SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying onto inner surface of cartridge chamber and adjacent to it part of barrel mixture of three non-organic matters capable for generating irradiation in range of wave lengths 460 - 680 nm after irradiating them by irradiation in range of wave lengths 800-1200 nm. Said non-organic matters are selected from group including matters capable for irradiating first - in blue range, second -in green range and third - in red range. Relation of quantities of said matters is set beforehand.

EFFECT: possibility for identification of riffled firearms according to bullet and according to fired case- due to using applied beforehand marking symbols.

The invention relates to the design and production of a piece of firearms and can be used for marking barrel rifled small arms manufactured in small batches.

Well-known classical method for identifying a rifle (Kustanovich S.D. Forensic ballistics. M: Legal literature, 1956, p.24-27). According to a known method carried out comparing two bullets and two sleeves, one of which obviously westralian of the test weapons, and the second is presumably westralian of the test weapons. The comparison is carried out, in General, the number and width of traces of the fields of the grooves of the bullet, the direction and angle of inclination, and also by comparing the appearance of the shells, their typical scratches and defects. In addition, compare the shape and size of the individual tracks, the configuration of the projections and depressions, as well as their mutual arrangement - i.e. the elements inherent in the individual barrel and chambered rifle.

The disadvantage of this method should recognize the need for the expert ballista firearms (or bullets or shells)that can be used as an element of comparison. In their absence, the examination cannot be performed.

Also known construction the barrel (RU, patent 2148769, 2000), with whom nutrena the surface of the inorganic marking coatings ensure the implementation of a set of microelements in the side surface of the bullet when passing it on to the target during the shot, allowing by chemical analysis of the surface of the bullet, and surfaces that came into contact with the bullet after firing, to determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of the established elements and, therefore, the barrel of the weapon from which a shot was fired.

This system of marking of the trace elements are not suitable to identify the barrels of weapons, because there is currently not known how accurate deposition on the inner surface of the inorganic coating, in addition, in this embodiment, the weapon cannot be identified by empty sleeve.

Also known construction barrel rifle (RU, patent 2212609, 2003). The closest analogue of the proposed technical solutions can be recognized as the method of applying identification marks on the barrel rifled weapons (US, 4175346, 1979). Proposed to be applied to the inner surface of the barrel rifled weapons additional marking elements, leaving traces on the pool, which can be identified as individual characteristics of the barrel rifled weapons.

A disadvantage of known construction admittedly not take into account the impact of the additional marking elements on ballistic weapons, in addition, in this embodiment, the weapon cannot be identified by empty sleeve.

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide opportunities labeling rifle, preferably produced in small batches.

The technical result obtained by implementing the method is to identify the rifle as the pool and the spent cartridge with use the of previously executed marking elements.

This technical result is achieved by applying to the inner surface of the chamber and the adjacent part of the stem mixture of three inorganic substances, which are able to emit radiation in the wavelength range from 460 to 680 nm is irradiated by radiation with a wavelength of 800 to 1200 nm, and these inorganic substances chosen from the group containing substances, one of which has the ability to emit radiation in the blue range, one in the green range and one in the red range, the ratio of these substances are pre-defined. The mixture may additionally contain components that increase its adhesion to the metal surface. Application can be made either from solution or by spraying. Preferably as a substance capable of generating radiation in the blue range, use fluoride divalent lead or oxide of tetravalent germanium, doped with thulium or ytterbium; as a substance capable of generating radiation in the green range, use La2O2S, activated with ytterbium or erbium; as a substance capable of generating radiation in the red range, use Y2O3-YOF, activated with ytterbium or erbium, and Y2O3-YOCl, activated ytterby the m or erbium. However, it is possible to use other substances that meet the criteria defined above. Previously on the surface of the chamber (and the adjacent part of the stem) can be applied sublayer, in particular polymeric liner that increases the adhesion of the above-mentioned mixture of fluorescent substances. It may also hold the elevation of the surface of the chamber, in particular, by making many small cuts abrasive processing.

It was established experimentally that such marking leaves a fluorescent label on the pool and the liner in the exercise of not less than 300 shots without changing the ballistic characteristics of the rifle.

Hereinafter the invention will be discussed using different implementations.

The inner surface of the chamber sniper rifle and the adjacent part of the stem (up to 12 mm) was coated from a solution mixture GeO2activated Tm and Yb, La2O2S, activated Er and Yb and YF3activated Er and Yb, and these substances were used in a mass ratio of 1:1:1. The proposed method will allow marking of newly manufactured and existing instances of weapons. The lack of sophisticated equipment used for marking, and for its reading, leads to simplification of the process of marking and to simplify the registration and luminescense signal, to make the conclusion about the use of specific weapons. The possibility of changes in the composition of the mixture of substances can virtually do not limit the number of marked units.
