main rotating shaft 3. Next intermixed ingredients are in the region dough mixing machines, which are installed on the rotating axis 4 additional blades 6, the rotation axis 4 which is perpendicular to the main rotating shaft 3. They perform complex motion: circular - around a horizontal main rotating shaft 3; own axis 4 perpendicular to the main shaft 3, through interaction with the established in the lower part of the kneading case of fixed fingers 5 and between themselves. Layers of dough passing through the gap between the extra lop is due 6 and stationary fingers 5 are additionally machined and plastifitsirujushchih, what contributes to the quality and improve the uniformity of the composition of the test. The dough comes out of the discharge openings 8.
