SUBSTANCE: proposed wheeled vehicle contains brake mechanisms, brake mechanism liquid cooling device, stop signaling electric system and windshield washer including reservoir with liquid, pump and pump drive motor electrically coupled with supply source through switch. Washer is furnished with two-position electromagnetic valve whose input is connected with pump, and normally open output, with washer, and normally closed output, with brake mechanism cooling device through normally-closed electromagnetic valve. Electromagnet of two-position valve is connected to stop signaling circuit, electromagnet of normally-closed valve, to threshold device electrically coupled with supply source and brake mechanism temperature sensor, and switch is furnished with electromagnetic switching drive connected to stop signaling circuit. Friction pads are secured on brake disks, and brake shoes are made hollow, with partitions inside. Input of brake shoe space is hydraulically connected with pump of brake mechanism cooling device, and output, with reservoir with liquid.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of braking and traffic safety.

The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular for brake systems of wheeled vehicles.

Known wheeled vehicle (USSR author's certificate No. 1257006, IPC 60 T 5/00, 1986), containing the brake mechanisms, the liquid cooling device of brake mechanisms, an electric alarm system, braking and washer comprising a tank of liquid, the pump and motor pump drive. The motor driving the pump is connected with the power source through a switch and two-position solenoid valve, the inlet of which is connected to the pump, normally open output - with washer, normally closed output - device cooling of the brakes through the normally closed electromagnetic valve. When the solenoid on-off valve connected to the alarm circuit braking, the solenoid of the normally closed valve to a threshold device electrically connected with the power source and the temperature sensor of brake mechanisms, and the switch is equipped with an electromagnetic actuator turn, is connected to circuit braking warning.

However, during operation of the vehicle when heated, brake discs and brake pads, above the threshold temperature, the liquid enters che the ez valve on the surface of the brake disk, which leads to the decrease of the coefficient of friction between the brake disc and brake pad. As a result of this reduced braking performance and safety.

The technical result is to increase braking performance and safety.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that wheeled vehicle containing brake mechanisms, the liquid cooling device of brake mechanisms, an electric alarm system, braking and washer comprising a tank of liquid, the pump and the motor driving the pump, electrically connected with the power source through the switch. The washer is also equipped with a two-position solenoid valve, the inlet of which is connected to the pump, and a normally-open output - with washer, normally closed output - device cooling of the brakes through the normally closed electromagnetic valve. The vehicle includes a brake mechanisms 1, the liquid cooling device of brake mechanisms, an electric alarm system, braking and washer 2, comprising a tank of liquid 3, the pump 4 and motor 5 driving the pump, electrically connected with the power source through the switch 6. Two-position electromagnetic valve 7 is connected by its output to the pump 4, and a normally open output, with washer 2, the normally closed output - device cooling of the brakes through the normally closed electromagnetic valve 8. In addition, the friction linings 11 brake 1 is rigidly fixed on the brake discs 12, and the brake pads 13 are hollow with walls inside, and the entrance of the brake pads 13 are hydraulically connected with the pump 4 of the cooling unit of the brake mechanisms, and the output from the tank with the liquid 3.

Clicking on the manual actuator 14 activate the washer switch 6 is closed and the motor 5 drives the pump 4, which pumps fluid from the reservoir 3 through the valve 7 to the injectors 2. In the case of braking from the circuit of the stop-signal voltage is applied to the electromagnet 15 which closes the switch 6. At the same time the valve 7 disconnecting the pump 4 and the nozzle 2 and informs the pump 4 with the valve 8. If braking occurs without excessive heating of the brake discs and brake pads, a threshold device 9 is not energizes the solenoid valve 8 and the liquid through the brake pads 13 is not circulating. During prolonged braking temperature of the brake discs and brake pads rises above the permissible value, the threshold is the first device 9, comparing the signal of the sensor 10 with a predetermined threshold value, energizes the solenoid valve 8. The valve 8 will open and allow fluid from the pump 4 into the brake pads 13, thereby cooling them. After lowering the temperature of the brake discs and brake pads to a value less than the threshold, the device 9 de-energizes the solenoid valve 8 and the flow of fluid through the brake pads 13 is terminated.

Due to the fact that the friction brake is rigidly fixed on the brake discs and brake pads are hollow with partitions inside that prevents the accumulation of liquid on the surface of the brake discs and increases braking performance and safety.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises braking plate, braking drum, and two self-adjusting brake blocks with friction linings on the front and back sections provided with cooling units. The cooling units are made of thermopiles of two types. The first one is composed of thermal elements with electronic and hole conductivity. The thermal elements are made of square rods which are interconnected from the side of working surfaces of the friction linings over their width via metallic cross-pieces and pass through the body of the linings and heat insulated openings in the base of the blocks. From below, the edges of the square rods are interconnected by means of plates-heat-exchangers. The thermopiles are arranged in the front and back sections of the left and right brake blocks. The sections of the working surfaces of the friction linings of the brake blocks cooperate with the working surface of the brake drum. The second thermopile has thermal elements with positive and negative polarity. The thermal elements are made of rectangular plates mounted in the body of the friction linings. The method comprises making two types of thermopiles. The first one is composed of thermal elements of electronic and hole conductivity and operates in the regime of thermoelectric cooler. The second one has thermal elements with positive and negative polarity and operates in the regime of thermoelectric generator. The thermal elements with positive and negative polarities are connected with the positive and negative terminals of the DC power source during operation of the brake, and the remainder time the circuits of the thermopiles are disconnected from the power sources and operate independently.

EFFECT: prolonged service life.

FIELD: machinery building, particularly band-and-shoe draw-work brakes.

SUBSTANCE: cooling system has cooling units made as thermobatteries comprising electron- and hole-conduction thermal elements. The thermal elements are made as rings with side surfaces divided with heat insulation means. The rings are connected in pairs from above by metal plates, namely by partitions having different widths. The partitions are supported by metal discs. The rings extend over inner surface of pulley and ring ends are connected in pairs by heat-conductive plates having ribs, which are offset pitch half one from another counting from inner flange surfaces. Through orifices made in rings and metal discs are adapted to put the rings and the discs on cylindrical pins screwed in body of one flange. Another flange is connected to the cylindrical pins by nuts to bring the ring system together and to create pulley rim. The rings consist of two semi-rings divided with transversal insulation so that two independent thermobattery circuits are created. Band-and-shoe brake cooling method involves forming cooling units made as thermobatteries comprising electron- and hole-conduction thermal elements, wherein the thermobatteries included in the first semi-rim and connected one to another by wide bridge plates on working semi-rim surface operate in thermoelectric generator mode, thermobatteries of the second semi-rim and connected one to another by narrow bridge plates on working surface thereof operate in thermoelectric cooler mode. The last thermal elements of thermobatteries operating in thermoelectric generator mode are serially connected to ones of thermobatteries operating in thermoelectric cooler mode to increase current strength generated by thermoelectric generators to energize thermoelectric coolers.

EFFECT: increased service life of friction couplers due to increased cooling rate.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises braking belt with friction linings and braking pulley provided with cooling units inside it. The cooling units are made of thermopiles which are composed of thermocouples with electronic and hole conductivity. The thermocouples are made of rods set in the openings in the braking pulley. The heat insulating elements are arranged over the pulley width. The thermopiles are arranged uniformly over the periphery of the pulley from the side of its nonoperating surface. The method comprises making cooling units as thermopiles which comprise thermocouples with electronic and hole conductivity. Two thermocouples-thermoelectric generators are interposed between the thermal electric coolers. The end thermocouples, i.e. cold junctions of thermopiles-thermoelectric generators are interconnected in parallel, and end thermocouples, i.e. hot junctions of thermopiles-thermal electric coolers are connected with a DC power source.

EFFECT: simplified structure and prolonged service life.
