FIELD: confectionery industry, in particular, construction of machines for mixing of dispersions in liquid-liquid system, or liquid-solid system, or liquid-gas system, more particular, for whipping of fruit and milk cocktails, ice cream, multiple-component bulk mixtures.

SUBSTANCE: band mixer for whipping and mixing of liquid and bulk products consists of casing incorporating shaft with spokes on which band-type working blade is fixed. Working blade is made in the form of spiral coil formed as "Moebius sheet". Band working blade is equipped at its one of two edges with bead having height making 10-50% of band width, said bead being arranged at right or obtuse angle relative to band surface. Obtuse angle may range between 91 and 179 deg.

EFFECT: intensified process in all directions and elimination of occurrence of stagnation zones.

The invention relates to confectionery, namely, devices machines designed for mixing dispersions, as in the system of liquid-liquid or liquid-solid and liquid-gas, and more specifically can be used for whipping fruit and milk shakes, ice cream, multi-component granular mixtures.

Known stirrer [1], made of a housing with a vertical symmetry axis, which axis is hosted working body, made in the form of a shaft to which is attached at the height of the spokes, and to the ends of the spokes are attached in dubsahara performed by two flat spiral metal tape. This ribbon mixer is used for the intensification of the process of heat exchange between the mixed components, as it provides the moving components around the axis and in the vertical direction.

The disadvantage of this mixer is that its working body uses two flat multi-screw tape and is, therefore, quite bulky and expensive product.

Known mixer [2]made out of the housing with a vertical symmetry axis, which axis is hosted working body, made in the form of a shaft to which is attached profile strip corresponding to the shape of the inner surface of the case prevented the I. This agitator moves the blend components only in a circle around the axis.

The disadvantage of stirrers-analogue of [2] is that it is poorly intensifies the mixing process in the vertical direction along the axis.

The closest known technical solution adopted as a prototype, is a device for mixing (blending) of liquid bulk products [3]. This mixer is made of shell with located inside shaft with spokes, which strengthened the working blade in the form of a spiral coil in the form of "Moebius". This mixer has a low metal content, provides the offset of the mix components as along the axis, in the radial direction.

The disadvantage of the prototype is that this mixer provides a weak shift of the mix of components due to the fact that during the special rapid rotation of the working body - spiral curls in the form of "Moebius", the mass in contact with the surface of the tape such orbits, very quickly it is reset due to the power of the centrifugal force, which reduces the migration of components of the mixed mass in the most remote sectors, creating dead zones.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase the power offset mix components in all directions is aniah, the exception of stagnant zones and the increasing intensification of the mixing process.

The problem is solved in that the ribbon mixer for whipping and mixing of liquid and granular products, made from the shell with located inside shaft with spokes, which reinforced tape working the blade in the form of spiral curls, made in the form of "Moebius", with tape working the blade with one of the two edges provided with a flange having a height h from 10 to 50% of the width of the tape mounted at right or obtuse angle α with respect to the tape surface. The obtuse angle may be performed from a 91°1' to 179°.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which schematically shows a drawing of the proposed device.

Ribbon stirrer made of a casing 1 having a vertical axis. Along the axis placed the shaft 2 with spokes 3, which reinforced tape working blade 4 made in the form of a spiral coil in the form of "Moebius". The blade 4 with one edge has a Board 5 mounted on one of the surfaces of the blade 4 at an angle α and with relatively the same surface of the blade 4 height h. In the hard line of junction 6 of the two ends of the tape 4 Board 5 is located on the other of the two ends of the tape 4.

The device operates as follows.

After turning on the drive begins bramat the camping Val 2, through the spokes 3 transmits torque band working the blade 4 made in the form of "Moebius". Working the blade 4 in the form of "Moebius" starts to rotate around the axis and thereby begins to beat (mix), for example, a liquid product consisting of components of different densities. Due to the fact that the working blade 4 is made in the form of "Moebius", the vector force of the impact surface of the blade 4 and the flanges 5 on the product at each point of contact changes its direction from 0 to 360° for each turn of the shaft 2. During the contact surface of the tape 4 with the product, at its rotation around the axis, there is a centrifugal force which tends to throw the weight from the surface of the tape 4 (this is most evident when the product consists of solid and liquid components), but the presence of the bead 5 it reduces flushing and allows you to transfer the mass on the surface of the tape 4, i.e. in the corner between the surface of the tape 4 and the flange 5 in other sectors of the volume 1, excluding the possibility of stagnant zones. All this allows to move the product in a circle around the axis, axis, axis, axis upwards and along the axis downwards, which in General leads to the intensification of the mixing process.

The intensification of the process, i.e. the time during which a multicomponent product acquires the required quality is avisit on many factors, including from the angle α between the plane of the tape 4 and the flange 5, and height h. For different products, for different qualities of products, the individual parameters and are defined by their "know-how".

The usefulness of this invention is that such a ribbon mixer allows to intensify the process in all directions and to avoid stagnant zones.
