The scope of the invention

The present invention relates to a machine for processing banknotes set in the inner part of the vending machine, device, exchange money, slot machine etc. that accepts some types of banknotes outside for temporary storage and uploads some notes from the stored banknotes out.

Option standard banknote processing machine is known machine for processing banknotes depicted in Fig.9 (see publication of the patent application of Japan for a number HEI2-26274). The INVENTION

According to figure 10 total pulley 13g, located next to the reference section 11 relative to the roller 13c, contains two pulley 13ga and 13gb, coaxially with ribbons 13ea and 13eb respectively. Driven unit 13h pulley has the form of a toothed clutch and contains many 130h pulleys, which has two coaxial pulley 130ha and 130hb gear 131h, coaxially many 130h pulleys, and placed between the clutch 132h. Tape 13ea is stretched between the pulley 130ha and pulley 13ga, whereas tape 130hb stretched between the loud and the om 130hb and pulley 13gb.

Removable drawer 20 places for storage and unloads the banknote. All removable drawers 20 have the same structure. Proposed winding device contains drive roller for roll drive with two movably turnable supports adjustable in height by self-contained pneumatic drives united by material position control system relative to preset line of material movement at winding; winding stem installed in clamping centers for synchronous plane-parallel displacement with winding roller. Clamping centers are made for rotation and displacement along axis of winding rod means of clamping pneumatic cylinders whose rods are mechanically coupled through rectangular guides with winding stem. It has also roll weight compensator with pneumatic drive, drives for leveling edge of web in process of winding and removal of roll after winding, and optoelectronic material length measuring system and pneumatic drive control system by means of microprocessor.

It contains also devices for application of wetting product to thin-sheet material located before winding device and after breaking zone.
