SUBSTANCE: mellower has casing formed from three disks secured to one another and equipped with axial bushing, spades with lever, and springs. Each of said springs is made U-shaped with bent ends. U-shaped part embraces spade lever. Bent ends are inserted into openings provided through outer disks.

SUBSTANCE: cultivator has hollow tine and electric engine for drill, said engine being fixed on tine and connected to drive shaft coupled through toothed transmission to horizontal shaft. Toothed transmission is mounted within casing. Working tools similar to cutters are detachably secured on ends of horizontal shaft protruding through casing. Hollow tine of cultivator is formed as straight pipe with flange at its one end for connection to casing of toothed transmission formed conical and to joining unit on its other end for attachment of electric drill. Electric engine for drill is used for rotation of drive shaft equipped at its ends with shanks for respective attachment within electric drill spindle and on drive gear of conical toothed transmission.
