The invention relates to the field of construction industry and can be used for high-quality processing uncured concrete surfaces from hard concrete mixes used for civil and industrial construction, as well as road asphalt pavement.

There are various smoothing roller device for the processing of uncured concrete surfaces of precast concrete products and asphalt road surfaces. Processing of building and road materials known roller working bodies concreting machines is carried out mainly at the stage of levelling or as a preliminary operation.

Closest to the present invention is roller smoothing device for finishing concrete surfaces in the form of an eccentric set of a hollow cylinder with a drive of its rotation (U.S. patent No. 3382784, 1968) [1].

A disadvantage of the known device is smoothing uneven wear of the working body, low quality smoothing and sealing of concrete and asphalt mixes.

The technical problem solved by the invention is to reduce the transmission of vibration exposure on the portal machine, obtaining high quality smoothing and sealing of concrete and asphalt is poverhnosti.

The technical result is achieved by the roll working body contains within itself a return spring associated with symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the roll and forming its surface several pairs of movable sectors, each of which is transmitted to the opposite directional oscillation in the radial direction by means installed inside the roller Cam and a planetary gear set.

The invention is illustrated by the diagram, which depicts vibratory roller smoothing device.

Roller screed is a roller, the working surface of which is formed by several pairs of opposed spaced sectors 1. Sector 1 is installed on the tappets 2 in the case of the roll 3. On the tappets 2 installed lugs 4, which rest against the return spring 5. Inside the roll are planetary gear with the shaft 7 and installed the Cams 6, which rest against the tappets 2. The application of the above roll desktop authority provides the following benefits: increase the quality of the processed surface; uniform wear and longer service life smoothing body; fluctuations sectors provide additional intensive thixotropic dilution gradient in the layer, and therefore, the redistribution of the concrete mix in the most dense packaging. Due to fluctuations sectors of the same mass with the same frequency and amplitude in opposite directions, there is a dampening vibrations transmitted to smoothing machine.

The device for production of cellular concrete items includes the worksites fenced by the metal frames and equipped with cutting wires for the cellular concrete bulks cutting in different planes. On the first worksite the cutting wires are strongly strained and installed in vertical planes at an angle to horizon, on the second worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a vertical plane perpendicular to a direction of movement of a dolly, on the third worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a horizontal plane. At that the third worksite cutting wires are capable to make vibratory movements.
