The invention relates to equipment used for rescue operations by helicopter, and in particular to equipment lifting system of the helicopter to rescue people in distress on land, on water, etc.

Known systems for rescue helicopters in the hovering mode of (U.S. Patent No. 3467346, NCI: 244-137, 1969; Patent No. 3444569, NCI: 244-137 P, 1969; U.S. Patent No. 3476339, NCI: 244-137 R, 1969; U.S. Patent No. 4750691 NCI: 244-137 .1, 1988; U.S. Patent No. 3771750, NCI: 244/137 BORN, 1973), includes side boom and winch mounted on the frame and snap for salvation, is appended to the end of the rope winch and descent vehicle what is used through the doorway. The operation of the winch is a member of the helicopter crew, which also helps saving to get inside the cockpit of the helicopter.

Regular promotions on search and rescue of people using helicopters showed the need to protect medics and rescue people from trees when taking them on Board in the dense forests or jungles, as well as the need to equip the system with the means to penetrate through the crown.

The recovery system described in U.S. patent No. 3444569 comprising three pivotally mounted seat and base with eyelet for attaching a hook lifeline, contains no remedies are saved, in addition to the safety belt.

To protect rescued from CZK is ereview and shrubs in dense forests or jungles systems are used with special containers (Patent No. 3467346, No. 3476339 and No. 3771750).

Developments in U.S. patent No. 3467346 and No. 3476339 include protective dome or shield over the head of salvation, to some extent protects it from the crowns of the trees directly above your head while lifting system. The rest of the body remains unprotected. When lowering system lifeguard is absolutely not protected.

Closest to the claimed system is salvation from the construction of the container in accordance with U.S. Patent No. 3771750, fully protects the rescuer and rescued, located in the inner space of the container. The cylindrical container in the main part and has a hinged door flap, and the end - cone streamlined elements. Door leaf is equipped with a locking mechanism. The helicopter is equipped with a winch, at the end of the rope which has a hook for hanging the container through a standard lock ocalenia for the eyelet on the top of the conical container element. The cone-shaped elements facilitates the passage of the container through the thick vegetation during its raising and lowering. In the container can accommodate one or two rescuer or wounded. The recovery system is equipped with means of communication rescuers with salvation and with the helicopter crew. From the text of the descriptions follows that of the container along its length may be provided with means for p is djema it if necessary in the horizontal, and not in a vertical position.

But there is no mention of how vertical lowering the container on the ground it will occupy a position in which a doorway will appear in the top position for opening the door from the inside rescuers. Although the container is made of lightweight aluminum, the weight of the empty container is about one hundred pounds, and, if at the moment of landing no one manipulates, then rotate it on the ground in the desired position is difficult.

In addition, the system contains no means of objective control of landing and loading of the container under conditions of dense forest.

The task of the invention is to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system due to the landing of the container in a fixed position: at the top location of the doorway, and by controlling the loading of the container by measuring the weight of the container on the rope winch.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the system rescue helicopter containing a cylindrical container with the doorway, turning leaves and cone-shaped elements at the ends, and installed on the helicopter catches of the container and the winch, the rope which is attached to the top of a conical container, and means of communication rescuers with salvation and with the crew of the helicopter, - a cylindrical container provided with a ballast weight, which is mounted with its opposite to the door opening side, and the helicopter is fitted with a device for measuring the mass sensor which interacts with the rope winch, and a pointer to the weight of the instrument is installed in the cockpit.

In addition, the system is equipped with TradeRoom for pererubanija rope winch in an emergency situation.

The increase in the mass of the container from the opposite side relative to the door opening provides the position of the container at a landing at which the doorway is at the top.

Control of contact of the container with the crown of trees is carried out at the sign of the mass: when lowering the container its weight at the moment of contact with the foliage of trees decreases, and when lifting the container increases. Thus, the system has an additional tool for the objective of controlling the movement of the container through the crown of dense forest.

To reset the container in case of emergency, such as entanglement in the canopy of trees container or rope winch is used tracorum installed on the helicopter for pererubanija rope winch.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, which depict:

figure 1 - the helicopter with the container in flight over the canopy of trees,

in Fig. - the container on the ground with open doors,

figure 3 - cargo compartment of the helicopter with the container fixed in the original position over the hatch,

figure 4 - container (against flight) with an open doorway in a fixed position,

figure 5 is a top view of the fixed container with an open doorway and on the hatch to release the container.

System rescue people from the land by helicopter includes winch 1, installed in the cargo compartment of the helicopter, and the container 2 mounted using clamps 3 on Luke 4 of the cargo compartment and the descent on the rope 5 winches 1 (1, 3, 4, 5)and communication means (not shown) of the rescuers with salvation and with the helicopter crew.

The container 2 is made in the form of a cylindrical casing 6, terminating in a cone-shaped elements 7. In the cylindrical housing 6 has a doorway with leaves 8. Sash 8 is provided with a lock 9, which can be opened both outside and inside of the container 2.

The latches 3 of the container may be made in the form of two curly brackets covering the cylindrical portion of the container 2 and is provided with the drive.

The rope 5 from the winch 1 passes through the deflecting roller 10, mounted on Luke 4 helicopter, and its end is attached to the top of the cone-shaped element 7 of the container 2.

Opposite the door about the mu, cylindrical body 6 of the container 2 with ballast load 11. Ballast weight 11 may be performed, for example, in the form of a steel sheet, which is located along the length of the cylindrical body 6 of the container 2 (Fig 3, 5).

The mass of the ballast load 11 is selected from a condition of tipping over and placing a cylindrical container 2, tapping his cone element 7 of the earth, in the horizontal position up the doorway and doors 8.

The helicopter is fitted with a device for measuring the mass sensor 12 which is located in the cargo compartment and through the deflecting roller 10 is connected with the rope 5 winches 1, and a pointer to the masses (not shown) of the electronic system conversion signal of the sensor 12 is installed in the cockpit. As a device for measuring the mass can be applied to any of the known devices of the digital type.

In the cargo compartment near the deflecting roller 10 is installed, the device for pererubanija cable - tracorum 13 (figure 3), with the knife of the guillotine type and driven by the actuator (not shown). Management TradeRoom 13 is controlled from the cockpit.

System rescue people from the land by helicopter in conditions of dense forests is as follows.

The helicopter hangs above the place of landing of the container. The operator using the remote control releases the container 2 from the tabs 3 and includes the winch 1 is the release of the rope 5. The sensor 12 of the device for measuring the mass of interacting with the rope 5 will send a signal to the index weight in the cockpit.

When you tap the container 2 crowns of the trees, the weight measured by the sensor 12 and the pointer in the cockpit, will decrease somewhat. In the case of reducing the mass to zero, it is assumed that the container 2 formed on the crown of the trees, not breaking it. The winch 1 is switched off, and the pilot gradually gaining height until recovery readings of the mass to its previous value.

In the case of a sharp increase in the readings of the mass (12 gauge pointer) to the critical values can be assumed that the container was hooked for the crown. In this case, the operator stops the rise of the container 2, and the pilot includes tracorum 13 to release the helicopter from the container.

Then he shifts the helicopter and again lowers the container 2. If the new position of the mass container 2 is slightly decreased, and then increased to its original value, it means that the container 2 has passed through the crown of the trees.

Upon further upward movement of the achievement of the earth container 2 is placed on the ground. The presence of built-in ballast container cargo 11, located on the opposite side relative to the aperture, provides at the moment of reaching a container of the earth turning and location on earth is ulozhenie, in which a doorway is at the top. Rescue or saving opening 8 and placed in the container 2. By means of communication, such as mobile, they inform the pilot about the possibility of lifting the container. The operator includes winch 1 cleaning rope 5. Readings of the index weight is increased by the weight saving. When lifting the container 2 as it passes through the crown of the trees in mass also increases slightly.

In the event of a sharp increase in the mass (12 gauge pointer) to the critical values should stop lifting and enable the winch 1 on the release rope 5. If mass index decreased to zero, it can be assumed that the container 2 is caught on the crown. In this case, you should repeat the admission specified by lowering the container 2.

At the entrance of the container 2 through the hole 4 in the cargo cabin of the helicopter actuates limit switch (not shown) and the winch 1 is turned off. After inspection of the container and placing it in the desired position, the operator turns the actuator clamps 3. Rescue or saving open locks 9 folds 8 from the inside of the container 2, or it makes a statement outside the container 2.

Thus, the operator and the pilot, based on the readings of the mass container, track the movement of the container through the crown of trees or in other cases, the absence of the line of sight or loss of communication with the rescue or salvation. The presence of ballast cargo provides no additional manipulations with the help of a rescue helicopter or rotation of the container 2 when it is landing in the up position in the doorway. This embodiment of the system significantly improves the reliability and extends its functionality.

1.
