SUBSTANCE: vibration-isolating suspender for spindle has flexible members located in spindle bar between supporting flange of spindle and end surface of bar. Flexible members located in upper part of spindle bar have section formed as T-shaped sleeve located between spindle supporting flange and end surface of spindle bar. Sleeve is fixed from rotation around its axis by means of pin secured in spindle bar and penetrating into supporting flange of spindle in spaced relation with respect to flange wall. Flexible members located in lower part of spindle bar are made in the form of flexible washer biased by means of spring through end surface of nut cooperating with threaded part of suspender for spindle.

EFFECT: increased vibration isolating effectiveness in resonance mode, simplified construction and mounting process.

The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular suspensions spindles of spinning machines.

The closest technical solution to the declared object is vibration-isolating suspension spindle for U.S. patent No. 4067184, CL 57-135, 1978 (prototype)containing elastic elements, through which a spindle mounted on the spun timber.

A disadvantage of the known device is relatively low effectiveness of vibration isolation due to weak damping and contact housing spindle and spun timber.

Technical result - increase the effectiveness of vibration isolation in a resonant mode and a simplified design and installation.

This is achieved in that in the vibration-isolating suspension spindle containing elastic elements placed in spun beams between the supporting flange of the spindle and the end surface of the beam, the elastic elements located in the upper part of spun beam, made in cross-section in the form of a T-shaped sleeve, located between oparnym flange of the spindle and the end surface of spun beam fixed from rotation about its axis by means of a pin fixed in spun incoming beam and with a gap in the mounting flange of the spindle and located in the lower part of spun elastic beam elements made in the form of elastic Shay is s, pressed through rigid washer by means of spring through the end surface of the nut, cooperating with the threaded part of the suspension spindle, and the elastic elements are made of a volumetric mesh weave, and the density of the mesh structure elastic mesh elements is in the optimal range of values of 1.2 g/cm3...2.0 g/cm3and the material elastic wire mesh elements - steel EI-708, and its diameter is optimum interval values 0,09 0,15 mm...mm

Vibration-isolating suspension spindle contains elastic elements 9 and 10, located in spun beam 2 between oparnym flange 8 of the spindle 1 and the end surface of the beam 2. The elastic element 9 located in the upper part of spun beam 2, is made in the cross-section in the form of a T-shaped sleeve, located between the supporting flange 8 of the spindle 1 and the end surface of spun beam 2. Fixation of rotation of the elastic element 9 around its axis is carried out by means of a pin 7 fixed in spun beam 2 and the incoming gap reference flange 8 of the spindle 1. Vibration-isolating suspension spindle works as follows. When the oscillation of the spindle 1, located on the spun beam 2, the elastic elements 9 and 10 are perceived both vertical and horizontal loads, thus weakening the dynamic impact of a spindle spun on the beam 2, which provides spatial and vibration protection shock protection. By varying the stiffness of the elastic elements 9, 10, and 5, by changing the tightness of the nut 4 can be done within certain limits, setting the resonance frequency of the vibration-damping suspension. Elastic mesh elements 9 and 10 are universal shock-absorbing device that allows you to work in the mode of the power isolation and kinematic, and vibro-impact mode.
