The present invention relates to a carton with the bottom item is a tank having a bottom wall and front, rear and side walls of the container, with the top cover with the wall of the cover and the front, rear and side walls of the cover, and the tab attached to the lid and held in the vessel. Therefore, the present invention is the manufacture of the carton of the above type, which, however, are designed easier.

To accomplish this, the container and the lid are connected with the possibility of rotation in the rear side wall of the tank and on the rear side wall of the cover and the tab is connected with the inner side of the rear side wall of the cover, instead of with capacity of, for example, the bottom wall and/or the front side wall of the vessel. First of all, this has the advantage that the box can be manufactured is to use significantly less material consumption and quite simple. In addition, the treatment, it is also easier, since the opening and closing boxes distortions do not occur.

The tab may be in the form of one or several parallel narrow strips. Preferably the tab in its form-fitted to the bottom wall of the box, with the consequence that in the closed position of the carton, the tab is held close to the front side of the vessel wall and, in fact, across the bottom wall.

This tab can be divided into two sections, namely, a larger lower section and a smaller area side walls, separated by a line of folding and, respectively, by fold lines. The lower portion of the tab is in the closed position of the box on the bottom wall of the tank and passes partially or preferably almost completely on this bottom wall. At the lower section of the side wall tab is connected with the inner side of the rear side wall of the cover. In the closed position of the box a smaller area of the side wall tab runs so parallel to the rear side wall of the cover and the rear side wall of the tank, and the line of folding and, accordingly, the bend line is, essentially, on the line between the rear side wall capacity is and the lower the container wall. When opening the box, respectively, the movement of the rear side wall of the cover is connected to her section of the side wall and thereby also the lower portion of the tab is moved with it, and the top edge section of the side wall tab is rotated 180°. The area of the side wall is attached to the rear side wall of the cover so that the sum of the height of the area of the side wall and of a height not covered by the area of the side wall of the rear side wall of the cover corresponds to the height of the box or slightly smaller. Thus, it is achieved that the line of folding and accordingly the bend line in a covered container in substantially exactly on the line between the rear side wall of the vessel and the lower vessel wall. So there is no strain during compression of the sides of the first area, no decrease of the internal space of the box on directly adjacent to the bottom wall of the bottom section of the tab. Therefore, the height of the area of the side wall should be at least slightly less than the total height of the box, or in a closed box would happen deformation of the compression side of the site of insertion. Typically, the height of the area of the side wall is approximately 80-90% of the height of the box. Thus, on the one hand, there is sufficient area to connect area of the side surface and the inner side of the rear side wall of the cover, and, on the other hand, achieved a relatively large rise inside of the box.

Pivotal connection of the rear side wall of the box with the rear side wall of the container is preferably in the middle of the back side of the box, i.e. the height of the rear side wall of the vessel equal to the height of the rear side wall of the cover. Figure 1 shows the box 10 with a capacity of 20 and with its front side wall 24, a rear side wall 28, a right side wall 22 and the left side wall 26 of the container and with the lid 30 and the front side wall 34, the rear side wall 38, a right side wall 32 and the left side wall 36 of the cover. SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing co-polyester of polyethylene phthalate. This co-polyester shows diminished cracking under tension and comprises terminal carboxyl groups in the amount between 25 and 55 microequivalents per gram of indicated co-polyester, and intrinsic viscosity value at least 0.65. Method involves interaction of terephthalic acid or its ester equivalent and other carboxylic acid with ethylene glycol by the esterification reaction followed by condensation, addition of about 10-100 microequivalents per gram of indicated co-polyester of anhydride taken among the group consisting of succinic, glutaric, maleic, benzoic and phthalic anhydride to obtain polyethylene terephthalate co-polyester. Also, invention relates to polyethylene terephthalate co-polyester, preliminary shaped blank, bottle and composition. Invention provides preparing polyester that elicits the enhanced resistance against cracking under tension.

SUBSTANCE: polymeric bottles made of biaxially-oriented polymer, for instance of polyethylene terephthalate is formed by blowing heated bottle blank in mould under heating temperature and time control performed for blank zones defined along height thereof. This allows change of bottle wall thickness along the full bottle height and provides necessary strength in different bottle parts. Bottle bottom is composed of two intersecting spheres, wherein line of sphere intersection formed as ring defines plane of bottle contact with horizontal surface. The ring is created during bottle bottom expansion. To expand bottle annular groove with predetermined height and width is made in lower mould part. Upper groove edge is offset from mould center.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propylene polymer-base compositions eliciting improved shock-resistance and excellent optical properties that can be used for making bottles and containers. The composition comprises from 70 to 90 wt.-% of statistic copolymer of propylene with ethylene including from 1 to 6 wt.-% of ethylene and having the content of xylene-insoluble fraction 93 wt.-%, not less, and from 10 to 30 wt.-% of copolymer of propylene with ethylene containing from 8 to 18 wt.-% of ethylene. The ratio (B)/C2B containing percent by mass (B) as measured for the total mass content of (A) and (B) to the mass percent content of ethylene (C2B) as measured for the total mass content (B) is 2.5 or less. Prepared compositions elicit optimal balance of such indices as transmittance, rigidity and shock-resistance being even at low temperatures.

Third wall is divided by two lines of bend into first section adjacent to second wall, and second section adjacent to fourth wall, and side walls contain two fifth walls located at opposite sides of front wall and forming side walls. Second wall has two first tops located on longitudinal lines of bend in contact with third walls. Preliminarily weakened line has central section parallel to cross lines of bend, and two side sections connecting central section with two first tops. Invention makes it possible to create rigid cigarette packs of parallelepiped form from which cigarettes can be easily taken out without damage to cigarettes and pack.
