FIELD: shipbuilding; devices for isolation of sunken objects.

SUBSTANCE: dock has bottom part with ballast tanks, central part with tower heeling tank and of top part, pontoon dock-gates, systems and devices for filling tanks in and emptying them. When using the method, the dock is tugged into area of operation, put upside down, submerged and guided onto sunken object. After it the dock is pressed against ground due to getting ballast into tanks.

EFFECT: reliable and quick isolation of ecologically dangerous sunken objects.

The invention relates to marine engineering, and in particular to devices designed to isolate wrecks lying on the ground, to prevent environmentally hazardous their impact on the environment, in case of destruction of the object, such as a nuclear submarine (SUBMARINE), flooded chemical ammunition, etc.

Mobile systems and devices intended for the disposal of wrecks on the ground, the authors have not revealed. Known techniques and methods for the disposal of environmentally dangerous objects on the land by building a sealed stationary concrete sarcophagus around the object, as is done at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

Burial (insulation) of objects under water on the ground is performed, usually by erosion trenches or pits under the object with subsequent reclamation of soil above the object. Such works are usually divers.

Such technology is very time consuming and implement them in the case of large objects, especially at great depths is almost impossible. The technical object of the present invention is to reduce the complexity and increase of reliability of work of burial (isolation) wrecks on the ground, the simplification of their performance and reduce the time of work at sea, and ensuring the capacity and subsequent operational "autopsy" of the object if necessary. This is achieved by the fact that the mobile device is made similar to the construction of a floating dock for special purposes, which after towing in the area flips up the bottom (down towers), lowered and set on the object on the ground, with the seal along the perimeter of the top deck and the caisson with the ground.

When you do this:

the device is manufactured in a factory, is stored in the database and delivered to the place of use in surface position, i.e. towers up, and after delivery (towing) to the place of use overturns (flips) up bottom, immersed, focuses on the object and carries out landing on the ground above the object, isolating vnutridiskovoe space from the external environment;

in the upper part of the dock towers and bottom (under the towers) is hosting a special crepe tank for Nekretnine dock and turning up the bottom, connected by cross pipelines for the distillation of water (or other heavier ballast fluid between them;

- motoport about the same height with towers;

- around the perimeter of the top deck and the caisson is installed tight with them wedge-shaped bulwarks;

- the outer side of the dock provides a sealed enclosure with coaming-a platform for interfacing to her underwater vehicle (PA). In enclosure placed cable connector is we have to connect to the control systems of the dock and power supply;

management actions the dock to turn, dive, hovering and landing on the ground over the sunken object at relatively shallow depths (up to 40-50 m) is providing the vessel. When immersed to a greater depth the management actions of the dock by using PA, coupled with the coaming area of the partitions management. The PA must have a propulsion system sufficient for action steps and dock supply of energy (see, for example, PA project type 1851. Astaurov. Warships of Russia 1997-98, reference, issue 5. Yakutsk, 1997, p.29).

The main elements of the hull structures of the dock can be made of reinforced concrete, which increases their corrosion resistance, durability under water and reduces the cost of its construction.

If necessary, by blowing off balance and ballast tanks may be provided with the ascent of the dock from the ground and, accordingly, the "discovery" of the object.

A positive technical result which will be obtained when using the present invention is highly reliable and relatively rapid isolation sunken environmentally hazardous object on the seabed with the minimum required time and amount of work into the sea, almost at any depth without the use of divers.

SUBSTANCE: proposed tool has rod with handle at one end and pointed taper end at other end. Handle is made in form of ring with cylindrical inner surface and radial threaded hole. Rod is provided with cylindrical projection located on side of its end face and secured and received by said hole of handle; it is secured by welding on side of inner cylindrical surface. On side of pointed taper end, rod is stepped and is provided with cylindrical thread; surface of rod is ground for application of protective coat on it. Tool is provided with protective adapter to limit access to sharply pointed end-piece; protective adapter is made in form of threaded bush; it is also mounted in hole of this adapter and is rigidly connected with it by means of bent cylindrical bar provided with cylindrical projection. Method of manufacture of this tool consists in manufacture of its components by said method and rigid connection of adapter with bent cylindrical bar. Then, threaded surfaces of adapter and rod are connected to complete contact of their end surfaces; cylindrical projection of rod is placed in radial hole of handle and is secured by welding.

FIELD: the invention refers to saving men from a capsized naval ship.

SUBSTANCE: mode of saving men out of compartments of a capsized naval ship includes delivery to them of a breathing system with a hose for feeding air and subsequent withdrawal of the saved out of the compartment. At that the delivery of the breathing system is executed with the aid of an attached to the hose a remotely controlled over a cable unmanned vehicle in the bow part of which this breathing system and arrangements for fastening the saved are located and the withdrawal of the last is executed by way of towing them with this vehicle moving in reverse motion. Besides this the unmanned underwater vehicle is provided with a propeller-steering complex, manipulator mechanisms, a television complex, a lighting system, a cable connected with a winch and a control panel located at the carrier of that vehicle, cells for location of autonomous breathing apparatus and also located in its nose part a communication equipment for liaison with the saved and mechanisms for fastening the last to the vehicle.

EFFECT: realization of this group of inventions will provide increasing of effectiveness and reliability of saving men out of compartments of a capsized naval ship and also reduces time for execution of the rescue operation.

FIELD: the invention refers to diving works.

SUBSTANCE: the mode of execution of diving works with using air for breathing is fulfilled by way of submerging to a working depth, a diver's work during 30-60 minutes and decompression. At that the submergence of divers is carried out in accord with the stepped regime of decompression taking into consideration the nitrogen diffusion gradient of no more than 250 kPa to notice any expressed manifestation of nitric narcosis. The decompression is fulfilled in such a manner that during the whole period of its extension with the exception of its final stage the nitrogen strain in liquid mediums and cell structures would not prevail the value of the exterior pressure and in time of conducting the final stage of decompression it would make an average value of permissible nitrogen supersaturation for cell structures of the diver's organism equal 40 kPa.

EFFECT: such execution of the mode provides reducing of the risk of development of decompression disorders.
