FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: proposed water-in-oil-type explosive composition contains ammonium nitrate, mineral oil, water, and emulsifier. The latter is prepared by mixing poly(isobutylenesuccinic anhydride) or poly(isobutylene-bis-succinic anhydride) with product of its interaction with organic mono- or polyamine, adding, to continuously stirred mixture, esters of fatty acids with polyatomic alcohols, then adding Ca, K, Mg, Mo alkylbenzenesulfonate or mixture thereof in the form of 20-70% solution in industrial oil, mixing, and filtering resulting mixture.

EFFECT: reduced price of explosive composition due to reduced content of emulsifier.

The invention relates to industrial explosives (EXPLOSIVES), namely the emulsion explosive compositions of the type "water in oil" (reverse emulsions). Such explosive compositions can be used for blasting in open cast and underground mining through rock any strength and any watering, for blasting works in construction and agriculture.

Closest to the proposed invention is an emulsion explosive composition of the type "water in oil", including ammonium nitrate, mineral (industrial) oil, water and emulsifier for the production of emulsion explosives composition obtained by mixing alkalinetrio (in particular, polyisobutylene) anhydride with a product of its interaction with organic mono - or polyamines (U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2155094, published. 2000).

In the known explosive composition due to the introduction of 2 wt.% emulsifier get enough high emulsion stability during storage for 1 month (30 days).

However, the increasing demands of emulsion explosive compositions on their stability in time lead to the need to develop new, more efficient emulsion EXPLOSIVES.

The technical task of the invention is to reduce the cost of emulsion explosive composition by reducing the content of the emulsifier in the emulsion explosive composition up to 1 wt.% while increasing the time of his life.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the emulsion explosive composition includes ammonium nitrate, mineral oil, water and emulsifier, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Polyisobutylenes anhydride can be obtained, for example, by the method described in the Russian Federation №2048881. Polyisobutenylsuccinic anhydride receive increasing, respectively, 2 times the ratio of maleic anhydride:polyisobutylene. The preferred molecular weight of from 500 to 2000.

The product of the interaction polyisobutylenes or polyisobutylene anhydride with mono - or polyamino receive, for example, by the method described in the patent of Russian Federation №2155094.

As esters of fatty acids with polyhydric alcohols can be used, in particular, esters distilled tall oil (or its mixture with linseed, sunflower and others) and pentaerythritol. It is possible to use esters fractions fatty the acids from the C 12-C16to C21-C25with pentaerythritol, glycerin, polyglyceryl and other polyhydric alcohols and their monetary with monobasic fatty acids, etc.

You can use any alkylbenzenesulfonates metals (CA, K, Mg, Mo, or mixtures thereof), in particular, THE 2421-002-00209906-93.

Example 1.

Mix polyisobutylenes anhydride with a product of its interaction with triethanolamine (molecular weight 800), raise the temperature to 100°and enter the ether-based faction With12-C16fatty acid and pentaerythritol, stirred for 0.5 hour, then introduce a 50%solution of alkylbenzenesulfonate Sa (on THE 2421-002-00209906-93) in the industrial oil, stirred for 0.5 hours at a temperature of 100°and then filtering the resulting mixture at the same temperature.

The mass ratio of the components and properties of the emulsion explosive composition using this emulsifier is given in the table.

Example 2.

The method is carried out as in example 1, but using polymethylpentene anhydride with a molecular weight of 1500 and the product of its interaction with kovovymi remains the production of Ethylenediamine. As alkylbenzenesulfonates metals, a mixture of salts of Mg and Mo in a mass ratio of 1:1.

Example 3.
