The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy and production of iron ore pellets and sinter.

A known method of preparation of the mixture to sintering, including the supply of wet mixture in comcover, nucleation, doukoukoune embryos with obtaining pellets (see Ruchkin I.E. Production of iron ore pellets. M.: metallurgy, 1976, s-92). The disadvantage of this method is the low strength of the pellets.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a method of preparation of the mixture to sintering, including the supply of wet mixture in comcover two threads, one of them in the form of a wet mixture for nucleation, deposition of the charge, doukoukoune embryos to pellet the charge of the second stream is introduced into the gas stream with the formation of Gazownictwo jet (see Patent No. 2232823 Russia, IPC 7 With 22 In 1/24, B. I. No. 20, 2004). The disadvantage of this method is the low strength of the pellets.

The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of the pellets.

To achieve the technical result in the method of preparation of the mixture and sintering, including the filing of the charge in comcover two threads, one of them in the form of a wet mixture for nucleation, deposition of the charge, doukoukoune embryos to pellet the charge of the second stream is introduced into the gas stream with the management Gazownictwo jet, spray the mixture contains organic filamentous particles with a diameter of 0.01 to 1.0 mm and a length of 2 to 50 mm in an amount of 0.1 to 4.0% by weight of the mixture introduced into the said gas flow, and deposition takes place simultaneously with geocommunity embryos. The invention consists in the following. The deposition of charge on the nuclei carry out Gazownictwo stream containing organic filamentary particles. For this filamentous particles are additionally injected into the gas stream. During deposition of the charge containing organic filamentous particles, the surface of the embryo is covered charge shell penetrated original thread (wire mesh) mesh binding coverage and embryos. Increasing the strength of the pellets is achieved by interlocking filamentary particles among themselves and between the sprayed coating and embryos. The mesh structure of the filaments is a special kind of binder. Her presence in the charge allows you to reduce the amount of expensive bentonite in the charge of pellets. Because the embryos are rotated in the process of geocommunity and spraying, the threads are arranged evenly on the surface in the direction of rotation of the granules. The threads pull together all parts of the pellet and prevent the nucleation of cracks. Dry filamentous particles in the depth of the pellets absorb moisture from the structure of the pellets and an average moisture content of the pellets (0.5-1.5% of no is e, than the pellets obtained by known techniques. In the drying process of organic fiber pellets are transport channels through which moisture from the depth of the pellet is transferred to the surface, contributing to the intensification of the drying. During heat treatment of the pellets filamentous particles are burned, releasing additional heat to form an internal source of heat. The porosity of the pellets increases by 0.5 to 4.0%, which is conducive to the recoverability of pellets in the blast furnace processing.

As organic filamentary particles you can use threads, specially produced for textile companies. More preferably the filamentary particles in the form of waste of various consumer goods, textile, wood, rubber industry. Waste yarn obtained in the process of granulation of organic materials after cutting the fur on fur sewing factories, tanneries and other light industry.

The coating mixture containing filamentous particles, can be implemented using inkjet technology. The supply of organic filamentary particles in the gas stream enables you to evenly enter filamentous particles in Gazownictwo jet and sprayed them together with the charge on the surface of the embryo. Filamentous particles due to their high is th elasticity, evenly distributed in the stream along the flow line and placed on the surface of the embryo, in the form of a grid, performing the role of a reinforcing layer.

The diameter of the organic filamentary particles should be in the range of 0.01 to 1.0 mm When the thread will have a diameter of less than 0.01 mm, it is possible to divide threads into smaller parts, which does not allow to increase the strength of the pellets. If the diameter of the filaments is more than 1.0 mm, the elasticity properties of the material and they are uniformly placed on the surface of the embryo, the pellets are large filamentous (after firing) of the pore channels, reducing the strength of the pellets. The length of the filamentary particles should be in the range of 2-50 mm If the length of the filaments is less than 2 mm, the strength of the pellets is not increased, as it is difficult to form a mesh (reinforcing structure in the depth of the pellets. If the length of the threads will be more than 50 mm, in this case the threads are rolled on the surface of the pellets. Formed their clots, deteriorating the uniformity of the packing, which reduces the strength of the pellets. The amount of organic filamentary particles should be 0.1 to 4.0 percent by weight of the original charge. The content of the threads in the mixture is less than 0.1% does not increase the strength of the pellets and she remains at the level of a prototype. If the content of filamentous particles will be more than 4.0%, the deterioration in the coating process of the charge on the surface of OK is Tisha and strength of materials decreases. To spray the mixture containing filamentous particles, it is preferable to germ diameter 5-14 mm. In this case, the invention will be resolved.

Thus, due to the distinctive features of the prototype signs of the claimed method has new properties: forming coating mixture Gazownictwo stream containing organic filamentary particles; forming a mesh structure of the pellets, containing structurally filamentous particles, the role of the reinforcing layer; the intensification of the drying of the pellets due to the emergence of new transport channel (threads) between the center and the surface of the pellets; reducing the moisture content of the pellets due to the absorption of moisture by the dry filaments; increasing the strength of pellets and absorb moisture dry threads; increase the strength of the pellets and the improvement of their recoverability, which together makes the proposed method of preparation of the mixture for baking more efficient.

The method of preparation of the mixture to sintering is implemented by using the device shown in the drawing. The device contains comcover 1, which is fed into the wet mixture stream 2 and stream 3. For the formation of Gazownictwo jet 4 in the working space of okomkovatel installed jet apparatus 5. T is the act of making filamentary particles comprises a hopper 9 filamentous particles, drums-feeders 10, the nozzle 11 for pneumatic filamentous particles. In the process of okomkovatel formed embryos 12 and the certified raw pellets 13.

The method of preparation of the mixture to sintering is carried out as follows. In the workspace of okomkovatel 1 is wet mixture flows 2 and 3. Thread 2 wet mixture is involved in the nucleation of obtaining embryos. Thread 3 charge is designed to geocommunity embryos and simultaneously spraying a wet blend containing organic filamentary particles to the standard pellets. For spraying the wet mixture and filamentous particles is gazownictwa stream 4, which is formed using an inkjet apparatus 5. In case 6 jet apparatus is a stream 3 of the charge, compressed air is supplied through the line 7 and the organic filamentary particles on highway 8. Filamentous particles from the hopper 9 are served in tract 8 metered reel-feeders 10. For pneumatic transport filamentous particles to the ink jet apparatus is compressed air supplied through the nozzle 11. Gazownictwa jet 4 napisy the mixture containing filamentous particles, germs 12 and at the same time is doukoukoune embryos to the standard raw pellets 13.

Example. Practice of the method of preparation of the mixture to sintering was carried out on the disc okomkovatelej diameter of 0.6 m, in the workspace which was downloaded 10 kg wet blend containing concentrate takogo Deposit, 1% bentonite, and organic filamentary particles. The technology of spray mixture containing organic filamentous particles, was organized according to the process scheme shown in the drawing. As organic filamentary particles used industrial waste fur, fluff, sewing threads, formed after cutting, trimming fur and textile processing. The charge deposited on the nuclei diameter 5-14 mm. Conditioned pellets have a size 15-16 mm were used In the experiments filamentous particles of different sizes, the consumption of which was changed in the range of 0.1 to 4.0% by weight of the original charge. The results of the experiments presented in the table.
