SUBSTANCE: device comprises composite body with drum provided with rope and braking mechanism arranged in the body. Braking mechanism comprises gear ring having odd number of projections formed on inner drum rim, wedge-like double-armed pendulum, pendulum guides and members adapted to prevent resilient rebounding of pendulum in its extreme positions. The pendulum may reciprocate into the guides.

EFFECT: increased breaking reliability and simplified device structure.

The invention relates to the salvation of people and can be used during emergency descent people with high-rise buildings in case of fire and as a safety device when working at height.

A device for descent from tall objects (see ed. mon. N978875 And 62 In 1/08, bull. N45, 1982). The device includes a housing holds a spool of cable that is associated with a braking device having a stator and a rotor, the control speed of descent, is equipped with a pusher. The stator is filled with magnetic filler, which prevents the rotation of the drum with the rope.

The disadvantages are the counterpart of the design complexity and low reliability when braking.

A device for emergency descent people (see ed. mon. No. 1563708 And 62 In 1/10, bull. N18, 1990), taken as a prototype. The device comprises a collapsible body placed in it a drum with rope and braking mechanism. The braking mechanism has diametrically spaced brake pads.

The disadvantage of the prototype is low reliability. The speed of rotation of the drum with rope largely depends on the condition of the friction surface. The ingress of water, oil, soot, etc. on the surface of the friction sharply reduces the friction force, which is unacceptable for reliable operation of the device.

The task of the invention is the creation of the trusted device to save people.

The technical result obtained by carrying out the invention is to improve reliability when braking and simplifying the structure of the device.

This technical result is achieved in that the device for emergency descent people with high-rise buildings containing mixed case holds the drum with cable and a braking mechanism according to the invention, the braking mechanism is made in the form of the ring gear with an odd number of lugs on the inner flange of the drum, wedge-shaped two shoulders of the pendulum, with the possibility of reciprocating movement in guides of the pendulum, the guides of the pendulum and parts to prevent rebound of the pendulum in the extreme positions.

Compared with the prototype of the proposed solution has the following distinctive features:

the braking mechanism is made in the form of the ring gear with an odd number of lugs on the inner flange of the drum, wedge-shaped two shoulders of the pendulum, the guides of the pendulum and parts to prevent rebound of the pendulum in the extreme positions;

wedge - shaped two shoulders, the pendulum has the ability reciprocating movement in guides of a pendulum.

Technical solutions with the features distinguishing the claimed solution to the prototype, not izvestnyi not follow explicitly from the prior art. It can be considered that the claimed solution is new and involves an inventive step.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a device for emergency descent people.

Device for emergency descent people with high-rise buildings contains mixed case, which consists of a carrier plate 1, the centering of the faceplate 2, connected by a rivet connection 3, and placed in it the drum 4 with the cable. The braking mechanism is a gear 5 with an odd number of lugs on the inner flange of the drum 4, the wedge-shaped two shoulders pendulum 6, which is installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement in guides 7 of the pendulum 6, and the guides 7 of the pendulum 6 is installed between the bearing plate 1 and the centering faceplate 2. Wedge two shoulders pendulum 6 is constantly in engagement with the protrusions of the ring gear 5 one of his shoulders. To prevent rebound of the pendulum 6 in the extreme positions in the braking mechanism is made pinch roller 8 and the flat spring 9. Pinch roller 8 is installed in the hole of the carrier plate 1. The mechanism to return to its original position contains the axis of the handle 10 and the handle 11.

Device for emergency descent people with high-rise buildings is as follows. Under wastiangasse man drum 4 with the cable rotates. The rotation of the drum 4 is happening around the outer surface of the centering table 2. The tabs of the ring gear 5 when the rotation of the drum 4 alternately in contact with one of the two shoulders shoulders of the pendulum 6 is pushing it when turning in the opposite position, the drum 4 cannot rotate until the pendulum 6 does not go in the extreme opposite position. Mandatory transition of the pendulum 6 in the extreme opposite position is a condition of continuing rotation of the drum and serve to guarantee the hill braking. To prevent rebound of the pendulum in the extreme positions in the braking mechanism is made of a flat spring and a pinch roller, which prevent the movement of the pendulum. Using the folding handle device is returned to its working position with no load on the cable does not require much effort.

SUBSTANCE: device has base with load fastening member and locking means for load lowering speed regulation secured to the base and cooperating with flexible member. The locking means is formed as rest and cam rotating around axis and having rotation lever connected thereto. Rest and cam are opposite one to another. Cam is provided with groove facing the rest. Device is also provided with limiter which prevents flexible member slipping during lowering operation and with rotary fixer having tooth installed to contact with arch-shaped groove. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Rescuing cable is wound on reel secured to frame inside air-borne vehicle. Reel is driven with winch through gearing. FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly equipment for emergency people group evacuation from elevated location.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises evacuation capsule provided with parachute and guiding means arranged at an angle one to another and adapted to support the capsule. The evacuation capsule has door openings, seats, seat safety belts, air bags and windows. The capsule also has self-braking system. Part of capsule bottom is made as anchoring plate, which may be removed from the capsule and lowered by ropes. In concordance with the second embodiment the capsule is provided with winch to pull ropes, which connect the capsule with the anchoring plate. In the third embodiment the device also has winch with pulls ropes connecting the capsule with the anchoring panel. In another embodiment device comprises air sleeve secured to guiding ropes and connected with evacuation capsule from the first end and with fan from the second end thereof. During fan operation the capsule moves out by filling the sleeve with air. The evacuation capsule, air sleeve and fan are installed in land-based structure. The capsule is provided with parachute and self-braking system. Methods of emergency evacuation from elevated locations and from television tower with the use of above device are also disclosed.
