The invention relates to a device external lighting in the dark. The known lamp is powered by solar energy, with a vertical rack, cantilever supporting arm, a panel with photovoltaic elements, mounted on the cantilever support arm, the far free end of which is equipped with the lighting device. Panel with photovoltaic elements are connected with an electric battery, which by means of the control unit provides power to the lighting device lamp (see the description of the invention to the U.S. patent No. 5191188, IPC F 21 L 15/08, publ. 22.09.02 year).

A disadvantage of the known lamp is its lack of efficiency and the inability to charge the battery in the absence of solar radiation.

The known lamp is powered by solar energy, containing a single modular housing in which is transparent to sunlight cover panel is installed with photovoltaic elements, an electric battery connected through the control unit with a lighting device made in the form of a line of LEDs (see the description of the utility model patent of the Russian Federation No. 36487, IPC F 2IS 9/02, F 2IL 4/00, publ. 25 June 2003).

A disadvantage of the known lamp, with its high efficiency, is the inability to recharge the battery, the second battery in the absence of solar radiation.

Known modular wind turbine with oscillatory workers ' movement, with a linear electric generator, in which an oscillating under the action of the wind the inner frame is connected with the armature of the linear generator in such a way that at the rated wind speed frame makes oscillatory motion and a linear electric generator generates electric power to charge rechargeable battery (see article in the journal of Heat and power engineering No. 1 for 2003, p.41-47).

The disadvantage of this design is the inability to charge the battery in the absence of wind.

The problem to which this invention is directed, is the creation of a design of a street lamp that can charge the battery from solar radiation and from the wind flow at high efficiency expenditure accumulated in the accumulator of electrical energy to the lighting device made in the form of a line of LEDs.

The invention consists in that in a street lamp comprising a vertical rack, cantilever supporting arm, wherein one module is installed lamp powered by solar energy, containing photovoltaic panels, batteries, controllers, lighting device in the form of a line of LEDs, is so between the lamps placed wind power installation with oscillatory workers ' movement, electrically connected to the batteries lamps.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where the drawing shows the proposed street lamp powered by solar and wind energy in axonometric and cut at the same time.

Street lamp powered by solar and wind energy includes a vertical rack 1, the cantilever supporting arm 2, on which is placed a single unit consisting of a lamp powered by solar energy 3 containing photovoltaic panel 4, the battery 5, the control unit 6 and the lights in the line of LEDs 7, between the lamps 3 posted by wind power installation with oscillatory workers ' movement 8, electrically connected to the batteries of lamps 5.

Street lamp powered by solar and wind energy works in the following way. Under the action of solar radiation in photovoltaic panels 4 generating electrical energy, which is stored in the battery 5. Under the action of wind flow wind turbine 8 generates electric power, which is also stored in a battery 5. At night time the control unit 6 includes a battery-powered 5 line of LEDs 7 that WWS is to participate the surrounding space. On the morning of the control unit 6 turns off the line of LEDs 7, the expenditure of stored energy is terminated. In the presence of solar or wind the charge cycle is repeated.

Thus, the proposed street lamp does not require connection to the electrical network and automatically provides coverage surrounding area at night.
