SUBSTANCE: method involves forming fruits into windrows; directing fruits into cells of lifting drum by means of which they are lifted and thrown onto tray; directing fruits to zone where drums with catches are located; gripping fruits by means of drums equipped with catches and adapted for rotation in opposite directions and guiding into gaps therebetween for further cutting into halves; orienting fruits with their cut portion upward and fixing on conveyor for combing out of seeds, followed by throwing of seeds into hopper; directing fruit halves free of seeds to charging zones for charging into vehicles. Apparatus has windrow forming section, lifting drum equipped with cells, tilt tray, drums with catches, knife positioned on frame of upper drum and provided with toothed comb, and tilter with counterweight, feeding conveyor having belt equipped with pins, roller conveyor positioned at the level of lower drum at the side opposite to direction of advancement of fruits and at an angle to feeding conveyor, said roller conveyor being provided with elastoplastic plates, separating drum mounted above feeding conveyor and provided with flexible members adapted for combing out of seeds, and seed hopper positioned under feeding conveyor and provided with movable bottom. Hopper is communicating with conveyor for charging of fruit halves and fruit seeds into vehicles. Upper drum is positioned for movement in vertical plane in conjunction with knife and tilter. Knife is located for reciprocation longitudinally of drums. Tilter is positioned for movement along circle sector around immovable axis.

EFFECT: reduced intensity of labor for separating seeds from cucurbitaceous fruits and improved quality of resultant product.

The invention relates to agricultural processes food production, in particular to methods of seeds from the fruit melons and devices for their implementation.

Known methods of seeds from melons A.S. No. 772500, which provide the seeds by crushing the fruit in small fractions, separating the seeds from the pulp with water soul and separation of seeds through the openings of the sieves. Each operation is performed by a separate unit within the common process sequence, forming a fixed line with a large consumption of water, electricity and use of a large number of vehicles for the delivery of melons to the place of processing. In addition, the applied methods do not exclude damage to the seeds.

Also known device for the implementation of methods A.S. No. 950296, 772500, which perform the process of selection of seeds directly in the movement along the roll formed, but only the fruits of watermelon, which due to its own juice workflow separation of seeds from the pulp and the pulp is possible without water.

In terms of total implemented characteristics the technological process and technical solution A.S. No. 950296 adopted for the prototype.

The disadvantages of the prototype:

high energy consumption of the technological process of separating seeds from the fruit melons, including that of the fruit of the pumpkin;

- the need to use large amounts of water and use of vehicles for delivery of fruits melons to the place of processing;

- technology selection seed time consuming and does not exclude damage to the products.

The objective of the invention is to reduce the complexity of the process and improve product quality.

The problem is solved due to the fact that formed in swath fruit sent by lifting drum and tray in the zone the drums with hooks, rotating towards each other, where the fruits are captured and directed into the gap between them, when the fruit is cut into two halves, which are sent to the feeding conveyor - bottom immediately by means of the roller conveyor, and the upper after it has spread cut surface up through tripper, then halves oriented cut part up, fixed on a feed conveyor for combing seeds then dumped into the hopper, and purified from the seeds of the fruit halves are sent to load in the vehicle. This uses a device that has a section of the windrower, the lifting drum cellular type, sloped tray for directions fruits arranged one above the other with a gap between them and rotating is to stretch each other drums with hooks, mounted on the upper drum knife with Zubova aceskay, tripper with counterweight and the feed conveyor, the belt which is equipped with spikes, while at the level of the bottom of the drum opposite to the movement of the fruit, and at an angle to the feed conveyor has a conveyor with prugovecki plates above the feed conveyor - dryer-selector with flexible elements, vytesyvali seeds, and under the in-feed conveyor is located a hopper for seeds with a movable bottom provided with a conveyor for loading halves and seeds of melons in the vehicle, with the upper drum is mounted for movement in a vertical plane together with the knife and tripper, the knife is installed with the possibility of reciprocating motion in the longitudinal direction relative to the location of the drums, and the tripper is secured with the ability to move through the sector of a circle about a fixed axis.

The combination of these features distinguishes the proposed method for the selection of seeds from melons and device for its implementation the prototype and determines whether technological and technical solutions to the criterion "Novelty".

The technical result of the invention is to reduce energy consumption and process, improving the quality of products is tion and extension of the scope of the method of selection of seeds and device for its implementation.

The use of the device for separation of seeds from the fruit melons in the form of a mobile unit allows to exclude from the technology of the grinding process the fruit into small fractions and thereby to reduce damage to the finished products.

In addition, excluded from technology use vehicles, water consumption and reduces the number of technological operations. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the energy intensity of manufacturing process, improve product quality and will offer the device to find wide practical application in the field of food production.

Technical result: the energy intensity of the process is reduced, quality is improved, the scope is expanded.

Significant features that distinguish the proposed method and the device from prototype not found by the author in the well-known science and technology solutions. Thus, we offer technological and technical solutions meet the criterion of "Substantial differences".

The device operates as follows.

During movement of the unit in the zone of capture section 1 of rake fruits melons are shifted in the direction of the passage forming roll of the fruit. Getting into the mesh of the mesh of the winding drum 2, the fruit rises and is discharged on the tray 3, which falls into the area where the drums. Drums, rotating towards each other due to the presence of hooks on their surface, grab the fruits and send them into the space between them. Simultaneously, the upper drum rises up to a height corresponding to half of the fruit, while setting the knife 5 and the tripper 7 at the level of the middle line of the fetus. Then in motion the knife cuts the fruit into two halves, refer to the feeding conveyor 11 to the lower right by the conveyor 9, and the upper front part in the direction of movement rests on the flat portion of the tripper. The back half after leaving the knife goes on the table, and the front part at this time supports it, creating a tipping point, then the second half takes on the conveyor position, the reverse of the original, and after the first goes to the feeding conveyor, simultaneously guided through the elastic plate 10 in the longitudinal direction relative to the Central line of movement.

After the disappearance of the halves with the knives of the upper drum is lowered by setting the knife and tripper in its original position relative to the next fruit. Upon receipt of the halves on the feed conveyor 11 last nakalyautsya on the spikes 12, occupying a stable position from offset from the centerline. Device for separation of seeds from ground heap has ceiling and rod-type bottoms. Fruit destructing device is equipped with feeding conveyor and is made in the form of three rubberized rolls having rotational drive and being made of various diameters. Strikers of one beater are positioned relative to strikers of other beater with rotation around axis of rotation of one of them through angle of 90 deg.
