The invention relates to utilities and is intended for the collection and disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW) from the apartment, including high-rise residential and public buildings and constructions. (In accordance with SP 31-108-2002 belong to the tall buildings over 75 feet tall.)

Trend construction of high-rise buildings (30-50 floors and more) in the country is expanding. These buildings began in the first place to design and build in Moscow (by publication in the city planned to build more than 200 by 2015), in some others (as in Russia and CIS) major cities of earth in them is more expensive.

The former approach to the garbage disposal unacceptable here: MSW, falling from a 150-metre, for example, height, and contains often not harmless by weight of the components, develop significant gravitational speed, which can be unsafe for both containers placed under the barrel of rubbish, and their gates (in closed position). Living force of such impact may be in the 50-storey tower up to 600 KGM, making it unsafe for building structures.

The solution of this problem is the possibility of creating garbage disposal, capable of removing solid waste from the residential floors of multi-storey, including high-rise buildings with minimal noise and aims of the proposed technical solution.

In the possibilities of its solution is facilitated by the presence in high-rise buildings technical floors - usually the 2nd and one of the middle floors (the need for which is determined by the solution of many engineering problems by the zoning of the building). These non-residential floors of the most it is possible to embed in the chute so-called extinguishers gravitational kinetic energy (speed) fall MSW, because the barrel garbage permeates their transit.

At the same time mandatory application in the garbage disposal washing devices complicates the task of creating garbage disposal with dampers, because the latter should not interfere with operation clean site washing device inside the barrel garbage.

The proposed construction of the chute with the quencher solves exactly this problem - a significant reduction in the gravitational kinetic energy (speed) drop waste in the garbage disposal multistory, including high-rise buildings with unobstructed use of the jetting device. Another requirement to the garbage disposal, equipped with a damper, they should not serve as a source of additional noise or constructive to suppress it, is also provided in the proposed decision.

Naturally, all of the above applies to any high-rise buildings, where the use of such chutes can be recognized in more than appropriate, but only in those where the 2nd floor is the non-residential, i.e. where there is the possibility of its use with this device.

Known chute with the quencher - damping device, placed in the trunk on its axis to rotate the valve, and therefore the damping of the falling velocity of the waste (French patent No. 22555450, CL 04F 14/10, 1973). The presence of a flap inside of the barrel garbage excludes the use of jetting devices that referred to national standards is unacceptable. In addition, the application provided for in him hydraulics in utilities almost unprofitable in our time because of the high complexity and low-skilled staff.

For these same reasons, it is unacceptable chute, is provided with charging valves, the stem of which is embedded aperture, the segments which are mounted on axes can be rotated and provided with a counterweight (USSR author's certificate No. 1571170, CL 04F 17/10, 1988).

This device has a very complex structure linkage suspension systems segments, and - most importantly - does not allow jetting device, since the barrel of the chute tightly overlapped segmented aperture, preventing the free passage of the mobile node jetting device. In addition, the damper may not contribute to the fragmentation of the waste (reducing the masses of the individual components) and thus to contribute to the damping of their speed.

The damper according to patent No. 2224859 RF, CL E04F 17/10, 2004 workable, implemented in the 46-story high-rise building in Moscow (two copies), meets all national standards, however, cannot be attributed to a number of simple and affordable devices.

The closest rubbish to the claimed physical entity clearing it of gravitational falling velocity of the waste is rubbish, the barrel of which reduces the kinetics and the noise from falling debris (German patent No. 243437, CL 37d, 17/10, 1911)defined us as a prototype.

However, this solution cannot be used directly in real terms because of the insurmountable difficulties of waste disposal for the proposed scheme in terms of industrial construction.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to create a universal garbage disposal, acceptable for both high-rise and multi-storey buildings and ensuring the reduction of the gravitational kinetic energy (speed) falls municipal solid waste, a significant reduction of noise during operation of the incinerator in General, maintaining the possibility of using jetting device and all of this is simpler, and therefore cheaper design.

The technical result of the use of the claimed invention is to provide the capacity and utilization traditional stem chute in multi-storey including high-rise, buildings, ensuring the effectiveness of its work, including damping of gravitational kinetic falling velocity of waste while maintaining the possibility of using jetting device, ensuring the absorption of noise, waste discharge, a significant simplification of the design and increased reliability due to the absence of any moving parts.

This technical result is achieved by the proposed implementation of chute design in General, design and placement of its distinctive features is the embodiment of the device for damping of gravitational falling velocity of waste in the form of a smoothly curving along the axis of the barrel half-stitch in diameter and deflection equal to the diameter of the barrel, the execution of the individual taps, fitted with flanges for connection of the stem of the chute and support.

Additional rationale for the effectiveness of the proposed built-in garbage disposal absorber is its implementation of a unified homogeneous elements laterals, their manufacture by casting, which allows to obtain a thick-walled, reinforced by forming the ribs, i.e. solid and sound-absorbing design with a smooth inner surface. In addition, support for mounting the device for damping the rate of fall of MSW is massive and ireda on the floor of the building through a shock-absorbing gasket, that also contribute to samohlasen.

The invention consists in that the chute containing the trunk floor with boot flaps and a device for damping of gravitational falling velocity of solid waste, mounted on the axis of the barrel garbage at the intermediate or second non-residential technical floors of the building on the support, a device for damping of gravitational falling velocity of solid waste made in the shape of smoothly curving from the axis of the barrel half-stitch in diameter and deflection equal to the diameter of the barrel, while the loop is made of separate single-type outlets, equipped with flanges for connection of the stem of the chute and support. The efficiency of absorption is ensured by the implementation of taps with a massive wall and a smooth inner surface and the slope does not prevent the slide as falling waste and aisle mobile node jetting device. Absorb noise generated at the falling waste, except bulky half-stitch, also contributes to the support of a damper, made in the form of massive slabs placed on the overlap of the corresponding floor of a building on a shock-absorbing lining.

Significant difference between the proposed technical solution is the embodiment of the device for damping of gravitational falling velocity of the solids is s waste in the form of a smoothly curved from the axis of the barrel garbage half-stitch in diameter and deflection, equal to the diameter of the barrel, and implementation of individual single-type outlets with homopolyamide massive walls, reinforced flange, and the connecting flanges, which determines their manufacture by casting.

Conducted by the applicant's analysis of the prior art, including searching by the patent and scientific and technical information sources, has allowed to establish that the analogues, characterized by the signs of the claimed invention, not found, and from the list of identified analogues are selected as the closest prototype on a set of attributes that helped to define the distinctive features of the proposed technical solution. According to the applicant's claimed invention meets the criterion of "novelty" under the current law.

The claimed combination of features allows you to create a reliable and simple garbage disposal for high-rise, including high-rise, residential and public buildings with a device for damping the rate of fall of MSW due to mechanical shock crushing their major factions and physical braking wastes in General on the walls of the half-stitch, falling from a great height and having as a consequence a considerable kinetic energy, and at the same time not adversely affect the normal operation of jetting device of the chute.

Proceeding from the above, you made the conclusion that the proposed solution meets the criterion of "substantial differences" by applicable law.

Technical solution not obvious from the prior art. It therefore meets the criterion of "inventive step" by applicable law.

As evidence of industrial applicability of the invention provides examples of the performance of the proposed garbage disposal with a device for damping of gravitational falling velocity of the waste, applicable to different types.

Running the garbage disposal as follows.

Discharged through the floor of the boot valves 2 municipal solid waste is transported down the stem motoroperated due to gravitational forces. A large fraction of the waste, or part of them due to impact is subdivided into smaller than partially lose their kinetic energy and speed, then slide on the inclined surfaces of the branches 6, 7, 8 and 9 and lose speed due to a change in the direction of sliding and friction forces.

The smooth shape of the half-stitch absorber 5, the diameter D and the value of the bending angle R is equal to the diameter of the barrel 1, it does not interfere with jetting device.

Reducing the level of noise that inevitably arise when using the chute, is provided through the walls of the absorber 5, made solid, noise-attenuating, and placing it on a solid support 12 with a cushioning pad 13.

Of engineering and mounting considerations the damper is made of a separate, and - most importantly - the same elements - taps 6, 7, 8 and 9 with the flange 10 connected to each other, with the barrel 1 and the support 12, and the strength of the massive walls of the branches is strengthened by ribs 11 on their forms.

Thus, proceeding from the above it follows that sabreena industrially applicable and allows to achieve the stated technical result.
