FIELD: kneading and mixing equipment for dough, food product and like materials.

SUBSTANCE: kneading and mixing machine has at least one rotating working device which is adapted for insertion into pan rotating around vertical axis. Locking device is provided on pan bottom. For discharging of mixed contents, locking device is caused to move in vertical plane to intermediate position and is further moved around horizontal axis within pan to discharging position. Rotation of locking device within pan for discharging of mixed contents allows discharge process to be intensified after kneading of mixture owing to the fact that locking device remaining in pan after rotation provides guiding device functions apart from other functions. Furthermore, such construction prevents parts of machine contacting with mixture from contamination and damage during discharge process.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved operation and maintenance conditions for protecting machine equipment from contamination and damage.

The invention relates to a machine for kneading and mixing dough, food, etc.

From DE 19757311 A1 known machine of this type, containing a driven, rotating around a vertical axis of rotation of the bowl, at least one of the setting in her working body, driven and rotating around an axis parallel to the axis of the bowl, and closing the coaxial hole in the bottom of the bowl locking device for unloading substituted the contents of the bowl by means of the lifting device is moved vertically in an intermediate position, and then by means of the adjusting device is rotated around a horizontal axis to swing in the unloading position.

The disadvantage of this machine is slow discharge of the bowl after kneading. In addition, the details located in the working space of the bowl and in contact with the contents of the bowl, susceptible to dirt and damage during unloading.

The objective of the invention is that on the basis of machines of this type (DE 19757311 A1) to improve the discharge test. The invention solves this task by obtaining the machine with the characteristics in claim 1. Other significant elements of performance are given in claim 2-7 claims.

The machine according to the invention facilitates and accelerates the discharge of the contents of the bowl after mixing t is a hundred with the help of remaining in the bowl locking device, perform the function of the guide body, and the locking device, like all other parts in contact with the contents of the bowl, protected from contamination and damage during unloading, remaining in the working space of the bowl.

According to the invention the locking device from the locking position moves up in an intermediate position, and then inside of the bowl is rotated in the unloading position.

The setting device for the locking device rests on the head of the machine which also has one or more of the working bodies and one or more drive means to them, and all that moves by means of the lifting drive between the lower working position in which the locking device is in the closed position and the upper position of the cleaning and maintenance, in which the locking device is located over the edge of the bowl.

In the closed position, the locking device comes tapering at the bottom in the cone edge in the tapered socket in the bottom of the bowl and chamber in sealing and powered clutch.

The locking device is made in the upper part in the form of coaxial included in the working space of the bowl, a rotational-symmetrical guide body to which the upper part is coaxially adjacent the control rod, the cat is which passes through the rotatable around a horizontal axis swing (S) for the locking device bearing and at its upper end is in kinematic connection with a rotary drive.

Plot guide body bordering the outer edge of the locking device has a configuration corresponding to the contour of the working area of the working body or working bodies.

Figure 1 is a side view of a machine for kneading and mixing dough according to the invention, partially in section, with the locking device in the closed position.

Figure 2 is a view similar to figure 1, with locking device, raised in an intermediate position.

Figure 3 is a view similar to figures 1 and 2, in which the locking device is presented in the unloading position.

Represented in the drawings, the machine for kneading and mixing dough, food, etc. contains established by means of a bearing 7 on the chassis 6 of the bowl 1, rotating in the Rog vertical axis of rotation 2 by means of a drive motor 3, the angular gear 4 and the friction wheel 5. In the bowl 1, which is closed from above by the cover 8, there is at least one working body 9 located rotatable around the axis of rotation 2'. Usually, there are two identical or different from each other working body 9 located at a distance of one near the other in an arc around the axis 2 of the bowl. Working bodies 9 are driven from a drive motor 10, which, according to the example of execution, through a belt drive 11 and the gear 12 drives located in box 13 of the drive shaft.

At the bottom of the bowl 1 is coaxial bottom hole 14, which is closed by means of a locking device 15. This locking device 15 in the closed position (figure 1) comes tapering at the bottom in the cone region 16 in the tapered slot 17 in the bottom of the bowl and chamber 1 in sealing and simultaneously powered clutch. Therefore, the locking device 15 rotates with the chamber in one direction without a separate drive.

In the upper part of the locking device 15 is made in the form of coaxial included in the working space 18 of the bowl rotation-symmetrical guide body 19 having a configuration on a site bordering the outer edge 16 of the locking device 15 corresponding to the contour of the working area of the desktop authority 9. In replying the Imam example of execution of the work body 9 made in the form of a spiral, but working bodies can be performed also in an L-shaped, U-shaped or other suitable form.

To guide body 19 adjacent the exhaust up a coaxial control rod 20 which passes through the rotatable around a horizontal axis swing S bearing 21 and at the upper end of the rod is in kinematic connection with a rotary actuator 22, such as cylinder pressure.

The locking device 15 is based through the bearing 21 with the drive turning 22 on the head of the machine 23 which also has working bodies 9 and the drive means to them 10, 11, 12, 13. This head part of the machine 23 is moved by means of the lifting cylinder 24 along not presented in detail vertical guides up and down, namely, between the lower operating position (figure 1), in which the locking device 15 is in the closed position and the upper position of the cleaning and maintenance, in which the locking device 15 is positioned above the upper edge of the bowl 1. In this position the working bodies and the locking device 15 is completely accessible for cleaning and maintenance, as when lifting the head of the machine 23 rises also cover 8 of the bowl.

Shown in figure 1 the working position locking device 15 is in the closed position. After processing the contents of the bowl is La unload locking device 15 by raising the head of the machine 23 is transferred first from the locking position up in an intermediate position (figure 2), in which the locking device 15 lower edge lies directly over the inner surface of the bottom of the bowl. For carrying out the process of unloading the locking device 15 is rotated in the unloading position (Fig 3), in which it is staying inside of the bowl 1, an opening 14 in the bottom of the bowl, performing simultaneously in the process of unloading the guide function, while deja performs a rotational movement in the opposite direction relative to the direction of work still. This is achieved by using not present switch not before locking device 15 takes an intermediate position according to figure 2 and works not later than blocking device 15 is unloading position according to figure 3.

During unloading the contents of the bowl locking device 15 by means of the rotary actuator 22 can move back and forth between the intermediate position according to figure 2 and the unloading position according to figure 3, so as to further make the process of uploading more intense.

When unloading the contents of the bowl flows under its own weight in the bowl on wheels, a conveyor to the next processing machine or directly on the machine for further processing, located next to the machine for kneading and mixing dough.

3. Machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the closed Polo the attachment locking device comes tapering at the bottom in the cone edge in the tapered socket in the bottom of the bowl and chamber in sealing and powered clutch.

Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking device is made in the upper part in the form of coaxial included in the working space of the bowl, a rotational-symmetrical guide body to which the upper part is coaxially adjacent the control rod passing through the rotatable around a horizontal axis swing for the locking devices of the bearing and at its upper end in kinematic connection with a rotary drive.

5. Machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the area of the guiding body, bordering the outer edge of the locking device has a configuration corresponding to the contour of the working area of the working body or working bodies.

6. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that after reaching the locking device intermediate position and not later than reaching the unloading position switch reverses the drive of the bowl.

7. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking device during the discharge of the contents of the bowl are able to do by means of the rotary actuator alternating oscillatory motion.
