The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in vehicles.

Known differential push-lock containing a Cam sleeve mounted on one of the shafts between the differential case and polovoy gear, one coupling half which is installed on axis with the possibility of axial movement and through the slots connected to the frame, and the other made integral with polovoy gear (see Litvinov A.S. "Chassis cars." M., 1963, p. 168). However, this design is complicated, has insufficient durability, inherent speed change ratio of the lock.

Also known differential push-lock containing accommodated in the housing half-shaft gears with axes, satellites, geared with pausetime gears and locking device including a switch movably mounted on the Cup differential. Between the axes set the axis of the retaining rings with the possibility of free rotation relative to the latter. The retaining ring is placed on this axis, one against the other, mounted on the axles and can rotate independently from one another. The disadvantages of this design include its complexity, lack of durability, speed change ratio lock. The disadvantages of this design include the possibility of jamming the locking balls after a full differential lock, because there is no force that returns the balls. Also the drawbacks include the inability to obtain the coefficient block, equal to one, due to the fact that the springs may not transfer sufficient force to lock the half-shaft gears between them.

The technical problem on which the invention is directed, is to eliminate the possibility of failure of the locking mechanism of the differential due to jamming of the locking elements between pausetime gears, eliminating their loss when removing the lock while providing a continuously variable range of values of the coefficient block in the range from zero to one.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that the differential positive-lock for a vehicle containing accommodated in the housing of the gear axes, interacting via satellites, and a locking device made in the form of consistently interacting ring switch associated with the drive and installed nekocase of differential axial movement on its surface, and located inside of the satellite axes of the plungers, transmitting the force of the elements and the locking elements interacting with the profile radial drillings on the front end surfaces of the gears, according to the invention in the differential inputs of the spring insert and the elastic stopper of the locking elements and the radial grooves on the front end surfaces of the gears is made in the form of grooves with a wave profile number which is a multiple of two, with spring insert is installed between the housing of the differential and rear end surfaces of each of the gears, and the elastic stopper of the locking elements are located between the front end surfaces of the gears and installed vraspor with the locking elements, and the outer the surface of the elastic stopper has a profile matching the profile of the locking elements.

On the solution of the technical problem is also aimed that transmit the force of the elements inside of the satellite axes made in the form of a set of balls.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that the spring insert is made in the form of Belleville springs.

On the solution of the technical problem is also aimed that the elastic stopper of the locking elements in the form of a split spring ring.

The solution of a technical problem it becomes possible thanks to the introduction in the design of the differential spring inserts between the housing and the rear end surfaces of the gears and the elastic stopper, the outer surface of which corresponds to the profile of the locking elements. Elastic stopper in its compressed state when the lock provides reliable contact with the undulating profile of the radial grooves on the front end surfaces of the gears, providing a defined blocking efforts. Due to the even number of radial grooves eliminates the possibility of misalignment of the locking elements. Then when you unlock the power of elasticity from the elastic limiter in conjunction with spring inserts returns the locking elements in their original state, not allowing them to fall out, at the same time providing a continuously variable range of values of the coefficient block from zero to one.

The device operates as follows.

If necessary, differential lock ring switch 7 with the actuator 8 moves the signal from a switch (not shown) along the axis of the device on the outer surface of the housing 1 differential. The number of radial grooves 13 and 14 with the wave profile on the front end surfaces 15 and 16 half-shaft gears 2 and 3 are divisible by two, that is even. This condition is necessary, since only under this condition will not be distortions of the locking elements 12. This will be minimal and dynamic loads.

Ring switch 7 can occupy any given position, and therefore, the device allows to obtain a continuous series of coefficients lock from zero to one. Moreover, the degree of locking depends on the degree of deformation of the spring inserts 17 and 18 involved in obtaining a continuously variable range of ratios lock together with the annular switch 7.

Perform the actuator 8 in the form of a stepper motor that is associated with the annular switch 7, enables more accurate positioning of the latter relative to the housing 1 differential, thereby setting a bol is e just force the lock, desired ratio lock.

The cylinders arrest angular rotation and are arranged at an angle of 120° over the periphery of the cylinder. The smooth face of second cylinder (8) is provided with friction coating (11) that slides over the rim of the differential gear. The expansion cams of the cylinders face each other.
