Handlebar 4 is coupled with wheel 3 by means of steering mechanism with tie-rod 15 and front steering arm 16 and rear steering arm hinge-coupled with tie-rod 15. Handlebar is coupled with vertical part of steering arm 16, and second end of rear steering arm is rigidly coupled with lower end of shaft of hinge joint 14.
