The invention relates to equipment and methods of control devices, primarily for rocket and space technology.

Known stand for balancing, for example, road wheels, comprising a rotary table and the method [1] correction of imbalance of the body of rotation, providing for the addition or removal of material from a number of places of correction.

The disadvantage of this method is the lack of accuracy and greater complexity.

Closest to the proposed construction of the prototype is described in [2] a device for balancing control unit steering machine (RM)containing the balancing elements, through which the shaft of the Electromechanical transducer fixed to the rocking and rotary table with base mounted on the turntable with a radial offset relative to its axis of rotation and the combination of the radius of the turntable with the plane of symmetry of the control unit. The closest to the proposed method of the prototype is a way of balancing control unit RM described in [2], including creating overload to the rocking chair in the plane of symmetry of the control unit by rotating the rotary table, and changing the center of mass of the balancing elements.

The disadvantage of this device and method is the only visa is a high control.

The objective of the proposed device and method is to provide objective control imbalance rocking control unit RM relative to its plane of symmetry.

The technical result of the present invention is to improve the accuracy and objective instrument control balancing control unit.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device for balancing control unit steering of the machine containing the balancing elements, through which the shaft of the Electromechanical transducer fixed to the rocking and rotary table with base mounted on the turntable with a radial offset relative to its axis of rotation and the combination of the radius of the turntable with the plane of symmetry of the control unit, in contrast to prototype it introduced two movable emphasis placed on the base-side rocking, opposite the axis of rotation of the rotary table, at the same distance from the plane of symmetry of the control unit, but also introduced two voltmeter, each of which together with the power source, one of the movable stops and rocking form their own electrical circuit, while the shaft of the Electromechanical transducer is installed perpendicular to the rotary table. Movable stops made in the form of Mick is americasa screw micrometer heads, and micrometric screw each micrometer head turned to the rocking chair, and the axis of the screw parallel to the plane of symmetry of the control unit.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method, the balancing control unit steering of the machine, including creating overload to the rocking chair in the plane of symmetry of the control unit by rotating the rotary table, and changing the center of mass of the balancing elements, unlike the prototype in him before the creation of the overload down each movable stop before contact with rocking chair and control the moment of closing electrical circuits, then take away the stops and set equal to certain clearances between the ends of a rocking chair and stops after creating congestion control time circuits electrical circuits each end of the swing, if circuits electrical circuits recorded in different points in time, by changing the positions of the centers of mass of the balancing elements, repeat the above cycle of operations when disabled Electromechanical transducer until the simultaneous closure of electrical circuits each end of the swing under the action of the overload.

The drawing shows a General structural diagram of a device for balancing control unit RM.

Device for balancing power control is the exercise of the RM includes the turntable 1 with the axis of rotation at the point O installed on the base 2 with a radial offset relative to the point O. On the basis of 2 fixed control unit RM with a combination of its own plane of symmetry with a radius of the turntable containing the Electromechanical transducer (EMF) 3, the rocking chair 5 with the plungers 6 and the fixation elements 7. Rocking 5 loaded flat spring 8 and mounted on the shaft 4 EMFs 3 by means of a collet clamp, made in the form of a split hub which edges spanned by a pin 9 and nuts 10, the role of the balancing elements. The shaft 4 EMFs 3 is perpendicular to the rotary table 1, this simplifies the construction of the Foundation and provides its location parallel to the rotary table. When disabled EMF rocking occupies a neutral position under the action of the spring 8, in which its plane of symmetry coincides with the plane of symmetry of the control unit and the radius OA of the rotary table. From rocking 5, opposite the axis of rotation of the table (point O), on the base 2 at the same distance from the plane of symmetry of the control unit of installed flexible lugs, made in the form of micrometric screws 11 micrometer head 12, for example according to GOST 6507-90 fixed relative to the base 2 by brackets 13. To overload acted in the direction of the axes of the plungers 6, micrometer in the options 11 is placed parallel to the plane of symmetry of the control unit and is directed towards the axis of rotation of the turntable 1, i.e. towards the action overload. Each screw 11 is attached to its own electrical circuit including the power source 14 and the voltmeter 15 connected to the rocking chair 5.

When casting the rotation of the turntable 1, the EMF 3 mounted on the base 2, is valid overload, proportional to the number of revolutions of the turntable 1 and the offset of the base 2 relative to the rotation center O. In case of imbalance of the control unit rocking 5, mounted on the shaft 4 EMFs 3, under the action of an overload, the corresponding overload acting on the housing of the steering of the machine in its operation, in the direction of the axes of the plungers 6, mounted on the rocking elements fixation 7, overcomes the force of the spring 8 and is rotated together with the shaft 4 about its axis, the electrical circuit is closed. The moment of closing of the electric circuit from the power source 14 is controlled by the corresponding voltmeter 15. To eliminate the imbalance of the control unit changes the position of the centres of mass of the balancing elements, i.e. the rotation of the shift rod 9 in the direction of the plunger 6, the opposite side of the rocking 5, moved away from the center of rotation of the rotary table under the action of an overload, or change the weight of the nuts 10. Micrometer screws 11 micrometer head 12 secured by brackets 13, restrict the movement of the ends of the rockers 5.

p> The method of balancing control unit RM as follows. Before creating overload fail micrometer screw 11 micrometer head 12 to contact with the rocker 5 and voltmeters 15 control the moment of closing electrical circuits, then the rotation of the micrometer head 12 unlock the electrical circuit and is set to certain clearances Δ between the chair and each micrometer screw 11. Micrometer head 12 set at the same distance from the plane of symmetry of the control unit and clearances Δ chosen equal to create the same move from stress overload on each arm of a rocking chair. For a particular RM value Δ is 0.01-0.015 mm, the magnitude of the overload to 12 g. Create an overload for a rocking 5 in the plane of symmetry of the control unit RM rotation of the rotary table 1. When disabled EMF 3 control the moment of closing of electrical circuits each micrometer screw 11 on the corresponding voltmeter 15, in the case of non-simultaneous circuit changes the position of the centres of mass of the balancing device, i.e. change the mass of the nut 10, or put an extra nut and slip the pin 9 in the direction of the plunger 6, the opposite side of the rocking 5, the first enclosed electrical circuit. Repeat the cycle above OPE the Nations until the simultaneous closure of electrical circuits each end of the swing, then the balanced finish.

Ensuring simultaneity circuits electrical circuits according to the indications of the voltmeter when performing equal clearance on the same shoulder for the same overload acting on the rocking chair, improves accuracy and provides instrument control balancing control device.
