FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in turbomachines, for instance, in turbocompressors, and also as repair set. Proposed thrust bearing has housing, bushing with bead freely fitted into housing space and fixed from rotation by section of bead in form of polyhedron and arranged in congruent cavity on end face of housing pointed to polyhedron. Longitudinal lubrication grooves are made in space of bushing whose spaces are connected through channels with outer surface of bearing housing. Bushing is made sectional, consisting of two parts, each provided with bead with fixing section in form of polyhedron. Both end faces of bearing housing are provided with cavities congruent to fixing sections of bead. Clearance is left between end faces of bushing arranged in space of bearing housing.

EFFECT: increased damping properties of bearing in axial and radial directions.

The invention relates to a bearing device and can be used in turbomachines, such as turbochargers, including, as a repair kit.

Known thrust bearing, comprising a housing, retaining ring and fixed in the cavity of the bearing housing cylindrical sleeve, one end of which is provided with a flange, and a hollow sleeve made of lubricating grooves and posted the rotor shaft (see the book Mubin, Vaibhavi. The disadvantage of this solution is that during operation of the thrust ring "drive" section of the rotor shaft on which they are installed, resulting in the latter fails, in addition, the amplitude of the flapping (imbalance) of the rotor is large enough.

Also known thrust bearing, comprising a housing, a sleeve collar freely inserted into the cavity of the housing and fixed against rotation by means made in the form of a polyhedron plot flange placed in addressed to him congruent recess on the end of the body, in the cavity of the sleeve is made of longitudinal lubricant grooves, cavities which channels are associated with the outer surface of the bearing housing (see useful model of the Russian Federation No. 34221, MKI F 16 17/00, 2003).

The drawback of this solution consists in Oslo the attachment of the bearing (the need to implement the walls of the sleeves channels-through holes, the number of which is equal to the number of grooves) and a reduction in mechanical strength of the bushings. In addition, in the process of exploitation of available snap ring "eats" part of the rotor shaft on which it is installed, resulting in the latter fails.

The task, which directed the claimed solution is to simplify the design of the bearing and increase durability placed therein the rotor shaft.

Technical result achieved when the task is reducing the complexity of manufacture of the bearing and provide opportunities for significant prolongation of resource efficiency of the rotor, including due to elimination of the danger of jamming, due to the high level of samostanovlenie" sleeve bearing. Prevents uncontrolled depreciation of the rotor shaft with the replacement of the known bearing assemblies on offer prior to the operation of the rotor. In addition, significantly reduced the amplitude of the flapping (imbalance) of the rotor.

The problem is solved in that in the axial bearing, comprising a housing, a sleeve collar freely inserted into the cavity of the housing and fixed against rotation by a section of the flange in the shape of a polyhedron and placed in addressed to him congruent recess on the end of the body, cavity liners and performed longitudinal lubricant grooves, the cavity of which channels are associated with the outer surface of the bearing housing according to the invention the sleeve is made of a composite of two parts, each of which is provided with a flange with locking section in the shape of a polyhedron, with both ends of the bearing housing provided with notches, congruent fixing portions of the flange, in addition, between the ends of the bushings located in the cavity of the bearing housing, left a gap.

In addition, the outlet channel connecting the lubrication grooves with the outer surface of the bearing housing is placed in the gap between the ends of the sleeves.

The claimed device operates as follows.

The thrust bearing is used either as a staff bearing unit (if the shaft 14 does not have the t wear), or as a repair kit when a certain wear of the shaft 14 (when the shaft is part subjected to wear by contact with the stop ring previously used standard bearing unit). In this case, the sleeve 2 is put on the shaft 14 so that the flange 3 is situated above a worn section of the shaft 14 (i.e. functionally thrust ring, "proudaussiee" shaft with conventional bearing Assembly, as would be rigidly fastened with the sleeve, and the collar 3 "works" as a ring), directly contacting with pressure ring 16. At the same time the oil takes away the heat from the bushing 2, i.e. the lubrication grooves 6 at the same time work as refrigerators, cooling the bearing, which further eliminates jamming of the rotor shaft in the bearing. The turning of a cylindrical bushing 2 in the cavity of the bearing housing is eliminated by fixing the fixing section 4 of the flange 3 in the recess 5 of the end face of the bearing housing.

Grooves 13 channels bushings 2 provide a constant and uniform supply of oil in the gap between the shoulder and turned to him surfaces of the spacer disk 15 or the pressure ring 16.
