FIELD: building, particularly to connect arch members during movable building erection.

SUBSTANCE: joint connection comprises arch member ends with fastening members fixedly connected to arch member ends, cylindrical joint insert with two side covering members connected thereto and tightening bolts. The fastening members are made as pipe cuts. The side covering members are provided with coaxial orifices arranged along a circle. Fastening members pass through the coaxial orifices.

EFFECT: simplified production and increased accuracy of joint connection assemblage.

The invention relates to the field of construction and is designed to connect the elements of the arches used in the construction of mobile buildings.

Known host compounds arches, including the ends of the connected elements with flanges tightened between the bolts. [Cm. kN. Metal construction. V.2 Reference designer. Pod obshch. Red. USA. M.: Izd. DIA. 1998 s-238]. The disadvantage of the site is that you cannot connect the elements of the arches at different angles.

It is also known nodal connection involving the ends of connected elements with concave gussets, a cylindrical insert with frequent openings on its circumference and the bolts connecting the concave fasolki with a cylindrical hub insert. [A.S. No. 613042, Ál2E 04 B 1/58, BI No. 24 30.06.78].

The disadvantage of the invention is the complexity of the run-shaped cutting, fitting the concave faconti and, as a consequence, the formation of gaps between the concave fasanmi and a cylindrical hub insert, which reduces the bearing capacity of the connection.

Closest to the invention is the connection of the elements of the arch, including the ends of the connected elements, the concave fasolki attached to their end, a cylindrical hub insert with side plates and a Central tie bolt. [Cm. A.S. No. 676702, Ál2E 04 B 1/58, BI No. 28 of 30.07.79].

Under the headed the remainder of the connection is the large complexity of manufacturing of parts, especially when the contact surfaces of the pads and the edges of the gussets serrate profile of mutual engagement.

The invention is directed to reducing the complexity of the parts manufacturing and precision Assembly nodal connections.

The result is achieved that the node connection elements of the arch, including the ends of the connected elements with fasteners at the ends, a cylindrical hub insert, bumpers and tie bolt between them, according to the invention, both side plates rigidly attached to a junction box, and fastening elements made in the form of two pieces of round pipes through the holes and coaxial holes of the side plates, evenly spaced along the circumference, skipped coupling bolts.

Figure 1 shows the arch collected from the same elements; figure 2 shows the node connecting elements of the arches, the node I in figure 1; figure 3 shows a General view of the connection node of the arches in the build process.

Nodal connection element includes all the same elements of the arch 1 made for example from rolled I-beams. The ends of the arch elements 1 attached, for example by welding, fasteners, made in the form of two pieces of round pipe 2. The arch elements 1 are connected via a cylindrical hub insert 3, the ends of which are rigidly picral the us bumpers with 4 holes evenly placed along the circumference. The same type of arch elements 1 are connected by side plates 4 of the cylindrical insert 3 clamping bolt 5 is passed through aligned holes in the plates 4 and into the holes of the mounting elements 2.

Assembling the elements of the arch 1 is performed in the following sequence.

Is determined by the desired angle of connection of adjacent arch elements 1 and found on the side plates 4 coaxial holes. The ends of the arch elements 1 is wound between the side plates 4, wherein the holes in the fasteners 2, located at the ends of the arch elements 1, are aligned with the aligned holes in the side plates 4 and through them skipped coupling bolts 5. The manufacture of parts nodal connections does not require the use of complex milling operations, however due to the lack of concave contact surfaces increases the accuracy of the Assembly.

Semispherical heads are inserted in depressions made in glass-fiber centering rim. The rim edges are inserted in slots of wooden covering members. Glass fibers in curvilinear plates are oriented along plate height and width of adhesive-bonded wooden member ends. The plates does not project beyond boundaries of above ends.

Connection parts of each member are formed as rimmed orifice having extension and depression with central aperture. Bend is made on one member side. Extension and depression may be shaped as cone, ball or truncated pyramid and formed on one or both member ends. Bolt has a cavity, outer contour of bolt head mates that of inner depression.

Flange is bored at 40° - 50° for the depth of 0.5 - 0.7 of flange thickness and conical flange bore passes into cylindrical one having dimension corresponding to metal connection diameter, which forms fixing clawing funnel. Resting outline has ledge of not less than 5 mm when connection member diameter is 10 - 30 mm, which prevents shear deformation development, increases squeezing degree and blocks metal connection. Cartridge has length Lc = (10-12)·dcm, which prevents slip of metal connection.
