The invention relates to a method of treatment of polyester and polyamide cord to improve their adhesion to rubber and can be used in the rubber industry.

A method of processing polyester yarn application of the composition based on an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol with pre-treatment of the yarn with an aqueous solution aminosalicylic acid (USSR Author's certificate No. 709742, class D 06 M 13/40; publ. 15.01.80).

However, using this method requires additional processing threads aqueous solution aminosalicylic acid before impregnation.

A method of processing polyester fabric impregnated laeknaritarar.informe.com composition and heat treatment to a residual moisture content cords of 0.5-0.7% (U.S. Pat. 2054058 Russia, D 01 F 11/08; publ. 10.02.96).

However, this method requires drying the impregnated fabric at a high temperature and is intended only for polyester cord.

There is a method of improving the adhesion of polyester yarn to rubber processing them with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and a saturated solution of KHSO4with a subsequent heat treatment, impregnation laeknaritarar.informe.com composition, drying and treatment with an aqueous solution of bromine and additional processing threads aqueous solution of nitrate of cobalt, silver, or mercury (Author svidetel is in the USSR №852981, class. D 06 M 11/04; publ. 07.08.81).

However, using this method requires numerous additional processing yarns of various aqueous solutions, which significantly complicates the process.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence is a method of processing fibrous material impregnated his composition on the basis of the latex of synthetic rubber, resorcinolformaldehyde resin and additives, which is a urea, followed by heat treatment (USSR Author's certificate No. 740798, CL 08 L 13/02; publ. 15.06.80).

However, using this method requires an additional heat treatment of the impregnated cord and do not provide a sufficiently high strength when attaching the cord to the rubber.

Task: to develop a method of processing fibrous material, providing increased strength textile cord, its bond strength with rubber based on polychloroprene rubber, making fire, simplification method of processing fibrous material by eliminating the stage of heat treatment.

The technical result is to increase the bond strength textile cord with rubber based on polychloroprene rubber and simplification of the method of processing fibrous material.

The technical result is achieved in that the processing method in onestage material impregnating composition, followed by drying, lining impregnated fibrous material rubber compound and vulcanized, and as an impregnating composition used glue SO based on chloroprene rubber plant DP and distillation waste from the production of aniline with aniline content 15-18 parts by weight in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: the specified adhesive SA - 100,0, distillation waste from the production of aniline with aniline content parts by weight of 15-18 - 5,0-15,0.

We have found that the reason for the increase of bond strength textile cord with rubber based on polychloroprene rubber with this method is the increase in the concentration of polar groups for use in impregnating composition distillation waste production of aniline. These polar groups included in the impregnating composition, capable of chemical interaction with the polar groups contained in the molecules in the fibers of the cord. High bond strength impregnated cord with rubber based on polychloroprene rubber is also due to lifelessly impregnating composition has high adhesion to the fibers, and rubber. Due to the fact that the impregnating composition contains no water, the simplified method of processing fibrous material by eliminating the stage of heat treatment.

Glue SU (TU 381051760-89), which includes (parts by weight): chloroprene rubber Nairit DP-90, butylbenzaldehyde smo is and K-90, zinc oxide - 5, the magnesium oxide - 11, water - 3, and an organic solvent - 800.

Chloroprene rubber Nairit DP (TU 6-01-1319-85) is the main film-forming adhesives-solutions.

Butylbenzaldehyde resin C (TU-60004691277193-97).

Curing group: zinc oxide (zinc white GOST 202-84), magnesium oxide (burnt magnesia GOST 844-79) was previously used in adhesive compositions.

Organic solvent: a mixture of ethyl acetate grades a, B (GOST 8981-78) and nefras (GOST 3840167109-92) in percentage ratio of 50:50.

Distillation waste from the production of aniline (TR production of aniline CJSC "Orgsintez", Volzhskiy city), formed at the stage of obtaining trademark of aniline, represent (parts by weight): aniline 15-18, cyclohexylamin - 0-10, toluidine (solvent) - 2-4, sodium hydroxide (filler) - 1-3, diphenylamine - 3-20, metaphenylenediamine - 1-3, o-, n-aminophenol - 1-6, high molecular weight resinous substances (reagents interacting with rubber) - 6 : 45 a.m.

An example of the preparation of the impregnating composition. In clearesult containing adhesive SA (TU 381051760-87), enter the calculated amount of VAT waste of aniline with aniline content 15-18 parts by weight and stirred the contents for 5-10 minutes until a homogeneous mass.

Get impregnating compounds 1-4, the formula of which is given in table 1.

The method of processing fibrous material (Polia the IRNA and polyamide cord) is as follows.

The compositions according to examples 1-4 impregnated with polyester cord 20 POINTS from threads 111 Tex×1×3 (TU 6-12-31-03-95) and polyamide cord 30A thread patterns 188 Tex×1×2 (TC 6-06-With-04-95) and dried at room temperature (20° (C) within 24 hours. Then cord samples of putting a rubber mixture based on chloroprene rubber and vulcanized at 150°C for 30 minutes. Can be used in rubber mixtures based on different rubbers.

The strength of the cord, the bond strength of impregnated cord with rubber based on polychloroprene rubber (PHEV and other General technology rubber - M.: Chemistry, 1978. - p.85) was determined by N-method (GOST 23785.7-89) on a tensile testing machine RMI-60. The resistance was determined according to the method of determining the resistance to burning (GOST 28157-89).

The test results presented in table 2.

The stated limits of distillation waste of aniline with aniline content 15-18 parts by weight 5,0-15,0 due to the fact that when you increase or decrease the indicated dosages reduced the strength of the impregnated fabric, its bond strength with rubber and fire resistance.

Thus, as can be seen from table 2, the proposed method can improve the strength of the impregnated cord 2 times his strength with rubber 2.5 times the resistance against Corda was covered.
