FIELD: building, particularly sliding panels for enclosing and balcony glazing structures.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises fixed members arranged in one plane and movable members located in another plane. Movable members include rolling elements arranged in lower parts thereof, upper guiding means, lower guiding means with running track, which has the same profile as that of rolling element, and sealing members. Upper guiding means has grooves of different widths. Outer groove has width less than that of inner groove. Outer side of upper guiding means has flange bent inwards. Distance between flange end and central part of upper guiding means is less than thickness of upper fixed member part. Inner groove has width exceeding upper movable member part. Lower guiding means includes two parts. The first part has horizontal flange to support fixed member secured to vertical wall, which adjoins horizontal flange. The second part thereof is provided with running track and installed on horizontal flange connected to vertical wall and located over horizontal flange of the first lower guiding means part.

EFFECT: simplified structure and increased reliability.

The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for the manufacture of sliding walls enclosing structures or for glazing balconies. The invention will help to speed up installation and to simplify the design of the device with slide elements with high quality.

A device with slide elements for sliding panels or glazing of balconies, which contains in one plane sliding the movable slide elements with the bottom face and the top face and at least installed on the bottom face of the rolling body. The rolling elements are in sliding wall. The top face of the sliding element has only at least one fixed side rail. For the lateral direction of the upper face of the sliding element is provided preferably the guide rails.

The rolling elements are in most cases the direction of the slide elements in the corresponding profile and/or to receive their weight through the lower profile is transmitted to the bearing surface.

Device with slide elements underlying utility model, repeatedly described (see, for example, EP 0902153 A2, CH 671068 And SN 600111 A, EN 8401 U1 and WO 92/17673). According to the prior art usually along with the specified lower profile necessarily provided for the top and as the top g is Ni, and the bottom face of each sliding element provided with rolling elements, which are included in appropriate profiles. It is believed that the only way to cope with significant weight when both excellent sliding. In addition, devices with slide elements, which are installed outside, there are the forces in the lateral direction, which is most often caused by wind or rain. With them also has to be considered.

Known sliding of the enclosing structure, comprising a fixed support frame and guides (see the certificate of utility model 832, IPC 6 E 06 In 9/01, patent 2019662, IPC 5 E 06 In 3/50).

A disadvantage of the known devices is the complexity of the mechanism for moving the valves and the unreliability of its work at low temperatures.

The closest technical solution is a solution of the device with the slide elements disclosed in the patent RU No. 2229011 C2. In it the device with slide elements for sliding panels, walling or for glazing balconies, contains in the same plane as the fixed elements and placed in a different plane elements made slidable and having rolling elements located in the lower parts, the upper guide, a lower guide surface in the form of a treadmill, the shape of the treadmill bodies of the rolling elements and sealing elements.

The disadvantage of this design is the complexity of its production and the unreliability of its work in the freezing rain and getting snow in the bottom rail.

The objective of the invention is to provide a simple and reliable design device with slide elements.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the top rail is made with different width grooves, and the outer groove is made with a width less the width of the inner groove, the outer side of the upper rail is bent inside the shelf, the distance from the end to the middle part of the upper rail less than the thickness of the upper part of the fixed element, and an inner groove has a greater width than the thickness of the upper part of the rolling element slip, the lower guide has two parts, the first of which is made with a horizontal shelf for supporting the fixed element fixed to the vertical wall adjacent to a horizontal shelf, and the second part is made with a treadmill and is located on the associated vertical wall horizontal shelf located above the horizontal shelves of the first part of the bottom rail.

The vertical wall of the bottom rail is connected with the second part by a sloping shelf. The device with the elements provided with brackets for mounting the ate rolling. Upper guide form is as shown in figure 4.

Figure 1 shows the device with slide elements.

In the drawings shows the device with slide elements, which in the framework of the example is a device for glazing balcony or loggia.

The design contains a stationary elements 1 and the elements made slidable 2, which is glazed frames. Elements 1, 2 are located between the upper 3 and lower 4 guides. In the bottom part of items 2 set of rolling elements 5 located in the brackets 6. The surface of the bottom rail 4 has a treadmill 7, which moves the body of the roller 5. Upper rail 3 is made with different width grooves, the outer groove 8 is made with a width less the width of the inner groove 9. The outer side of the upper rail 3 is bent inward shelf 10, as shown in figure 4, the distance from the end to the middle part 11 of the upper rail 3 is less than the thickness of the upper part of the fixed element 1. Width of the inner groove 9 is greater than the thickness of the upper part of the rolling element skolian the I 2.

The lower rail 4 has two parts, the first of which is made with a horizontal shelf 12 for support of the fixed element 1 fixed to the vertical wall 13, adjacent to the horizontal shelf 12. The second part is made with a treadmill 7 and is located on the associated with the vertical wall of the horizontal shelf 14 above the horizontal shelf 12 of the first part of the lower guide. The second part of the bottom rail 4 is connected with the first part of the inclined shelf 15.

Device with slide elements mounted in an aperture loggia as follows.

Set the upper and lower guides. Fixed elements are inserted upward into the outer groove of the upper rail, where the regiment 10 due to its springback tightly presses the upper part of the fixed element to the Central part 11 of the upper rail 3, providing a tight fixation of the upper part of the fixed element 1. The lower part of the fixed element 1 rests on a horizontal shelf 12 of the lower rail and is attached to the vertical shelf 13.

The movable sliding element 2 is set to the upper part of the groove 9 of the upper guide and the lower part with the body rolling 5 is installed on the treadmill 7. Sealing elements 16 mounted on the movable sliding element 2 in its closed position PL the IDT adjacent to the stationary members 1, providing moisture and wind protection loggia. Treadmill 7, located on the shelf 14 is located above the shelf 12 is in conditions precluding exposure to precipitation as rain and snow, which eliminates the formation of ice on the treadmill. Sloping shelf 15 is a drainage system that does not allow to get condensation inside the loggia. This design due to it keeps working in all weather conditions, and the claimed design features top and bottom rails provide quick and quality installation device that does not require special skills and tools.

Industrial applicability is obvious. Performed by experienced design on one of the enterprises, Nizhny Novgorod has proven effective. For the manufacture of devices with slide elements does not require special devices and equipment, and it can be undertaken at any enterprise involved in the glazing of loggias and balconies.

These attributes make the technical solution of the prototype and determine compliance with this decision, the requirements of the invention.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, mainly to lattice design to be installed in widow openings. The window mechanism with, at least, one opening leaf is intended for protecting from unauthorised access and contains a lattice with open wide section and locking mechanism. The lattice is designed to fasten window from outside so that open wide section is situated opposite to the opening window leaf. The locking mechanism is represented with lugs, which are parallel to lattice plane. One lug is fixed to the open wide section of the lattice and intended for accommodating ladle-shape rod so that the curved part overlaps the upper part of lugs. The rod is realised with handle having Lp length derived from the condition: Lp>1.2(L+1.7D-2d), where L - distance from lug to window plane, D - lug opening diameter, d - rod diameter.

Screening device is designed so that the size of the first rigid links (24), which form the upper part of the guide frame (15) is smaller than the size of the second rigid links (17), which form the lower part of the guide frame (16).
