SUBSTANCE: double-layer knitted fabric consists of two satin-stitch layers, patterned or combined single weft-knitted weaving, wherein stitches of one layer are connected with stitches of other layer by selective drawing thereof according to pattern one through the other without throwing thereof onto one another.

EFFECT: wider range of double-layer knitted products and provision for creating basic structure with reduced material usage.

The invention relates to the field of technology knitwear production, namely the production of double-layered weft knitted fabrics, and can be used in the knitting industry for the production of household products and technical applications.

Known weft knitted fabric consisting of two layers of main derivative, patterned or combined single weaves, in which the connecting elements of the layers are pulling top, puternic or weft threads [1]. The disadvantage of this Jersey is the increased consumption of raw materials due to the presence in the structure of the additional elements of the structure in addition to the loop or the use of additional threads.

Also known two-layer knitted fabric in which the layers are joined by pressing and sketches that are made up of strands of one layer or more filaments [2]. The disadvantage of this Jersey also is the increased consumption of raw materials.

Known two-layer knitted fabric consisting of two layers of the surface [3], connected by a drawing of loops, in which the pulling loops of one of the layers located around the pullback of the corresponding loops of another layer //patent RF №2163649, D 04 1/00 - analogue. Its disadvantage is a technological impossibility of obtaining such patterns knitting equipment modern technical level.

From entertaining the technique is also known dual combo Jersey, containing connected by a series of surface and derived surface in which the said series of interconnected transferred loops, creating a delicate effect //patent RF №2198970, D 04 B 1/14 - similar //.

The disadvantages of the known structures include limited service properties, in particular tensile, due to the use of only one structure consisting of a number of surface and derived surface for front and back layers of the transferred loops. In addition, the value of patterned openwork effect generated during the transfer from the needles of one fonturi on needles the other fontoura, marginal and transfer through each line of each second loop turn on the needle, first one and then the other needle cases are technologically complex and leads to a decrease in the height of the transported number of loops, and consequently, to increased consumption of raw materials.

The objective of the invention is to create a basic weave with a lightweight structure that provides reduced consumption of raw materials and the expansion of the range double-layer Jersey.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the double-layer knitted fabric consists of two layers of the surface, the derivative of a smooth, patterned or combined single weft weaves, interconnected by selectively pulling on the drawing loops of one layer across the adjacent loops of another layer or Vice versa without dropping them on one another.

The advantage of the proposed two-layer knitted fabric is to reduce material consumption due to the lightweight structure of the connection layers that do not contain loops one hand moved to loop the other side of the Jersey, and additional threads for the connection of the layers, as well as in expanding the range of two-layer knitted fabric when used in layers of different single weft weaves and different raw materials to achieve the required performance characteristics.

The inventive two-layer knitted fabric is produced on dvukhfotonnykh machines with devices for transferring loops from the needles of one needle cases on the needles of the other needle cases and accessories to expand and retain the loops from dropping after pulling the loops one layer through the loop of another layer. The proposed structure does not contain more connective thread and therefore allows to reduce the consumption of a two-layer knitwear, as well as to expand its range through the use of layers of knitwear different single weaves and raw materials to achieve the required deformation, hygienic and aesthetic properties.

Figure 1 shows the layout variant Jersey-based two-layer surface according to the invention in the form of images hinge structure; figure 2 is a graphical record for one is poison to this structure.

Double layer knitted fabric figure 1 contains a looped series of I-V and columns 1-5 of the front layer, and the ranks of the I'-V' and the bars 1'-5' wrong layer. The number I is not connected with a number of I', and each of the next series of II-V is connected by selectively pulling loops through the front layer adjacent loops the wrong layer. A graphic account of the structure of the knitted fabric on the basis of the two-layer surface figure 2 illustrates the location of the loops at the junction of the layers in series II. Reach through the loop inside out P2' column 3' loop front layer P2 column 3 after transfer will be visible from the front side, and the loop P2' - with the opposite.

Thus, the proposed two-layer knitted fabric at the joints of the layers in the broaching of the adjacent loops of different layers through each other without dropping them on one another forms a minor delicate and ottino the economic effects which can be further enhanced by using layers of different type, linear density, the degree of elasticity or other properties of raw materials, and the use of raw materials, differing in color, will lead to the achievement of the color effect.

Double-layer knit to 1, 2 formed on the base surface, therefore, from the point of view of materials consumption, is highly preferred, as it does not contain additional elements of the structure except for the loops and, therefore, possesses the most lightweight in comparison with other proposed layers of weaves in the inventive knitwear. However, it is the other single weave: a derivative of the surface, patterned and a weave can significantly expand the range of double-layer knitted fabric, especially when used in layers of different types of raw materials, to ensure the necessary deformation and hygienic properties: elongation, elasticity, air permeability and other

Figure 3 shows a variant of the structure of the knitted fabric on the basis of the two-layer derived surface in the form of image stitch patterns; figure 4 is a graphical recording of a series I of this structure.

The structure of the two-layer knitwear figure 3 contains a looped series I-III, columns 1-5 and 1'-5' derived surface respectively front and back layers. In columns 2, 2' and 4, 4' of this structure is URS are loops P1, P1' and P2, P2', connecting the front and back sides, respectively, in series I and II.

The connection layers 4 occurs after the formation of a number of persons (Il), formed by knitting one surface of the odd-numbered columns 1, 3 and the other surface on the even-numbered columns 2 and 4, the subsequent formation of a number of inside out (AI) by knitting one surface of the odd-numbered columns 1', 3' and the other surface on the even-numbered columns of the 2' and 4' by pulling loops inside P1' column 2' loop through the front layer P1 of the column 2. The value formed by the delicate and painting, and the use of different color materials in the layers of the knitted fabric and the color effect is not changed in comparison with the structure of the inventive two-layer knitwear on the basis of the weft surface. However, due to low elasticity of the base weave derivative of the surface increases the dimensional stability of the structure of this double-layer Jersey.

Figure 5 presents hinge structure variant of the inventive two-layer knitwear using the combined patterned weavings for the front layer and the weft surface for the wrong layer; 6 is a graphical recording of this structure.

The structure of the two-layer knitwear figure 5 contains a looped series I-XII and columns 1-6 and 1'-6' front and back layers. In columns 2, 2' and 5, 5' of this structure are pulled through each on the UGA without dropping loops P1, P1' and P2, P2', connecting the front and back sides in series VI. The front side of the structure formed by the combined patterned weave, combining features jacquard and press weaves, and contains in columns 2 and 5 rows II-V and VIII-XI, respectively patterned loop pattern U1, U2 and U3, A4 with broach and two sketches that create patterned openwork effect on the front layer. In this structure, in order to enhance openwork effect produced, in particular, loops pattern with drawing and sketches U1 and U2, the connection layer is near the place where they are located on the same hinge columns 2 and 5 after promazyvanija series VI.

A graphic account of this kind of structure on the basis of a patterned combined weave in the front layer figure 6 explains the process of its generation and connection layers. Series I, II, VI, VII, XII obverse layer is formed by loops of weft surface, and in the ranks of the II-V and VIII-XI in columns 2 and 5 are formed in accordance with a pattern drawing and sketches. Operational properties and patterned effects of different variants of the structures of the inventive knitted fabric can be varied, as mainly determined by the properties of the patterned and combined single weft weaves used as the base for the front and back layers, and the properties of the materials used. This suggests a significant expansion of the range of double layer Jersey the use of the claimed structure.

SUBSTANCE: thread feeding apparatus has plastic casing preferably consisting of two bowl-shaped parts. Plastic fastening device is provided at machine side for connection to holder. Fastening device is formed in corresponding manner to impart required rigidity thereto and lacks metal inserts. Both casing parts are equipped with respective bearings for shaft extending therethrough. Thread feeding drum is mounted at one end of shaft and drive device, for example drive sheaves, is arranged at other end of shaft.
