SUBSTANCE: arm-piece is fastened to pulley by means of bolt. Arm-piece has straight slit. Pulley with arm-piece are mounted for slide relatively friction nave of driven shaft which has disk provided with spiral-shaped slot. One magnet is fixed to disk of driven shaft. Other magnet is connected with straight slit of arm-piece through spiral-shaped of disk and is mounted for getting closer to first magnet slippage of clutch. Work signaling device is made in form of magnetically operated sealed switch which closes signaling electric circuit from influence of two magnets which magnets have opposite polarities.

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to a friction safety clutch belt and chain transmissions, agricultural machinery, and also can be used in all sectors of the economy.

Known friction safety clutch combine harvester "don", which is triggered when is its protection mechanisms against overload. Once there is a slippage of the clutch, marked by a significant decrease speed or stop a driven mechanism, it needs to adjust the trigger point (see Sands Y.A., Meshcheryakov I.K., Armasel YU. Combine harvesters "don". - M.: Agropromizdat, 1986, s-196).

However, the disadvantage is that frequent short-time overloads, invisible to the human operator of the machine, there is a gradual wear of the friction surfaces of the friction safety clutch for reduced trigger point from the desired value, then the heating and, consequently, a decrease in strength and fracture friction disks and corrupt parts of the coupling, i.e., no visible signs of a gradual loss of operational settings.

There is a method of signaling the actuation of the safety coupling of the grain auger on the combine harvester "field" (see artnow mathematical SCIENCES. Combine harvesters. - M.: Agropromizdat, 1985, s-112).

The essence of this detector is that the clutch instead of the friction lining has two toothed disk, which diverge when overloaded along the axis of the shaft and one of them affect the lever switch signaling device connected to the electric circuit of the harvester.

This alarm cannot be installed on a friction safety clutch, since the movement of the pressure disc along the axis of the shaft when the friction linings wear so little, which makes it impossible to mechanically act on the switch. In addition, the entire node coupling with a total deviation from the effects of belt and chain transmission and the beating of the bearings is in the rotational motion, which will lead to a big error alarm.

Known friction safety clutch, which when triggered can disable the drive (see Poles B.C., Barbash I.D., Ryakhovsky O.A. Reference couplings. - L.: engineering, 1979, s).

The disadvantage of the above device that has an impact on mechanical limit switch for one revolution of sliding friction safety clutch.

Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, is to increase the efficiency of the sing friction safety clutch.

The technical result is the definition of time the adjustment of the friction safety clutch.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the friction safety clutch which consists of a hub friction, rigidly mounted on the driven shaft, pulley and of the pressure disc, friction rings, compression spring bolts and the casing further comprises a bracket containing a straight slot and having the opportunity slip together with the pulley relative to the hub friction driven shaft, which has a disk containing a spiral cut. Also the clutch contains the alarm device is triggered, made in the form of a reed switch that closes an electrical circuit of the alarm system from the effects of the two magnets with opposite polarity. When one magnet is fixed on the drive of the driven shaft and the other magnet is connected with a straight slot of the bracket through the spiral slot of the disk and has the possibility of rapprochement with the first magnet when the slippage of the clutch.

Friction safety clutch (see figure 1) consists of a pulley 1, the pressure of the disk 2, the friction rings 3, hub friction 4, sitting rigidly on the shaft 5 driven mechanism, a compression spring 6 by bolts 7, the protective cover 8, the device alarm is triggered.

Alarm operation is executed in the form of a reed switch 9, which is connected to the electric circuit of the alarm system 10, the two magnets are opposite to each other polarity 11, 12, arm 13 and a disk with a spiral slot 14.

Reed switch 9 mounted on the inner surface of the protective casing 8 in the slots to adjust (see figure 2).

The bracket 13 is connected with pressure disc 2 by bolts 7 with compression springs 6.

A disk with a spiral slot 14 is pressed by the bolt 15 through the Belleville springs 16 to the end of the shaft 5.

The magnet 11 is fixed on the edge of the disk 14, and the magnet 12 is connected with a straight slot of the bracket 13 through the spiral slot of the disk 14. The spring 17 presses the magnet 12 to the surface of the disc 14.

Alarm trigger friction safety clutch (see figure 1) works as follows.

Prior to the actuation of a safety clutch (see figure 3), located in the rotational motion, the magnet 11 and the magnet 12 is installed at a distance of δ1which is more than is required to close the contacts of the reed in the back panel of 9.

When triggered, safety clutch, which is in rotational motion, the pulley 1 with the arm 13 of the slips relative to the hub friction 4 with the shaft 5, the magnet 12 rotates in a spiral slotted disk 14, coinciding with the magnet 11 to the distance δ2and passing along under the reed switch 9 causes the connection, it contacts the electric circuit of the alarm system 10.

If slippage of the clutch is greater than the set number of revolutions for alarm, the disk 14 rotates on the shaft 5 with some effort without damaging the magnet 12, which abuts against the end of the spiral slot.

After alarm trigger safety clutch and holding her desired adjustment of the magnet 12 is translated to its original position, rotating disk with a spiral slot 14.

Configure the signaling device is in an optimal location of the reed switch 9 on the protective casing 8 with a gap Δin which there is a contact closure upon actuation of the clutch, and the installation disk 14 with different length of spiral slots gives you the ability to signal the slippage of the clutch until a few turns.
