Reinforcement unit for timber truss on head block

FIELD: building, particularly means to reinforce timber structures along with member connection on head block.

SUBSTANCE: reinforcement unit comprises compressed rod, belt and reinforcing side covering plates. The plates are made of angle bars and provided with transversal diaphragms. Side covering plates enclose belt section corners and pass through slots made in compressed rod.

EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity, prevention of head block unit deformation and shearing.

The invention relates to the field of construction, namely, devices amplifying nodes wooden farm with connections to the frontal vrobce.

Known node wooden farm that includes upper and lower belt farm, interconnected on vrobce. To enhance site additionally used bumpers with mounting nails or screws [see Atlas of wooden structures. Cgets etc., M., I. 1985, pp.182].

The disadvantage of this site amplification is the need to install a large number of pins (nails), which due to the presence of notches cannot be installed symmetrically, i.e. without eccentricity transfer efforts.

A device for amplifying the reference node wooden farm that includes upper and lower belt farm, connected at its vrubki and reinforcing side rails from the limb edges, covering the surface of the trusses (see RF Patent №2179613, IPC E 04 3/12, F 04 1/158, BI No. 5 dated 20.02.2002].

The disadvantage of this device for amplification is larger pads and cannot gain of node failure.

Closest to the invention is a device to strengthen the connection node on its vrobce, including reinforcing side plates, mounted on wooden items and pins. Cheek pads made with limb edges that are inserted into the slots of both the connection is accused of wooden elements [see RF patent №2195536, IPC E 04 1/38, 1/58, E 04 3/12, B No. 36 dated 27.12.2002].

The disadvantage of this device is necessary to perform two parallel cuts in elements of connection and impossibility of simultaneous amplification site for crushing and chipping.

The invention is directed to reducing the complexity, materials, and improving the efficiency of amplification site for crushing and chipping.

The result is achieved that the site amplification farm on its vrobce comprising a compressed core, belt, bumpers, passing through the slots on the compressed rod, and pins, bumpers made angular profile, provided with transverse diaphragms and installed in the circumference of the corners of the cross section of the belt.

Figure 1 shows the site amplification at the junction of the compressed rod to the lower zone; figure 2 shows the site amplification in the process of Assembly; figure 3 shows the side plate.

Site amplification farm on windshields Urubko includes a compressed rod 1 (brace, the upper zone of the farm and the farm belt 2 made of wooden planks. The terminal 1 and the belt 2 of the consolidated frontal cutting and reinforced side plates 3 angular profile with transverse apertures 4. For fixing elements are provided with grooves 6 in terminal 1, the grooves 7 in zone 2, constructive pins 5. The side plates 3 are installed in the circumference of the corners of the cross section of the belt 2 and is fixed in the grooves 6 of the rod 1i grooves 7 zone 2.

Strengthening node in the farm are as follows. In a compressed rod 1 in the direction of the edges of the belt 2 with both parties serve the grooves 6. In zone 2 the farm are transverse grooves 7. Shelf side plates 3 angular profile set in the circumference of the corners of the cross section of the belt 2, with one shelf corner pads 3 sets passing through the slot 6 of the compressed rod 1, and a transverse aperture 4 side plates 3 mounted in transverse slots 7 zone 2.

Performed site allows you to transfer the force of compression from terminal 1 on the pad 3, which is due to the surface of the shelf and transverse diaphragms 4 transmits this force to the belt 2 of the farm.

Site amplification reduces material consumption and reduce the complexity of the work.

SUBSTANCE: method involves assembling timber board pack; applying glue between the boards of the pack; pressing the pack by applying stress not exceeding ones defining proportionality limit; securing boards of the pack one to another. The pack is assembled by serially installing mutually offset timber boards so that grooves and extensions are created on opposite ends of the pack. The pack is pressed in several stages beginning from the first two boards. The boards are fixed after termination of each pressing stage by installing pegs in planes transversal to board fiber direction and inclined to board planes.

Timber interior is filled with heat-insulator. Timber has grooves for receiving inserts of heat-insulation material. The grooves are formed on outer surface of horizontal walls in parallel to longitudinal axis of symmetry and extend over the full length of the timber. Stiffening ribs are connected to inner surfaces of vertical walls. Plates of heat-insulation material are embedded in stiffening rib surfaces facing vertical walls. Above heat insulation material used for insert and plate forming is foil-clad foamed polyethylene. Heat-insulator filling timber interior is made as foamed vermiculite bars.
