Tautness metering band

FIELD: medical equipment; traumatology; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: band can be used for restoring functions of joints after joint or near-joint breaks. Tautness metering band has to be bandage aid used for applying splints or semi-rigid bands. Tautness metering band has semi-rigid rubber-tissue band onto which tautness-metering plate with electrical resistance strain gauges glued to the plate, which resistance strain gauges are integrated into bridge circuit for connection to controller.

EFFECT: widened functional abilities.

The invention relates to medical equipment, to traumatology and orthopedics, and in particular to the bandages used in the imposition of tires or semi-rigid dressings mainly in the restoration of function of the joints after articular or periarticular fractures.

As you know, for the successful restoration of function of joints, fractures require application of dressings (e.g., elastic medical bandage THAT 9393-002-0295001-95)providing fixation of the joint, the movement in it and at the same time not violating the circulation in the injured joint. The last requirement is due to the violation of all types of currency (including calcium) in the injured bone tissue with slow blood flow in the affected area. Used semi-rigid dressings allow you to specify the compressive effort for fixing broken bones, but the blood flow in the affected area when it is controlled only visually biggest pain in the observation of the lesion. About the accuracy of this method can not speak, because such information may be, the nature of the qualitative assessment. Technical means for measuring edema in the affected area is not known.

The technical challenge which seeks the proposed solution is to obtain quantitative information about the change in the value of edema in the region of the lesion, and therefore the change in the value of the blood flow.

To achieve the technical result of the proposed antispermalnye dressing that contains a semi-rigid dressing, which contains tenziometriya plate having affixed to it the strain gages, combined in a bridge circuit with the ability to connect it to the controller.

As a rule, tenziometriya plate contains the stress concentrators, made in the form of slots over which placed strain gauges, combined in a bridge circuit. The presence in the dressing tensometering plate allows you to control the change of the amount of swelling in the affected area due to a voltage change in the strain gauges caused by the change in volume of the limb and the radius of curvature of the surface of the swelling.

Due to the essential features set forth in the formula, is achieved by the following technical result - you can set the dosed initial effort with the necessary fixation of the affected joint in two planes, and further to quantitatively control the magnitude of swelling in the affected area, which is mediated information about the amount of blood flow in this zone. In the case of nasadenia edema or increase the possibility of reducing the compressive effort Pova the Ki values, providing normal blood flow in the limb.

In the search for sources of patent and scientific and technical information, the set of indicators proposed antispermalnye the band was not detected. Thus, the present invention meets the eligibility criterion of "new".

Based on comparative analysis of the proposed technical solutions with the prior art by sources of scientific-technical and patent literature it can be argued that the totality of the signs and the functions they perform and achievable goals, there are non-obvious causal relationship. Based on the above we can conclude that the technical solution in the proposed device is not obvious from the prior art and, therefore, meets the eligibility criterion of "inventive step".

The proposed solution should be used in traumatology when restoring joint function. This bandage can be applied successfully in the study of muscle tension during the rehabilitation period. Therefore, this solution meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

This solution is illustrated by a drawing.

Shown in the drawing tenziometriya p is binding contains several layers (at least two), the actual bandage 1 (for example, rubber), between which the pasted tenoplasty 2. In tenoplasty 2 has two hub 3, made in the form of grooves made on different sides of tenoplasty 2 (sections A-a and B-B). Above the hub 3 on the plate 2 attached strain gages 4 (two on each hub 3). The strain gauges 4 are Entomol so that each diagonal of the bridge consists of a pair of strain gauges 4, located on one of the hub 3. Rubber bandage 1 at their ends rigidly fastened with elements of mutual connections 5 and 6, for example, type the brambles.

Shown in the drawing tenziometriya bandage works as follows. After joint replacement surgery impose first tentpoles, wrap it around the limb near the affected area. Over dressing impose semi-rigid plaster or tire dressing. Connect tantamont to the controller and control the initial value of the voltage tenoplasty 2. Then this is the controller remembers. At each subsequent measurement, it calculates the difference between the measured and the previous stored results. The negative value of the difference indicates the network swelling and, consequently, of the normal blood circulation in the affected area. This indicates a positive outcome restore joint function. Changing the signal is and tentmate will be called in the following fact: the values of the two strain gauges 4, located on one hub 3 will decrease, while the values of the other two strain gages 4 will increase with decreasing curvature of the limb due to the fact that the bend in place of the hub 3 tenoplasty 2 will decrease. Because the strain gauges 4 are placed on opposite sides of the plate 2, the voltage decrease in the places of the hub 3 will cause a different change in the ohmic resistance of the strain gauges 4, reducing their one pair and increase the other, as well as the initial voltage, will cause, on the contrary, the increase in the first pair and the decrease in the other.

Dressing to restore the function of the joints, characterized in that it contains a rubber-fabric bandage, which placed strain plate glued to it strain gages, combined in a bridge circuit made with the possibility of its connection to the controller.
