FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel has rim of regular shape and center of rotation. To drive the wheel, planetary reduction gear is fitted in wheel rim whose drive gear is planet pinion installed on driving "floating shaft whose axis, taking weight of vehicle applied to wheel, executes complex movement relative to axis of wheel rotation making it possible to: 1) spread projections of axis of rotation (being simultaneously point/line of support) of wheel and point of application of vehicle weight P to wheel on horizontal surface by some distance L; 2) change position of projection of point P on vertical; plane by some height h and provide constantly acting "canting" torque PL on wheel creating effect of eccentric wheel at wheel circumference remaining unchanged and eliminating cyclic loads.

EFFECT: improved cross-country capacity of vehicle, its steerability, efficiency of wheeled propulsor, simplified design.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to wheel propulsion.

In a known manner for vehicles is a method using the wheel movers correct form, as well as the known method, when to improve patency used wheel the wrong form - eccentric (see, for example, RU 2086428 C1, 10.08.1997, SU 1399188 A1, 30.05.1988, SU 1273272 A1, 30.11.1986, FR 2506689 A1, 03.12.1982).

A disadvantage of the known constructions is not effective for complex design.

The aim of the present invention is to improve the patency of vehicles, improving manageability, simplifying the design and improving the efficiency of the wheel propulsion.

This goal is achieved by the fact that:

wheel with "chanteuses" center of rotation has a rim with the correct form of the circle and the center of its rotation. For its drive rim wheel mounted planetary gear, the pinion of which is the satellite that is installed on the master - floating shaft, the axis of which, taking the weight of the vehicle attributable to the wheel, makes complex movement about the axis of rotation of the wheel, allowing:

1) "dilute" the projection of the axis of rotation (which is also the point /line/ support) of the wheel and the point of application of the vehicle weight P on the wheel h is Stalnoy surface at a certain distance L;

2) change the position of the projection of a point P on the vertical plane at a certain height h and to create a permanent, "chanteuse" wheel, torque, moment PL creating the effect excentrico wheels while remaining unchanged form the circumference of the wheel and eliminating cyclic load.

In the present drawing shows the following:

1 - pneumatic rim, 2 - metal rim, 3 - led, 4 - removable housing, 5 - ring gear, 6-14, 20 bolts, 7 satellites, 8 - kantola gear cover, 9 - panel led, 10 - satellite - leading gear, 11 - mounting casing 12 to the casing of the drive axle, 13 - driving shaft 15 and the fastening of the crown of the driven gear 16 with the retainer ring, 17 - sealing gaskets, 18 - bearings 19 to the bearing 21 - pins.

Drawing on a separate form also shows the connection node of the housing 4 with the centering cap, where 16 - retainer ring in order to collect the bearings 18 and roller 19, and the seal 17 in the node for rolling centering of the cover 8 on the perimeter of the housing 4 of the gearbox.

The way that works is that if a torque Mkris transmitted from the propeller through the transmission mechanisms on the drive shaft of the wheel 13 and the satellite 10, further that Mkrwill be:

1. to rotate the driven gear 5, and the wheel 1;

2. with increasing resistance of the road on the wheel to roll on the driven gear (up to the stop pin 21).

From the second moment follows that the axis of the satellite About3About3will perform complex, relative to the center of rotation of the wheel About the traffic and have a projection O'3O3O"'3. This means that the vehicle weight per wheel (R), will move along the trajectory of the point O3. This means that when the movement of the wheel "divorce" of the projection of the axis of rotation of the wheel and the point of application of the weight P, per wheel, on the horizontal plane /road/ at a distance L, and the projection position of the point of application of the weight P rises vertically to a height h. From this it follows that the described mechanism allows you to create for wheel torque PL, which "turn over" the wheel, increasing throughput and improving handling. Centering the cover 8 allows the axis 13 to perform complex movement. Pins 21 restrict the movement led 3.

Thus, this invention meets the criterion of "novelty". Comparing the proposed design with the known analogues allows to conclude that the criterion of "significant differences".

The invention will improve the patency of the dominant fleet.

When the clutch member and transmission member are interconnected, transmission capable to increase the torque.
