FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is designed to convert energy of waves into electric energy. Proposed device contains pontoon, anchor chain and anchor, electric generator and drive including working and support sheaves over which flexible tie with weights o each end is passed. One of weights is installed for hanging over bottom and is made in form of floating anchor and the other is made in form of counterweight. Anchor chain is provided with tie-rod. Floating anchor and counterweight are made for adjustment of their mass. Floating anchor can be made in form of hollow platform in which row of chambers is made. Each chamber is sealed and designed for accommodating and/or ground, and /or air, and/or water. Counterweight is made in form of hollow float with sealed chamber in lower part which is designed for ground, and sealed air chamber is found in its upper part. Tie-rod is installed by one end on anchor chain and by other end, on pontoon. It is made flexible and can be adjusted in length.

The invention relates to the field of hydropower and can be used in wave power plants.

Known wave setup copyright certificate of the USSR No. 1642056, CL F03B 13/12, 1991, containing the pontoon and associated by means of a flexible connection anchor device made in the form of a frame with the brake elements. The anchor device is provided with a grid, rigidly attached to the frame and the braking elements are in the form of rectangular plates of a soft material, while the latter are located on the grid very close to each other along their long sides and each plate is attached to the net along its middle line.

The disadvantage of this setup is its low efficiency due to the fact that the anchor reaches the bottom, and the presence of moving parts increases the cost of construction and reduces the durability of the necessity of placing such installation at greater depths.

Known wave setup copyright certificate of the USSR No. 1460394, CL F03B 13/12, 1989, adopted by the applicant for the prototype. It contains an anchored pontoon elongated and placed on the generator and the drive including a power shaft, with ratchet, gear, flywheel and pulley, and a flexible covering the last link, the ends of which are fixed loads of different mass. The plant is equipped with p the Rus, made in the form of shutters with adjustable blades, provided with a rotation mechanism and the second electric actuator. The pulley drives are located on the sides of the pontoon, and a flexible connection optional covers and pulley drive of the second generator. In addition, the plant is equipped with mechanical stabilizers.

However, this setup is inefficient and requires accommodation at great depths.

An object of the invention is to provide a setting that has the ability to work at any depth and in any conditions, with the maximum opportunity to use the vertical component of the power wave, giving a significant positive effect with a simple design that uses a multi purpose unit without additional or special devices.

The problem is solved in that the proposed technical solution, other goods made in the form of a floating anchor, and the anchor chain is equipped with a stretch and a floating anchor and balances are designed to adjust their weight.

In addition, a floating anchor is made in the form of a hollow platform, which made a number of chambers, and each chamber is sealed and is designed to contain and/or ground and/or air and/or water.

Wave power plant consists of a pontoon 1, fixed to the bottom of the reservoir anchor 2 anchor chain 3. On one edge of the pontoon 1 is driving the working unit 4, and the other supporting block 5. The use of the proposed solution was not possible to create a complex, but highly efficient power unit that runs regardless of the depth of the reservoir and wave direction.
