SUBSTANCE: package comprises inner shell in which smoking articles are stored and outer shell bent of flexible cardboard or dense paper and shaped as parallelepiped with opened end. The package is provides with outer wrapper, which covers outer shell from outside. The outer wrapper has front and rear main walls, opposite side walls and lower wall. Each side wall has fold line extending in parallel to longitudinal edge of side wall. The present invention relates to packaging for Smoking articles, such as (but not limited to cigarettes.

To the two most common types of packaging for cigarettes include the package with hinged lid, or "hard pack and soft pack.

Both of these packages generally have three separate membranes, one of which is an inner shell made of metallic or stamped (printed) paper or laminated metal foil with a paper backing, which wrap portion cigarettes and, bending, closed end surface portions of the cigarettes. The inner shell is located inside the outer shell, which is made of soft or hard paper or cardboard and contains specific information about being in a pack cigarettes. The outer shell is placed inside made of heat-sealable film, usually made of cellophane, transparent outer shell (wrapper)designed to preserve the freshness and moisture content of the cigarette and are usually provided with a tear strip for opening the package.

The outer casing package with hinged lid (hereinafter called rigid packaging) is a closed lid box in the form of a parallelepiped, made of relatively well the harsh conditions of heavy paper or cardboard. The box usually has sufficient strength and protects your cigarettes from buckling or crushing after opening the package. The disadvantage of this package is its relatively high cost.

Soft packing has an open end of the outer shell, made of paper, the surface density is typically about 90 g/m2. For manufacturing such a package for the use of less durable material and therefore it has a lower cost than rigid packaging. Soft packing enjoys some success by a substantial proportion of smokers. Set that to a certain extent, this is due to perform a certain ritual when opening the package, when, in order to extract a cigarette from a pack, you need to tear off a portion of its inner shell. Easily deformable soft packing convenient to carry in your pocket or in another designated location where it is less noticeable than rigid packaging, such as packaging with hinged lid.

In the patent US 3058581 described folding packaging with decreasing volume for cigarettes with multiple branches, each of which is PEFC is taking out all of cigarettes. In the most complex version of this package has a folding bellows bottom and side walls. Other packaging options are folding the side walls with the top and bottom plates. In the most simple embodiment, the package has two bent frame, bonded with adhesive tape. In a later patent US 4119196 described soft packing, considered as the closest analogue to the invention and containing the inner membrane, which is the portion of Smoking products, located on top of the inner shell outer shell, bent from stiff cardboard or heavy paper in a box in the form of a parallelepiped with an open end and made of a film outer cover that covers the outside of the outer shell. The outer casing, in turn, has front and rear major walls located opposite each other the side walls and bottom wall, each side wall has a fold line parallel to the longitudinal edge of the side wall. In order to avoid the collapse of all packaging in the bottom wall of the shell is made complex-shaped neckline, which is bent shell. The present invention was based on the task to develop a new type of packaging for Smoking articles, devoid of certain disadvantages inherent in the above-mentioned soft and hard packages.

Another object of the invention consisted in the development of packaging for Smoking articles, which perfectly preserves the original state of Smoking products.

Put in the invention the problem is solved due to the fact that in the proposed packaging design the bend line on the side wall is divided into two lines towards the corners at the base of the corresponding side wall, with the possibility of deformation of this side inside the package.

This solution makes it possible after opening the package to keep tobacco products are pressed to each other (under the action of the spring inside the side walls), which provides more reliable and lasting protection of Smoking products from crumbling or chipping of tobacco.

Used in the present description, the term "fold line" means Lin is Yu, which can be bent material, i.e. a line of reduced strength, such as folded, flaps, perforated or any other line, reducing the strength of sheet material.

In one embodiment of the invention the bottom wall of the outer shell has a fold line parallel to its longitudinal edge and is divided at the ends of the two lines running to the adjacent corners of the bottom wall. The presence of such bend lines allows you to compress the packing, preserving protected left in the pack of cigarettes. Obviously, the bottom wall of the packing is compressed from the outside, i.e. the effort inside the package.

In one embodiment, the side and bottom walls of the outer shell has two parallel fold lines. The presence of two bend lines, the distance between which is approximately equal to the diameter of the cigarette, allows you to compress the packing, not crushing in the pack of cigarettes.

For the manufacture of the outer shell it is recommended to use heavy paper or paperboard weighing 150 to 250 g/m2,increasing in intervals of 10 g/m2in this limit, more preferably from 200 to 230 g/m2usually 215 g/m2. The thickness of the material used for manufacturing the effect of the outer shell, ranges from 0.25 to 0.4 mm, For the manufacture of the outer shell, it is preferable to use a cardboard grade VATAVUK.

Preferably, the workpiece outer casing main front and rear walls are connected with the side walls of its longitudinal sides. Such cutting of the workpiece reduces the flow of material when the connection of the walls of the shell overlap.

In another embodiment, the main front and rear walls of the shell are connected in harvesting their short sides located between the bottom wall of the shell.

In the preferred embodiment, to the upper parts of the outer surfaces of the front and rear walls of the casing stick is made of a polymeric material of the label overlying the top wall of the package. Edge label serves as a support, allowing the user to tear not covered by the label located on the top of the stack portion of the outer shell. This solution allows you to open the proposed invention the package easier to use than regular soft packing.

Depicted in figure 1, the blank 10 of the outer shell proposed in the invention packaging for Smoking articles made of cardboard with a surface density equal to 215 g/m2and thickness equal to 290 μm. The blank 10 is divided by vertical lines 12 bend on the rear wall 14 adjacent the side wall 16, the front wall 18, a second side wall 20 and the adjacent sticky tongue, or valve 22. SUBSTANCE: package comprises inner shell in which smoking articles are stored and outer shell bent of flexible cardboard or dense paper and shaped as parallelepiped with opened end. The package is provides with outer wrapper, which covers outer shell from outside. The outer wrapper has front and rear main walls, opposite side walls and lower wall. Each side wall has fold line extending in parallel to longitudinal edge of side wall. Fold line is doubled in two lines directed to corners located at corresponding side wall base to provide deformation of above side wall inside the package.

EFFECT: increased compactness and possibility to maintain initial smoking article conditions.

FIELD: containers having bodies formed in one piece.

SUBSTANCE: box comprises lower base having lower wall and front, rear, right and left side walls. The container is provided with lid having front, rear, right and left side walls. Insert is secured into the lid so that the insert passes in the base to elevate box content after box opening. Side walls have lengths equal to multiple heights thereof. Lid is pivotally connected the base along rear side walls so that lid and base may perform, mutual rotation one relative another. The insert is connected to inner side of rear side wall of the lid and is not connected to the base.

EFFECT: simplified structure.
