FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: friction compensating safety clutch comprises two clutch members and disks that are secured to the clutch members and provided with central and peripheral openings. The peripheral openings cooperate with the balls enclosed into the rubber separator. The compensating member is a fastening member made of spherical washers and mounted in the central opening in the disks and separator. The fastening member is a bolt with a nut.

The invention is intended primarily for use in drives fine mechanics instrumentation.

Known clutch /GB No. 1392282 A, class F 16 D 1/04 from 30.04.75/containing the cage, covering two shafts, liners, in grooves which are inserts that are installed on the shafts.

The drawback of the device in the absence of a means of optimizing the position of the liner when the transmission of torque, which reduces the operational readiness of the coupling.

Known coupling backlash-free /RU №2154205 C2, CL F 16 D 1/04, 1/08 from 12.09.1997/selected as the closest analogue containing ring, liners and inserts that are installed in the slots of the insert.

The disadvantage of this device is the need to replace the inserts when using the clutch as a safety after a cycle, which reduces the operational readiness of the coupling.

The essence of the invention. Friction compensating the safety coupling includes two coupling halves 1, which are attached to the discs 2 having Central and unicentro hole, the Central hole is mounted a fixing means 5 by spherical washers 4 and unicentro hole disk 2 interact with the balls 8, enclosed in a rubber separator 3, also having a Central and unicentro holes.

The technical result is to increase operational in the capacity of the coupling, namely, the possibility of compensating errors install drive and driven shafts, compensation, starting torque of the motor and the limit of time that is achieved by adjusting, i.e. the clutch is safety, and, in addition, when the transmission torque of the device is ensured lack of backlash.

The coupling includes two coupling halves 1, having a plug for connection to a disk 2, which is made Central and unicentro holes to interact with intermediate elements, namely, the balls 8 and the separator 3 made of rubber and also AMESim unicentre and the center hole. In the Central hole of the disk 2 and the separator 3 is installed axial fastening tool /bolt 5 and nut 7/, under the head of the bolt 5 and the nut 7 set of spherical washers 4 interacting outside with the Central openings of the disks 2 on edges. Coupling 1 and the disk 2 are interchangeable.

Running coupling in the following way. By means of the fastening means 5 and 7 with a torque wrench set torque value of the torque transmission, it is tightening, with 8 balls interact with unicentro holes disks 2, and the rubber separator TP is placed on the disk drives 2 on the shoulder, made from the outer edge of the disk 2, so that the balls 8 and the separator 3 to ensure transmission of the torque from the driving shaft to a driven, by means of the coupling 1. If the limits are exceeded, adjusted the clutch, the balls 8 out of engagement with unicentro holes disks 2, so the clutch works as a safety. Fine adjustment of the coupling peak torque compensates the starting torque of the motor, which is reasonable drives fine mechanics. Clutch, thanks to the spherical washers 4 installed at the xx Central hole of the disk 2, and the fastening means 5 and 7 allow deviations from alignment setup and output shafts, including the corner.

From analogues of the proposed coupler is multifunctional, with a small number of parts incorporated in the layout. The clutch Assembly and adjustment wrench are also simple, which leads to easy maintenance of the device.

Proposed flange grip has flange member with longitudinal axis, two first surfaces located on first end face side of flange member on common circumference around longitudinal axis with displacement relative to each other through 180o, connecting surface located on second end face side of flange member to which flange member can be connected by counterflange with two support members provided with support hole. Support holes of both support members are arranged coaxially with common axis of hole which intersects longitudinal axis at right angle.
