The invention relates to the field of engine construction, namely the structures of rods.

A known design of a connecting rod of an internal combustion engine, consisting of a connecting rod foot, rod head and the rod, the axis of which passes through the centers of the holes in the upper and lower heads, connecting rods and is equal to an integral halves (see patent FR No. 2719349, CL F 16 C 7/00 from 29.04.94).

A known design of a connecting rod of an internal combustion engine, piston and crank head, connecting them hard rod and cap, attached by bolts to the crank head in which the center of mass offset from its longitudinal axis (see ed. mon. SU # 1227837, CL F 16 C 7/02 from 28.04.81 year).

For reasons that impede the achievement of specified following technical result, when using the known invention is the uneven distribution of tensile stresses on the cross section of the piston head rod arising from the inertia of the piston kit piston pin with the passage of the piston top dead center during the discharge stroke, due to the symmetry of the piston head.

The closest device to the same destination to the claimed invention on the totality of symptoms is the rod containing the piston and the crank head, the shaft, the axis of which is offset from the line connecting entry piston and crank heads in order to achieve more power torque and efficiency of the machine, and the cover is attached by bolts to the crank head (see application WO No. 49300, CL F 16 C 7/02 from 25.02.2000 year).

For reasons that impede the achievement of specified following technical result when using the well-known inventions, taken as a prototype, is the symmetry of the piston head of the connecting rod, which results in uneven loading of cross-sections from the resultant of forces of inertia and friction.

The essence of the invention is the provision of equal stresses in the cross sections of the piston head of the connecting rod in order to reduce its weight while providing the necessary load-bearing properties.

The technical result is to reduce the weight of the rod reduces the mass of the counterweights of the crankshaft, reducing the inertial forces of the moving parts of the crank mechanism, reduction of noise, vibration, fuel consumption and reduce harmful emissions from internal combustion engines.

This technical result in the implementation of the invention is achieved in that the connecting rod of an internal combustion engine, containing a piston and crank head, connecting them hard rod and cap, attached by bolts to the crank head, a feature is that the axis of the outer surface of the piston head is displaced relative to the axis of the hole the piston pin to the value of Δiin the direction of t is thus, that ensures the alignment of the stresses in the right and left halves of the cross-section of the piston head from the friction torque in a pair of finger - piston cylinder.

The connecting rod of an internal combustion engine includes a housing connecting rod 1 containing a piston head 6 with the axis of the opening 9, the rod 7 with the axis 10 and the crank head 8 with the axis of the hole 11, to which the 2 bolts securing the cover, the connecting rod 3. The connecting rod piston pin 5 is connected to the piston 4.

The work of connecting rod on the discharge stroke is carried out as follows. Inertial forces acting on the piston 4 and the piston pin 5, is transmitted to the piston head rod 6, then through the rod of the connecting rod 7 to the crank head 8, which is transmitted to the crank of the crankshaft. For the fixed scheme all forces pass through the centers of the holes. But when the oscillatory motion of the connecting rod in an articulated pair of piston head is formed the moment caused by friction of the friction pair of piston pin piston connecting rod head, which breaks the symmetry of the load, resulting in left and right part of the cross-section of the piston head narugaa is camping in a different way.

The advantage of the invention is that the axis of the outer surface of the piston head is displaced relative to the axis of the holes in the piston pin to the value of Δi. In this case, the area and moments of inertia of the left and right half of the cross-section of the piston head rod become uneven, and piston head operates as a not prismatic curved beam. The offset value is a complex function of the geometric dimensions, material properties, current load and friction coefficient in each case is determined by calculation so that the maximum voltage in the left and right half of the cross section of the head were equal.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, proposed internal combustion engine includes cylinder with piston arranged in cylinder, cylinder cove, and camshaft and crankshaft. Crankshaft is made so that radius of surface of crankpin far from axis of crankshaft exceeds radius of surface of crankshaft cheeks far from the same axis. Part of crankpin in TDC is located in cut belt of cylinder. Connecting rod is furnished with slider one rubbing surface of which encloses part of crankpin of crankshaft, resting on said crankshaft, and other part fastened on connecting rod rests on inner surface of sleeve enclosing surfaces of all sliders resting on one crankpin. Device is installed in camshaft drive to control camshaft and crankshaft at their synchronous rotation providing displacement of angle of camshaft relative to angle of turning of crankshaft. Device is installed between camshaft and its drive to control operation of engine providing change of angle of camshaft turning relative to its drive, and, consequently, relative to crankshaft. Open shutoff device of intake channel directs flow of fresh charge getting into cylinder towards piston. Closed shutoff device, either of intake or exhaust channel, separates part of said channel forming chamber in which working medium enclosed in cylinder gets accumulated, when piston moves to top dead center, and it is combusted near top dead center.

Aforesaid device represents two chambers with metallic shot. Note that said chambers are formed by standard rod recesses and covers with attachments to shelves of con rod tee. Said covers have perforated holes or are made continuous, that is, without perforated holes.

SUBSTANCE: housing (1) is made from metallic material reinforced with long fibres (5) oriented mainly along its longitudinal axis (X). The housing includes shell (2) ending with annular projection (4) and cylindrical main part (3) having long fibres (5) passing to position near the annular projection. A tip is made for example in the form of an eye lug from metallic material, which is reinforced with short fibres. The tip is welded to the housing end by means of a method of friction welding with mixing.

EFFECT: method provides necessary connection between the rod housing and its tip with creation of a continuous passage between zones of the connecting rod reinforced in all of its sections with fibres, the length of which has the corresponding value for each zone.
