Knitted fabric of double-layer derived lasting weave

FIELD: textile industry, in particular, weft-knitted fabric of derived weaves, designed for production of domestic, sportive and technical articles.

SUBSTANCE: double-layer knitted fabric comprises two layers of derived lasting weave, said layers being connected with one another. Underlaps of one knitted fabric layer are wound around underlaps of other layer. Each link in each layer has underlap, said underlaps being made elongated. Courses of face links and reverse links are arranged in alternation.

EFFECT: increased form stability of knitted fabric.

The invention relates to the technology of knitting production, in particular weft Jersey derivative weaves, and can be used for the production of home appliances, sports and technical purposes. The technical result of the present invention is to provide a knitted weave two-layer derived eraser.

Known double-layer Jersey-based surface with separation of layers of type "double" [1]. However, it is made on the basis of the main weave surface and has poor dimensional stability.

Known two-layer knitted fabric based on the derived surface with separation of layers of type "double" [2], the lack of which is the fact that pulling intertwined only in the third and fourth hinge pillars, making the connection layers is weakened.

Famous Jersey weave two-layer derived eraser patterns "mono" [3]. This Jersey is the closest analogue of the invention. The disadvantage of this Jersey is that there is no separation of layers.

The objective of the invention is to provide new Jersey with high dimensional stability when splitting layers of type "double".

The problem is solved due to the fact that the double-layer knitted fabric contains two layers derived eraser, interconnected so that the Pro is Aiki loops single layer Jersey entwine pulling loops of another layer. According to the invention each loop in each layer has a broach and broach made extra long and columns of loops of the face and back alternate.

The invention is illustrated graphic account of the double-layer weave derived eraser on the figure 1.

The first thread I forms a loop on the front side of the sheet in columns 1, 4, 7, 10, and on the wrong side of this same thread forms a loop in the bars 2', 5', 8'. All loops front and back sides of the Jersey connected elongated broaches.

In the same row of the second strand II forms a loop on the front side in columns 2, 5, 8, and on the wrong side in the bars 3', 6', 9', which are interconnected extra long broaches.

In the next row the first thread I forms a loop in the same columns as in the first row, but for obviva broaches loops 1, 4, 7, 10 transferred to the wrong side bars 1', 4', 7', 10'.

The second strand II forms a loop in the same columns as in the first row and for obviva broaches loop 3', 6', 9' transferred to the columns of the front side 3, 6, 9.

The figure 2 presents the combined graphical model of double-layer weave derived eraser intertwined with drawing.

Loop P1 and P2 derived eraser one layer are connected with hinges P3 and P4 derived eraser another layer of the same number by Peravia broaches inside the canvas. Broach PR1 loop P1 emerges from the above drawing AC3 loops P3, and broach NP2 loop P2 wraps around the top of the broach PR loop A4.

Having intertwined broaches is achieved by transferring certain of the loops from one needle cases to another when knitting knitwear in systems I and II during the second stroke of the carriage.

The practical implementation of the invention is made on a modern flat dvukhfotonnom machine with electronic control, with two-way selection of needles and mechanism of bilateral migration loops, dressed wool blend yarn in different colors.

SUBSTANCE: device has two tagging rails mounted in opposite to each other and fixed in holders. Rails are cinematically connected with slide bar installed onto two-field guiding rail. Slide bar interacts with draw finger of switch of thread carriers of machine's program mechanism. According to invention, symmetrical movable trapezoid-shaped wedge is disposed under caps in groove of slide bar. Wedge has rests at both sides which rests protrude groove of slide bar out of external sides of caps. Guiding recess is made in slide bar in perpendicular to working base of movable wedge. Corresponding bar holder is movable mounted in guiding recess. Any holder has fixing rod working in contact with working base of movable wedge. Fixing rod is pressed against wedge by opposing spring. Adjusted rests are mounted onto guiding rail at external sides of slide bar for interaction with rest of slide bar. Slide bar is mounted on lower field of guiding rail.

EFFECT: widened technological abilities; increased number of thread carriers; improved ability of patterns application.
