The cylindrical surface of each tab is provided with the bearing having central through opening for passing the fastening member. The fastening members are made of studs screwed into the dummy openings in the boss face. The spherical nuts are screwed on the free threaded ends of the studs.

SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a screw, a nut, a clamp representing a tape with a hole for the pin to pass through, a rod, two props rigidly interconnected by a crosspiece with the hole and two couplers.
