Tire is provided with V-shaped abrasive element fitted in and made of abrasive material consisting of silicon carbide, titanium carbide, fillers and binders. Lower layer of element is made of more cheap material, particularly, of titanium alloy.

Wheeled transport - buses and heavy vehicles are widely used for transportation of passengers and goods, as well as in the defense industry. Security and reliability are subject to strict requirements, because their performance affects the lives and health of people and the preservation of property.

Suspension, especially the wheels, as organs of converting rotary motion into reciprocating developing large inertial force cargo masses largely determine the safety on the roads. The growth in the value of the cargo mass and speed are accompanied by a large inertial force. The possibility of a slowdown of this power and stopping the driving wheels of the transport depends on the design and material used on the running surface of the tire-tread. The protector is made of different drawings with grooves and protrusions are spikes of carbide materials. Patents of the Russian Federation No. 2098284 (IPC: 60 11/14. Bull. No. 34, 12.97), No. 1071460 (bull. No. 5, 07.02.84), inventors ' certificates: No. 495218 (bull. 46, 15.12.75), No. 495218 (bull. No. 46, 15.12.75) aimed at solving tyagovostsepnym, inhibiting qualities of the tire tread.

In the prototype described in the patent of Russian Federation №2098284, as items of snow tires are spikes that are embedded and fixed on the base tape protector.

Provided in the prototype and in the above mentioned inventions technical solutions partially improve anti-slip, tyagovostsepnym quality tires. But on the bus with a weight exceeding 15000 kg and heavy-duty vehicles and heavy aircraft on the mileage they are not effective, also prematurely wear out the running surface of the tread.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide wheels of buses, trucks and heavy aircraft with reliable, high anti-slip and wear-resistant qualities, ensuring the safety of passengers and the safety of expensive equipment and valuable cargo.

This is accomplished by the fact that the quality of the material, creating increased tyagovostsepnym, braking and other positive qualities, used abrasive material consisting of a carbide-silicon carbide-titanium, fillers and binders, in particular of the abrasive material copyright certificate №594149 (IPC: 09 to 3/14. Bull. No. 7, 25.02.78) or on the basis of widely used in the national economy of abrasive material and a titanium alloy.

It is important that the abrasive material had emery quality, and titanium alloy used for forming outside of the element.

The invention provides for the introduction of V-shaped elements of the abrasive material is (and titanium alloy) on the V-shaped grooves of the tread peak forward counter-clockwise. The elements are formed on the abrasive production, dimensions: width, thickness depend on the specifics of the wheels, and may have a thickness and a width of 20 mm or more and the angle of the scale forming (wings) under 45 degrees or more. The interval between the V-shaped elements can be up to 50 mm and more, but capable of taking the full load grip on yourself. The bottom outside layer of the element, to reduce the consumption of expensive material may consist of a titanium alloy, preventing overheating rubber base protector. The reliability of introducing them into the grooves of the tread is provided with scale V-shaped abrasive elements.
